• massimo (9/5): - Generalmente tutto Il costo!!! un anno fa a Venezia, a 50 metri da piazza san Marco ho pagato la stessa stanza 57€ di meno, sempre hotel 3 stelle, bellissimo all' interno, servizio ottimo, nulla da eccepire. Ho trovato generalmente Verona molto cara, si paga ad esempio per visitare una chiesa (la casa di Dio), la tassa di soggiorno ben 4,50€ a persona al giorno. Ora mi chiedo dove finiscono tutti questi soldi delle tasse di soggiorno (tassa che una volta non esisteva). Ero dell' ambiente anch io, infatti sono un ex albergatore. Nel direttivo albergatori della mia città, quando bisognava esprimersi riguardo all' introduzione di questa tassa, eravamo tutti contrari, ma si sa che quando una tassa deve "passare", passa e basta. Il centro storico di Verona è molto bello ma generalmente la città è molto cara, tutto, potrei fare decine di esempi e compararli con altre realtà, ma non mi basterebbe lo spazio per scrivere

• Nicole (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel an super Lage! - Alles! Tolle Lage Nahe Altstadt. Alles zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Frischer Kaffee nach Wunsch. Früchte, Rührei, Speck, Würstchen, Croissants, Süsses, Müesli, Toast. Brötchenauswahl nicht riesig... Zimmer sehr gross und hell, sehr gut schliessende Fenster. Grosses Badezimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Einziger Mini-Mangel. Duschschlauch etwas zu kurz, dafür wäre eine Whirlpool-Badewanne vorhanden.

• LLilian (8/5): Très bon séjour. - La localisation , très proche du centre ville et aussi de la gare, la propreté , le petit déjeuner très bon, beaucoup de choix, personnel agréable, un local pour déposer les bagages, je conseille. . Trouver l’endroit au départ c’était compliqué, je suis arrivée sans internet au telephone , j’ai du appeler l’établissement et je suis tombée sur une dame qui parlé anglais, malheureusement , je ne parle pas anglais et c’était très difficile, elle s’est énervée, sans trouver une solution, j’ai trouvé quelqu’un qui allait dans le meme établissement et m’a aidé .

• Sharon (8/5): Excellent location and value for money - Excellent location. Twenty minutes walk from train station. Five minutes walk from the arena and ten from other main sights. An economy room but with plenty of space, a huge bathroom and very comfortable bed. Good breakfast included. No option for early check in but we could bag drop. Breakfast begins at 7:30. It is more convenient to begin at 7 for those with early trains to catch.

В номере не было розеток, только в ванной комнате и одна у входной двери в номер, почти на полу,где мы по очереди заряжали телефоны.

• Spada (8/5): - Hotel in posizione centralissima, a pochi passi dall'arena. Si raggiunge facilmente a piedi dalla stazione. Hotel pulitissimo, stanza e bagno di dimensioni generose. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero, che non tutti gli hotel fanno. Colazione a buffet inclusa, abbondante e con vasta scelta sia dolce che salato. Gentilissimi, l'ultimo giorno ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura fino al momento della nostra partenza. Consigliatissimo.

• Gaiuspaneb (8/5): Posizione strategica - La struttura gode di una posizione eccellente, a due passi da Piazza Bra e dall’Arena, e nelle immediate vicinanze di Piazza Pradaval, comoda per la fermata dei mezzi pubblici. Il bagno è di dimensioni generose, così come la doccia, e la stanza risulta sufficientemente ampia. La nostra camera Economy, situata al piano terra e affacciata sulla strada, è risultata comunque ben insonorizzata con le finestre chiuse. La colazione è abbondante, con un’ampia scelta sia dolce sia salata, e lo staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile. È inoltre presente un comodo deposito bagagli gratuito. Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio. La spa, accessibile al piano interrato, è ben attrezzata con tre saune di tipologia diversa, docce, percorso benessere e una stanza del sale. L’unica nota negativa riguarda la vasca idromassaggio che, essendo prossima all’orario di chiusura, presentava un’acqua un po’ torbida e pertanto non l’abbiamo utilizzata. Migliorerei la qualità dei cuscini del letto, che risultavano piuttosto vuoti, magari aggiungendone qualcuno in più. Suggerirei inoltre di ottimizzare la climatizzazione della stanza, poiché durante la notte la temperatura era piuttosto elevata e non ho trovato il termostato per regolarla autonomamente.

They would give us only one room card per room which was needed to operate the lights so hard for a couple sharing a room to separate. Key was needed for entry outside reception hours which sometimes included during the day.
