• Ralli (9/5): Excellent location with our old heritage - Must appreciate there maintenance being such an old property but the satff and mangement maintained well. Will surely recommend to our near and dear ones who want to visit Varanasi. Location was excellent and Breakfast was too good. Hotel restaurant is costly and no discount for the people staying there. No buffe food is there that we missed. Atleast they have to arrange this.

• KG_UK (9/5): Exceptional service - We stayed here as a family with elderly parents. The hotel staff including the restaurant and service staff are exceptional. Overall the hotel itself is very beautiful and has a great restaurant and cafe serving good food. We also organised our travel for a week through the travel desk and Mr. Shailendra was very helpful. Even when we were not in Varanasi he checked in regularly to ensure the service from the driver/guide was good. He assigned a excellent guide and driver to us Mr Rajesh, who was extremely polite, well mannered and extremely helpful. He went out of way to ensure my elderly parents were able to have a very good trip. He also managed the rest of travel from Varanasi, Prayag to Ayodhya for us including places to eat, rest stop and right timing to visit various tourists spots which would be convenient for elderly. I observed this in most hotels in India that the towels are not well maintained to be white. While minor as a international traveller I think this falls short of nice experience. Also the toilets and shower area could do with deep clean. While it was clean enough and well maintained it will please the customers if the level is further improved as it overall impacts the experience especially given this hotel welcomes a lot of international guests.

• SREJA (9/5): Comfortable stay. - The breakfast options are really good. Room with garden view was really nice. It has a lift which is helpful for the elderly. Bathroom is small but good. Well maintained.

The room was very comfortable, the beds very good Breakfast had everything you asked for. and all the dishes we had for dinner were very tasty But the best of all is the staff, all of them polite Most of all Mr Shailendra Singh, that helped us with everything we needed and more. • Tim (5/5): Comfortable place to stay in busy Varanasi but rather old-fashioned. - The history and grandeur of the place. It was difficult to build a good relationship with many of the staff. There were a lot of them involved for even the simplest of tasks. We also had the feeling that they were expecting tips for most things. This doesn’t fit with the European mindset. Other similar hotels have tip boxes which are then shared. This would be better. Good relationships between the customers and staff are vital for a good stay. I hope this helps.

• Scheuring (10/5): This is a great hotel in the Cantonment area of Varanasi with kind and helpful staff and good facilities. - It was a comfy luxury accommodation at a very affordable price. Staff were kind. There were great facilities including a good restaurant and a really good cocktail bar. I was hoping to pay with a credit card but told I had to pay cash when I arrived. Not a big problem for me but I thought a hotel of this stature would accept foreign credit cards.

On our arrival and after taking advance payment, we were shown one by one 3 diff. small, separate beds rooms outside the main property, which we refused to take, the staff at reception insisted harshly to take it. After intervention of one senior manager, we were allotted a room as per our booking after an hours time.

• Saurabh (6/5): I would say an average stay but services and prices need to match. - Overall good location in Varanasi. Good for family. Good parking space. The facility did not have a gym. The swimming pool timings - Opens at 10:00 AM & closes 7:00 PM. They did not even had the urge that anyone can use swimming pool before time. Similar in breakfast very standard set menu. When I asked can I order fresh paratha etc, they said what ever is on menu that is what is available. Nothing additional can be ordered.

There was no wifi in the first floor . Later when we had complained the room was changed the next day . The 2nd floor room was much better in space and cleanliness. Starting from the reception, reservation manager, general manager all are unprofessional and liar. It seems the owner is not updated on what's going on in his hotel. Please do not book this hotel. It only looks good, the rest are all worst. I think booking.com should review it from their customers and immediately remove this hotel from their site.

Struttura veramente di lusso con camera spaziosa e balcone con vista sul giardino. Personale accogliente, disponibile e gentile; super educati e pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ci sono venuti incontro anche sul late check-out. Colazione a buffet ottima, con varie opzioni. Consiglio davvero questa struttura, noi l’abbiamo scelta dopo essere scappate dagli hotel del centro. Meglio essere distanti e soggiornare in un vero paradiso!
