- Debra (10/5): A Floridian home away from home! - Quaint small complex. Was given a tour at check in, Only 13 units, all ground level. Across the street from the beach. Pool and laundry tucked in behind the units. Perfect set up! Our King room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. They provided a lot of extras, utensils, plates, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. There were extra items made available to use…coolers, extra chairs, etc. Location is great, Perfect home base to go check out more things to do in the area. Convenient beach access, just across the street. Don’t miss the gorgeous sunsets over the water!

She very much made us feel at home during our stay. The resort is very quaint and well kept with a clean pool, yard for the kids to run around in, BBQ to use, as well as a laundry room, which certainly came in handy. We loved the location of the resort on the Island. The beach is a quick walk across the street, with Trolley stops near by, and restaurants and Bridge street are a short walk away! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We liked that there were a good number of spaces for sitting, eating, relaxing, as well as an outdoor green space, shuffle board, and pool. It's a really quick walk across the street to the pool. The mini fridge and microwave allowed us to eat breakfast and lunch in our room as we always opt to dine out for dinner. The pool area is lovely. Theres a free on-site laundry. Because who wants to go home with a suitcase full of sand. I would highly recommended staying at Queens Gate.

Washer/dryer that we could use plus so many little extras in the supply house we could use if needed! Pool was clean and beautiful. Beach was super close, just about a minutes walk away. We stayed during spring break and our beach access was never crowded. Everyone is so friendly and the island, low-key vibe is so perfect! A.M.I. just became our favorite!

After we signed papers, she took us on a tour of the property amenities and our suite. She was very thorough and helpful. The place was cute and quaint and had a nice pool and gazebo with bbq and sitting area. It even had laundry facilities you could use after hours. Would definitely recommend it!

Suite was clean and also quiet. Its just steps from the beach, each room comes with beach towels and chairs, which was a added bonus! The beach is gorgeous, good restaurants all around within 5 minute walk. Will definitely book again here .

- Zhenyu (10/5): - First of all, I usually don't review property. But I do feel obliged to review this one due to their service and convenience. Their staff, Amber, was very friendly and easy to communicate with from the time when I knocked their office. She gave me a tour of the room and showed all amenities. She even proposed proactively to lend me the cooler and I turned out to use it when we went to beach. This resort is designed obviously with convenience for the guests in their mind. They provide free laundry and the ice machine is just in the laundry room, which is very convenient. The outside social area has ample space with a big grill machine with gas and it is covered. It also has a nice and small pool even though I didn't use it. Even though you can't call it beach-front. But the beach is literally just cross the street within less than one- or two-minute walking distance. And there are several very nice and yet laid-back restaurants nearby..

- Gene (6/5): - Highly overpriced. Rundown property. Clean though. But all is falling apart. Poor maintenance. Came for 2 night - received only 2 old thin towels. Everything is very “economical” not to say cheap. Across the road from beautiful beach. Misleading advertising. Weird noise from AC all night even in “off” position. Nasty smell from cheap artificial aroma to musk sewers smell. Would give it 1.5 out of 5.

- keri (10/5): Definitely worth it - This place is perfectly located, laid back and amazing. Walking distance to all kinds of places and the trolley stop is right across the street. The staff is beyond amazing and the other guests are awesome. We will definitely go back there again. Nicky the resident cat is adorable.

- Louise (10/5): - A small gem of a property across the road from the beautiful Bradenton Beach. Everything you would need for a beach beak is available to use at the property - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. The property was comfortable and well-kitted out and has a communal pool with a nice deck area. Can’t praise nor thank the staff enough, who are super friendly and available through the day.

- Kayla (10/5): - This place was right across the street from the beach. It was clean for most part it was fine until my sister pointed out there was a green stain on the sheet 😳 didn’t sleep good after that had to take off the sheet. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
- Suzanne (10/5): Pleasantly surprised. - When I booked, it was one of the last places on the island with vacancy. I was not expecting much, but WOW, this place is the best. No too big so pool never crowded, VERY clean rooms, and easy access to the beach. Staff is awesome too. Will definitely be back.

- cynthia (6/5): - The property is old. It appears quaint at first but there are a few things that just need updating. Our bed was a king and very very comfortable. The bathroom was okay but mold was growing up the sides of the showers curtains and since the bathroom is very small, it was hard to avoid the shower curtain at any point in your use of bathroom. The room itself was clean, but I felt uncomfortable using the dishes kept under the bathroom sick, the bathroom counter as a dish washing system. Don't plan on using the room as a place to eat any food other than carry out or cereal maybe. The pool looked nice, the gazebo (not used) looked lovely. Parking was perfect. Assistance was very helpful.

- amanda (8/5): - Great price, pretty good location. Several restuarant options in walking distance. Beach was right across the steeet but the street was busy. The space had everything we needed and the pool area was nice. I would stay there again.

We recognized immediately upon entering our room that the Covid-19 cleaning protocols are still being utilized which was important to us. The review was titled unexpected due to the Covid-19 cleaning protocols that are being practiced 2 years+ in ongoing worldwide pandemic.
