• Kerrie-Anne (8/5): Great location, beautiful staff. - Loved the location. Right on the Main Street, almost opposite our favourite sunset bar at The Maya and a convenient 15 min walk to Bali Icon. Just a few minutes to the beach and lots of great restaurants and warungs. As a bonus, The Shampoo Lounge is almost next door. The included breakfast was fabulous and delivered on time every morning by the lovely staff. The apartment was spacious and the private pool was always inviting. We used the laundry service and were very happy with the price and the quick turnaround. The staff are the standout. Just lovely and very accommodating. We’re reasonably fit and active but there were a few things that weren’t that great for us. There are no proper steps or rail to assist getting in and out of the pool so it’s tricky getting in and you have to climb out hoping your knees are good enough. 😀 The bed while very comfortable is also low on the ground. The lounge is not comfortable and has seen better days. The sliding door to the main area didn’t lock. There is construction next door and while we heard a little noise most days it didn’t bother us until one night when concrete trucks were delivering into the night. It was just the beeping of the truck as it reversed though, no other noise really. I understand why the workers work into the night as it was very hot and it didn’t keep us awake.
• Luna (10/5): Super!! - Fijn verblijf gehad bij aankomst op Bali in Sanur. We kwamen al om 11:00 aan bij het hotel, en konden eigenlijk pas om 14:00 inchecken. Het personeel had erg hun best gedaan zodat wij alsnog eerder de kamer in konden wat super fijn was aangezien we erg moe waren na een lange vlucht. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. We hadden een bungalow met privézwembad, waar we helemaal tot rust konden komen. Het verblijf is schoon, ruim en gezellig. -

• Aanete (6/5): - Location is great. And that is the best part of this property. Girls at reception are very friendly and sweet. The swimming pool is not comfortable at all - one side is slant and there are no proper steps/stairs , so you have to do some gymnastic tricks specially when getting out. Not suitable for / with small children. Bed is very soft - too soft for our liking. Breakfast is not too good even though it is nice to get it served in the room. This is the only property during our two montjs travelling in Bali that asked us additional cost for both baby cot and baby high chair. Wifi is not the best - often enough signal is disappearing. Overall feeling is somewhat outdated.

• Lorraine (3/5): Very disappointed with staff and the dangerous position we were put in. - Nice rooms, nice kitchen and pool. Probably was stunning 10 years ago. Broken doors into our bedroom (from outside). Slider doors were broken and could be entered at any time from the outside, into our bedroom. We told staff the first day, they said an ‘engineer’ would fix it. Nothing happened, we stayed there for 2 nights in an insecure property. When we mentioned it again to staff, they pretended not to know and said they’d fix it. Didn’t happen. So dangerous, so unacceptable. Really poor.

Puri Hiromi is very unique place, very well architecture and super comfortable. The staffs were wonderful! We will definitely come back, highly recommended !!! Nothing
• Sim16 (8/5): Perfect location and spacious room - I like Puri Hiromi for it's location. There are restaurants, shops and spa's right out the front but the property is far enough back off the main road to be quiet. Staff were lovely.

Not the properties fault, but noise from massive construction work next door became very intrusive. Pool was incredibly difficult to get into and out of safely, and was too too for short people.

Muutaman minuutin päässä hyvä jooga paikka, Hyrox treeni sali, laadukas kahvila jne Kirjan lukeminen sängyssä ennen nukkumaan menoa ei onnistunut, koska valaistus ei sitä mahdollistanut. Kohteessa ajan patinaa.

Close to mainshopping centre - IconBali. Set in quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern designed and big. Value for money - no complains

We had a beautiful breakfast laid out for us in the room. The room was big and spacious and so was the bed. Lots of extras laid out for us. Just the building noises next door but they did pre warn us in good time so if we needed to cancel.we could.

• Mari (3/5): Not what I thought. - Location is good. Staff was absolutely lovely. Rooms are big. The living room was ragged, not as the pictures show. The furniture in the living room had stains. The Air-conditioning is in the top two requirements in Bali, and the units were so old that the only way to get any cool air was to stand right under them. it was terrible, the living room was boiling 😭,and it was set to the coldest temperature possible. While this bit is not their fault at all, there is a big construction going on next door. Please stay elsewhere if you intend to sleep. They work through the night. What saved me was that i had a 1am flight, so i only needed the room for the day, I left at 11.30 pm and they were still going, I asked and was told that sometimes they go all night, or finish at midnight. We were told they would finish at 6 pm , then it was 9 pm, then it was midnight.... But that's not their fault, i understand, still, if you need sleep, it's probably better to go somewhere else.

• Lehani (10/5): It's the best, I'd go back again and again. - It's just fabulous! The rooms are gorgeous. The staff just really make the whole place, they're lovely. Across the road is a pathway to the beach. There's a little gap in the sliding doors. Luckily thick drapes cover it but feel the mosquitoes can get in here. The latches on them are fiddly but high walls means it doesn't feel insecure. There's no bar or elderly access for pool, so you need someone to help or be agile. The music across road was so loud on a weekend, affecting my stay in one of the front rooms.

Het is schoon iedere dag schone handdoeken heel belangrijk.Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam als er problemen zijn worden ze opgelost. Achter het hotel zijn ze bezig met een verbouwing, maar dat was heel netjes vooraf vermeld.

• Aaron (2/5): disappointed in the cost for what we actually stayed in - All the staff were amazing , friendly and very helpful , even communication prior to coming and also the drivers were wonderful from pick up at the airport (nice cold bottle of water), and transfer to our accommodation in Legian.  Great Location to restaurants and beach access . The fridge was nice and cold a full size with an ice tray to freeze . The airconditioner worked amazing. I feedback our concerns to the website and received a lovely email back acknowledging our disappointment. The staff told us prior to us coming that their was renovations happening next door and maybe noisy , it was but at least they told us. did not look anything like the photos on the web pages or booking pages it is very out dated and run down with many things falling apart paint chipping off walls power point in kitchen falling off rust and mould around the pool Wooden panels above the pool on outside falling off and need of repair lounges stained and marks on them carpet/rug dirty , stained and marks on them kitchen table marked with many stains screws holding wooden panels up indoors instead of being fixed doors out to the pool very hard to lock , therefore we could not use them Pool lounges were so uncomfortable that we couldn't use them, i did ask for something and the staff tried to accommodate with a cushion of the entrance chairs but this did not work. Pool lounges did not have shade so hard to lay outside The step into and out of the pool was so huge i struggled to get out and found it quite difficult and dangerous. No bedside table on one side of the bed A key to the safe felt inadequate as we thought anyone else could have a copy of the key We didn't realise the villa above us had people in it and they could see us in our pool , which was disappointing as we thought our villa was private. Breakfast was very basic

• Q (9/5): - It's a beautiful accommodation lower apartments have a private swimming pool. There is no shared swimming pool. So I you have the top floor there is no swimming pool. For us, that was no problem because the beautiful beach is just a 7-minute walk. You have a sitting room and dining area with a kitchen. This is also where they serve your breakfast. Next to that is a big bedroom and bathroom with a rain shower. Just lovely. If you like a pool book the lower apartment..

• Harald (8/5): Immer wieder gerne - Wir haben ein Zimmer ohne Pool gebucht, weil wir dachten dass es einen Allgemeimen Pool gibt. Dem war nicht so, aber das Personal hat uns unkompliziert und für einen kleinen Aufpreis umgebucht. Somit hatten wir einen Privatpool 😊. Generell hat sich das Personal wirklich Mühe gegeben uns alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück wurde uns z.B. eine Stunde früher als sonst üblich aufs Zimmer gebracht, damit unsere Kinder nicht verhungern mussten😊. Die Zimmer sind alles andere als dicht, somit kommen immer wieder Mücken ins Zimmer, es wurde zwar einiges dagegen getan aber wir glauben das nur ein Mosquitonetz überm Bett wirklich hilft, welches derzeit aber nicht vorhanden ist.

Dieses war glitschig und fiel in die Dusche. Hier wurden uns 5 Euro in Rechnung gestellt was meines Erachtens für diese Flasche zu teuer war.

• Zsófia (10/5): Great hotel close to everything. - The apartment is huge, we have travelled for our honeymoon and they made sure we had a special stay with all the flowers. The breakfast is delivered to the room which is very comfortable. The airco worked well, and the staff is super nice. The location is great, close to restaurants and the beach.
