• Veronica (2/5): Worst than motel 6 - Staff helpful Knocking my head on the shelf by the bathroom, no bathroom assessories except shampoo, no hot water, tv didnt work, fan light above didnt work, battery control dead, beds too close, major legs issue, only bed sheets provided no cover, major mosquitos inside the room. This was the worst place we have been ever, i wouldnt stay there for free!!!

• William (2/5): We gave this property a name, "the tool shed" - This is not on the beach. This looks to be a converted tool shed, at least our impression. Wake up to the washing machine running in the early morning. The door was not strong enough to stop anyone. There is no glass in the window openings.... Not worth your miney or time. I cant remember the last poor review i left, but this one earned it.
• Jalina (10/5): I would stay here again. It was a pleasure - I loved the room G. It was wonderful stay. I also liked that they had washing soap for you in the bathroom. Everything was great. No complaints about the stay.
• Edgar (4/5): Adequate stay if only one night and no other options. - Location Ants everywhere, spider webs outside property by entrance, trash cans without proper set up, terrible furniture setup. Noise from other apartments/people around property. Expensive for what is being offered.

They were very quick to respond about my early check in request & really friendly!!! Even had great bicycle ‘s to use to cruise the beach and town. I would highly recommend staying here!!

• Benjamin (2/5): Avoid at all cost!!! Horrible place. - Awful! First room had a water tank on it that made noise constantly. There were also exposed wires in the shower! They moved my colleague to a new room, but things got worse with my next room that I booked for someone else. The toilet didn’t work! The owner came by to fix it, but failed to do so and insisted things were fine. Once again, he moved my guest to a new room, but by then she had already booked a new room at a nearby hotel. So I was stuck with a room for two nights and the owner refused to refund. Absolute nightmare!

• Eddie (6/5): Hidden Fees - Upon arrival we have to call the owner which call the neighbor to give us the key. When he comes out with the key he also brings a piece of paper bag that had a 25% fee for the key. We were blackmailed to pay the fee for the key. I called the owner to explain the receipt on hand explained that if the taxes and fees were included we didn't have to pay anymore and they were. He claims that they were not after a few minutes of arguing we ceded and pay the fee. No receipt or paper given cash transaction. Who would trust these people with a credit card. After that experience everything is awkward especially when you have to see the neighbor all the time.
• Verified traveler (2/5): NIGHTMARE - From the service at first till the checkout it was a horrible experience that two days later stills harasses me. Even when my check in was on Friday the owner pushed to get the keys on Friday instead of my check in on Saturday, he charged my extra money for some "random charges" that hotels.com doesn't include, i checked out leaving the keys at a place he asks now he "doesn't find the keys" and wants to charge extra for the lost keys and a "late checkout fee" with no reason. I do encourage you to NEVER book this place as the nightmare is not worth the sleep in a noisy, moldy room just to be close to my kids for their event in Salinas.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Stay out of here! - In my room you could bearly fit a bed, no chair or table. No place to put your cloths. The next room to mine was for the neigboruhoods waterpump, so when ever anyone in the neigborhood needed water it woke me up. Internet - through 3G - hardly existing. My suggestion - don´t go there.

• liz (2/5): Dont believe the hype - It's located in an area where visitors shouldn't be no security no staff someone was called to let me in where they do that I did not stay because the details where not told b4 booking & the hotel still billed me $37.50 for canceling in terms it gave a cancelation date that was 2 wks prior to me even reserving so it's a set up I found out $37.50 later def buyer b ware !!!!!!
