Eso es un poco incomodo. Nuestra habitacion estaba en frente de la estacion de colectivos y algunos dias fue un poco ruidosa.

• Sabrina (7/5): Cheap hotel in a great location - Perfect location, close to ADO bus station (Playa del Carmen Alterna) and Cocobongo club. Just a 10-minutes walk from the 5th Avenue. The room was basically an apartment, with a kitchen space. Very spacious and quiet, as the bedroom was overlooking the swimming pool. Staff was ready to help when needed. Sink tap was missing a filter. Shower was cold for the last 3 days of our stay and water pressure was low. Overall, we would have expected a higher quality.

• Alexandre (9/5): Excelente custo benefício próximo do Centro com boas opções de comércio e transporte. - Ótimo custo benefício, próximo ao Centro, ao lado do terminal de ônibus ADO, com o Walmart nos arredores. Tem uma piscina bem legal com mesas em que vc pode utilizar para um café da manhã ou lanche. O funcionário Ricardo que foi o responsável pelo check in foi muito solícito e atencioso com minha família. Embora não seja um padrão das hospedagens da Riviera Maya, poderiam instalar um ducha higiênica. Seria um diferencial. Inicialmente nós foi indicado um quarto que não havia sido preparado ainda… mas rapidamente foi feita a correta indicação do quarto. Nada que desabone. Voltando a Playa del Carmen, ficar no Hotel Playa Encantada será minha primeira opção.

• Jean (8/5): - Nice room, very clean and spacious. It’s very noisy in the night if your room window is facing the ADO station. There are shuttle buses stop and start just underneath your window. Most passengers from those shuttles were drunk. They were shouting and singing around 2am every night during our 3 days staying. The curtain was terribly thin and couldn’t block any light.

• Marion (6/5): Dommage mais pas cher - Les chambres sont spacieuses. La localisation géographique sur la ville et très bien. Mais le matin, vous ne pouvez pas dormir avec tout ce bruit extérieur. J'ai cru que les fenêtres etaient ouverte mais pas du tout. Pas de rideau adapté. Soleil en pleine tête le matin. Bruit avec l école juste à côté. Je n'ai pas testé la piscine mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de transat.

Su personal excelente, muy fluido todo con los recepcionistas y personal de limpieza. Nada, todo excelente.

Abfahren kann man aber vom alterna… Die DAMEN vom HOUSEKEEPING sind super nett und hilfsbereit! Es ist laut da nebenan die ganze Nacht über gearbeitet und LkWs beladen werden, deren AGGREGATOREN SUPER LAUT SIND, zT super unmotiviertes Personal, durchgesessene Sofas (wir hatten 2 ZImmer), beides recht abgewohnt in einem ging die KLima nicht, was wir aber nicht brauchten.

• CELINE (8/5): - J'ai adoré mon séjour. Par contre, l'eau de la piscine était froide et je n'ai jamais pu faire fonctionné la plaque à induction (poêle). Pour le reste, tout était parfait. L'hotel très bien située, près de tout. Personnel très courtois malgré le fait qu'ils comprennent très peu l'anglais. Le personnel devrait parlé un peu plus l'anglais ou le français.

• Ann (8/5): Nice Large room and I enjoyed my stay - I picked the location near the bus station so I did not have to move my bags too far. This was obviously convenient but the street turned out to be a bit noisy at nights. Hotel staff were all helpful. I liked the pool area. All clean in the room. Would prefer slightly softer pillows, but that is obviously my preference. Curtains not very thick so got a lot of light coming in at night. Also single glazed windows mean you can hear noisy cars and people in the street below.

Dommage que le petit déjeuner n’est pas directement dans l’hôtel, il faut sortir de l’hôtel et aller dans un autre établissement à cinq minutes à pied. Vraiment pas beaucoup de pression de l’eau pour la douche. Nous avons eu une chambre côté rue qui était donc vraiment très bruyante Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. C’était juste en face de la gare ado Nous entendions vraiment tous les bus même la fenêtre fermée

• Anika (10/5): Odličan hotel na fenomenalnoj lokaciji - Soba je prostrana, udobna i čista. Hotelsko osoblje je jako ljubazno. Sam hotel je lijepo namješten i na fenomenalnoj lokaciji, preko puta ceste se nalazi autobusni kolodvor ADO Playa del Carmen alterna s kojeg voze busevi direktno na aerodrom, 2 minute pješke do pete avenija i svega par minuta do plaže.

Que la alberca no tenía luz disponible de noche, a pesar de estar iluminado el lugar por las luces de las habitaciones, si le daría un plus tener iluminación la alberca.
