- Ronald (10/5): - Wir haben 9 Nächte in der Villa genächtigt und es war für uns alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, die Villa war sehr sauber und sah genauso so schön aus wie auf den Fotos und machte noch überhaupt keinen abgewohnten Eindruck (Stand April 2026). Der Pool war größer wie erwartet (ca. 10 x 2,5 m). Die Küche war sehr modern eingerichtet, die Bäder/Duschen waren sehr geräumig und komfortabel, die Betten sehr gut, kurzum: Wir fühlten uns sofort "wie zu Hause" und wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben. - Ilya (8/5): - The apartment is large and comfortably accommodated five people. There's a private pool and you can use the hotel pool. There's private parking which is very convenient. There are excellent restaurants right across from the hotel. But considering the downside, I think the price should be lower. We ordered cleaning once, but they didn't clean very well, so we didn't ask again. When we checked in, there was ash in the ashtray and a can of beer in the trash can by the pool. They never removed them during cleaning. We asked for new towels, but they brought us holes in them. The dishwasher works terribly. The TV is very small for such a small space; couldn't they have installed a larger one? The air conditioners are old; when you turn them on, it's immediately cold, making it difficult to set a comfortable setting. Without air conditioning, it's hot. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, but they're not very convenient for cooking; the frying pan was scratched. For some reason, there are no teaspoons. The apartment is nice and large, but I'd say it's a 3-star (definitely not a 5-star). No breakfast. The beach is terrible; the water is murky and dirty. If you enjoy a beach vacation, this isn't the best option for you. We rented a car and drove to a neighboring beach, which was nicer.

The service was outstanding and the owner went above and beyond. He was always just one call away and ready to help with anything we needed. The villa itself was spotless and so beautifully kept. Normally, when I travel, I always wear slippers in hotels or villas, but here my whole family felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. That’s how clean it was! We felt right at home and couldn’t be happier with our experience. N/A

- Malak (8/5): Goed concept mooie villa maar niet goed onderhouden - De locatie is top. Het concept top. We hebben enorm genoten van het zwembad (schaduw en privé). Groot en ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Personeel ook makkelijk bereikbaar en contact super snel. Echter heeft de villa wel wat onderhoud nodig: muren hebben wat water vlekken, inductie doet het schets voor een deel, vaatwasser doet niet wat het moet doen en meubilair in de slaapkamer heeft veel vlekken. Schoonmaak laat ook wat te wensen over. We hadden dit alles gelijk bij aankomst doorgeven en we kregen te horen dat wij de eerste zijn die klagen. Da badkamer deur was gewoon kapot en de toilet brillen zijn helemaal Vergeeld. Er was bij het zwembad een gevaarlijke verroeste ijzeren staaf. Na heel wat gedoe werden sommige dingen opgelost. We vroegen om compensatie maar kregen dat niet. Er werd ons van alles aangeboden wat we niet nodig hadden om het goed te maken (bv dingen repareren tijdens ons verblijf een dag voordat we weg moesten: daar hadden we geen baat bij). Kortom goede plek en mooi concept maar onderhoud moet wel gebeuren.

The villa is in an amazing locations and very clean, new property. Has a massive private swimming pool and the beds were massive and comfortable I totally recommend this place for friend groups and families ♥️ I will definitely stay again if ever in langkawi again Nothing! - Ruba (10/5): Nice villa with excellent staff and facilities - Stayed in Langkawi for 5 days and decided to try La villa for 2 nights as I heard nice things about it from friends, it was quite intimate very with a very relaxing atmosphere, furnishing were not luxurious but very comfortable, and the bed was just as comfortable as any 5 star I’ve stayed at if not more, fridge was fully stocked with drinks and snacks which was a plus. Breakfast is served either in a restaurant or in the villa which is what we opted for, you send your order through WhatsApp chat it was very nice. They also have activities for you to chose from we did the 2 hour Mangrove tour and they provided free return transfer. The staff were amazing and very helpful . Especially Ahmed who provided us with excellent service. Hope to stay again soon

Access to the hotel pool and gym was also amazing. The view from the hotel rooftop pool was incredible - beautiful view of sunset. There were not enough socket adapters available. The villa was boasting Netflix access, but it was not operational. Also there was an issue with hot water, but it was very quickly fixed.

We loved everything about the villa and the free access to the hotel facilities. Even though check out was 12:00 and we said we'd checking out at that time, the cleaners were already sitting outside the door from 10:30am onwards. This made us feel a bit rushed to leave...

We had a villa with pool access that was great the first day but on the second day a very large family with small kids came and were screaming in the pool and splashing on our private patio. We also order the delicious breakfast everyday. It does take time to come but if you let them know you have a tour they will have breakfast ready on time. The staff is wonderful and I highly recommend the spa
- Kyle (8/5): - Very nice resort. Room was clean and new. We booked the corner unit and the room was very spacious. The shower was huge. The onsite spa was easily accessible. Staff were very nice and attentive. Easy to order food through messaging front desk using whatsapp. They restock the mini fridge and snacks for free. I appreciate the nespresso machine with free pods. Only downside was the amount of mosquitoes in the room and on the balcony to the pool. I woke up with multiple bites around my body, amongst the 2 of us we had at least 20 mosquito bites from the room. Unsure if it was all from mosquitoes or if there is bedbugs as well. Aside from that, overall the resort was very nice. Just make sure you bring a lot of deet and anti itch cream!

Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The amenities, including the mini-bar and fruit basket, were excellent and made us feel warmly welcomed. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was the owner's helpfulness. Merissa went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and provided valuable assistance throughout our stay. The villa's location was also convenient yet peaceful, just a 10-minute drive from Pantai Cenang and 15 minutes from the airport. Merissa also recommended several restaurants within walking distance from the villa. I highly recommend Merissa's villa to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway. The facilities are outstanding, the location is perfect, with the beach just a short walk away, surrounded by fantastic spas, bars and restaurants, and the level of luxury provided is unmatched. Ideal for those who love nature, tranquility and amazing service. It was so kind of the host for the thoughtful provision of a minibar and a fruit basket, the small details are lovely. - TUNG CHING (8/5): Lateness of service - Overall is good, we like the pool, we were very enjoying swimming at the pool. Minor things need to be improve is the service. For example, when we completed the dinner and need to return the tray with finished dishes, we called reception to ask someone to take back them but waiting until next day still nobody come to take them back, it turns out that we bring them back to lobby by ourselves

We loved the entrance to the pool right from our room. There was also a pool bar for us to sit and eat/drink. The staff was really great! Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend and will definitely be my go-to place to unwind when im back to visit!

- Govind Singh (10/5): - The property is amazing. But Expedia needs to update the property description on its page. We booked the pool access suite from Expedia after reading that it has a kitchen. But that wasn't the case which we found upon reaching the resort. Then, we checked the resort website which has the correct amenities information of the room. Expedia should also display the same instead of deceiving customers.

- Rida (10/5): - The experience was amazing! Great service (laundry, drop off to airport, drop off to other nearby places on demand) which helped a lot. A very spacious and nicely layed out property. The free snacks and the fridge full with a variety of drinks helped a lot. The staff were really caring and attentive. They decorated the room very nicely with a welcoming message on our honeymoon and with a birthdays surprise for my wife, so thank you very much, honestly. We had everything we needed and more for our stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice villas but can be noisy - Stayed for 7 nights in a Deluxe villa. Location was convenient (very close to Cenang attractions). Initial vibe during arrival was not great because it is tucked next to a budget motel off an unpaved driveway. and there is a construction site behind the villas Also there was no reception area and I couldn't find where to check in initially as there were no signs. Once checked in, the villa was nice. It is not upscale but it is comfortable. Service by the staff was generally good. One issue was that we experienced a lot of noise from the adjacent villa on the fourth night. The villas are in pairs and open so if you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear everything. The staff did acknowledge the issue and management offered us a bottle of sparkling wine and a free breakfast as compensation, which was thoughtful. Overall we enjoyed our stay. If the hotel builds new standalone villas, then we would definitely consider staying again.

- Lisa (10/5): - Fantastic villa and the free snacks were a real bonus. Very clean and modern. Everything you could need is in this villa! Very private and close to the town. The free washing of clothes is also another added extra which was incredibly helpful. Only criticism is the breakfasts were slow and cold, and the service was slightly slow. Would also recommend adding a spa rather than massages on own bed for comfort. However with the new reception area and restaurant hoping to be completed next year this should resolve those issues. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year! Thanks for a fab stay.

Every little detail I see thought of - they have a free minibar, as well as free shuttle to the Cenang beach area and free pick up of takeaway orders if you don't want to leave the villa! You will be given a phone to call for the room/ transfer service 24 hours. Complimentary mini bar and drinks( potato chip, snacks, beers, soft drinks..etc) are refilled everyday. The private pool is clean and comfortable, provided a secluded and romantic feel. The room is equipped with smart tv which can connect to YouTube and smart phone. Overall, a great romantic and relaxing experience!

The villa was spacious and private, one word luxurious!! Loved the pool. The staff were attentive, we accidentally left our phone in the car on the way to the airport, we called and they rushed back to drop it off, amazing service, couldnt ask for a better place to stay. Langkawi was amazing and this place topped it off. Will definitely be back.
