Inly real down sides were car parking is very very tricky they are small and its a bit of a trick to get in and out. Also there was no heater or heating in the room for us to use. Otherwise would definitely stay again

Had to drive around for another half hour until after 3pm .clean tidy rooms. Make sure you clean irons after each guest as I got black tarry type stuff on my top. Thank goodness I had my Sard wonder soap and good elbow grease. Would definitely stay there again.

Also beds were so hard so didnt get s good sleep at all. Also I gave my 2 boys a bath, not even an hr later there feet were black from the carpet, as were mine and my friends. Other than that, the manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Roomy in the room and got everything u need, expect air-con, as we got couple of really hot days. Door need to update as no lock and make big sound to close. Free laundry for guests. Otherwise room a little small for 2 adults and 2 children. But it has 1 double and 4.single beds. Poor shower water pressure.

Seperate toilet and room with sink and shower. It was old but had been freshly painted white. Excellent location and helpful owners.

- Jan (8/5): Satisfactory visit - We found this small studio apartment quite adequate for our needs. Clean - looked as if it had been regularly maintained. Had a small problem with very squeaky bathroom door that was too loud to sleep through if one needed the bathroom in the night.. Spoke to manager who attended to the squeak immediately and no further problem. The large double bed was extremely comfortable; the single bed drew no complaints from my friend who drew short straw.
- Amber (8/5): Tidy hotel in good location - The hosts of this property were lovely and very easy to deal with. The motel is located in a good location, an easy walk to Tahunanui beach. The property itself was dated but neatly presented. Good to use as a base for exploring the area.
- lyn (2/5): Nasty, vial, irate, scary, rude management - We made worst choice booking this hotel - on arrival rooms were nothing like photos, rooms extremely outdated and bathroom out of the 70's and sliding door decades old not working well, iron burns in carpet, paint on carpet, spider webs, marks and black bits on towels, noisey area then at 8am day of departure with faulty sliding door open to load our car a man stormed in screaming at us that we were not allowed bikes in unit, we had unloaded two expensive racing bikes in front of the lady who checked us in without any issue. Yet he claimed two bikes had caused damaged to walls, which that had not, yet he went into a rage in front of my children and would not stop accusing me of causing damage and that he was going to make me pay and that I'd damaged door which was going to cost me also. He was so rude, nasty, irate, vial and imidating storing in two hours prior to check out, without being asked invaded our room without knocking just stormed in, screaming in forint of kids and accusing us of damage them demands we leave. The room was extremely over priced for the condition of room. He was nothing but out of order and left me shaking and wanting to cry. I would not recommend staying in the run down place in desperate need of upgrading and renovating and NEW management immediately. We've stayed in hotels and motels around nz and the world and this had to be the worst experience ever and would hate for anyone else to experience such a terrible stay leaving them shaking.
- s (10/5): Fantastic service - Stayed here for three nights as part of a road trip in south island. This place was the best by far. The lady who welcomed us very nice and let us check in early.she gave lots of info on the area Our king studio was extremely spacious and had fully equipped kitchen and a proper bathroom with bath😊 best of all is free use of laundry and outside drying area The apartment is fully serviced daily by a lovely lady called Julie I think. This lady even hung out my washing when we went out for the day Not many motels have this standard of service at the price we paid. They also supply extra towels for swimming if required. The pool is great to cool off after a day out. The nearby beach is lovely and the Abel Tasman trip is amazing. Don't hesitate about this motel just book it.
- Gill (10/5): exactly as we wanted. 3 of us for 2 nights - we wanted comfort, cleanliness , bedside lights, two bedrooms, and all the things you would expect for a short stay. For us it was excellent we weren't after high priced ultra modern ( been there done that) and a reasonable price. No complaints and I loved the little cat out in the car park!

- Emma (10/5): Great hotel, wonderful staff - While it may look like a small motel, our experience at Courtesy Court was wonderful! I've never been greeted so warmly by staff before, and the facilities are excellent - especially given the great price!! Don't look past this motel because it seems a bit dated - it's worth your time, especially if you have a family and want some space.

- GR (8/5): Clean, well located, old style - Good place for family groups. Our unit had a lounge, 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Would sleep 6. Good to be able to give the kids a separate space, and to feed them something other than restaurant / takeaway food. Motel is well located, had a pool and laundry. The unit is dated in style, but very clean and had good beds. Some home handyman type repairs evident, but functional.

- Mabel (8/5): very central close to CBD easy to find - Found the bed very comfortable. Volume on TV went quick service was not a issue to fix as they had new spare one. We cooked our meals in so liked the separate kitchen as the cooking smells were not in the bedroom. The toilet was separete to shower liked that. Also had granddaughter and partner for meals there was ample room.

- Adele (10/5): Nice motel, handy to beach - Excellent value for money....huge family unit. Kids loved the views and watching the planes out the window. Free WiFi and laundry facilities. Was the best overall experience of any motels/holiday homes we visited on this holiday. We will be back!
