• Cruiser15691132480 (4/5): Horrible perosn - Firstly I just want to say the restaurant in the hotel was nice , other than that very disapointed. Pool was constantly dirty with leaves , bugs ect..also freezing, never once in our stay did we see it being cleaned. I had put my clothes into the wardrobe so I hadent noticed under the clothes on the shelf as I always had clothes folded on the shelf’s , HOWEVER in the last few days of our trip I noticed our room was INFESTED with ants , we checked to see where these were coming from as their was way to many to have been ‘ carried on our shoes ‘ as blamed for . We then relized their was a nest in the wardrobe in behind it as there was 1000’s hence why I noted I hadent checked it as I layed my clothes don neatly there, only when I checked I noticed that’s where they were coming from , there was so many that I had to bin all of my clothes they were not in condition to put into a suitcase , and not enough time to get them washed and nor should I have to as this was on the hotel ! That would’ve been fine if they were accommodating and kind ! They MANAGER a blonde woman came up when we called and had nothing but a stinking attitude towards us , not sure if it’s cos we’re young or what but it was appalling not good enogh atall , no customer service skills ,a disgrace. After us constantly asking her to put us in a new room She cleaned it with a spray and refused us a new room as it was’ booked out ‘ but I know for a fact it was not as it was so so quiet the whole time we stayed and huge hotel may I add . We actually were temped to book in somewhere else but couldn’t justify having to pay ourselves as it was not our fault . I understand these things can happen but when charging a big amount for the stay I expect as entitled to they check the rooms are up to standard . If not , give us a new room you cannot make your GUEST stay in that condition , she also denied us compensation for the clothes I lost 100’s of € , the state the room was and all she gave us after was a bottle of ant spray for us to do ourselves ?? It’s not our job it and didn’t even work it was so infested . I’ll like to add we did not eat food in the room before anyone says that point . Appalling service it was the way she dealt with the situation in fact didn’t atall just was blatantly rude and arrogant .

Everything was amazing.the room was beautiful and the bathroom!!the quality of breakfast is awesome and the foods at the restaurant are amazing!!!!!!its very convenient because is close to the center..the staff is very friendly and polite.I will definitely recommend it next summer!!!! • lh908 (6/5): Kos overnight stay - Good position on the quieter part of the bay. Staff a bit grumpy. For €129, I would’ve expected a little more of an upgrade. Public beach across the road from the hotel and a small slightly grubby looking pool. No hot water in the room but room was ok. A bit shabby.

• bethcD728EX (10/5): The very best - The best hotel ever.! Huge room, great shower and air con, really comfortable bed, quality bed linen and towels and lovely toiletries. And a big flat screen tv. The breakfast was the best we had on our travels around the Greek islands with loads of healthy choices. The location is perfect, around a 10 mins walk to the old town, marina and port. We stayed in Room 304 early October, which was very quiet, and we slept like logs. However the jewel in the crown is the staff here. I have never came across such warm and friendly, deeply caring and professional staff anywhere on our travels., and I salute Kaity, Maria, Paris and George for their help, sympathy and understanding when my husband became ill, and needed to be admitted to hospital. They could not do enough and their thoughtfulness was palpable and hugely appreciated. George (the crazy but very excellent chef) even made up a couple of breakfast boxes for me to take to the hospital, and Kaity (the very caring boss) was a huge comfort. If we ever came back to Kos, this is the hotel we would rebook in a heartbeat.
• katie (8/5): - We had a lovely stay, the staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. My only issue was the room size, booked for myself, my 14 yr old and 17yr old. The room was far too small for 3 people, no draw space or wardrobe space and the frosted glass bathroom means that privacy is also compromised. A lovely hotel overall, great breakfast but not the best in terms of bedroom size and facilities.

• I6426FOellac (2/5): Worst Hotel I’ve ever been to!! - Terrible reception lady most unhelpful and rude person I’ve ever encountered. Lied about a water shortage when it was just the hotel having problems. Pool was in the shade all day long. Very deceiving. Found hair in my breakfast on multiple occasions. WiFi was terrible. However good cleaners, good bar staff and ok location. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

Lovely small hotel and great food included in the half board. Would definitely recommend when travelling for work or just wanting to be close to Kos town. Great cocktails too if that's your thing!

• MatejB75 (8/5): My hotel experience - Very good location near the sea and Ancient Agora, Plane Tree of Hippocrates and Nerantzia Castle and a walking distance to all Kos town restaurants, bars,... Room was OK for two adults and one child. Friendly stuff. We only had some troubles finding a free parking spot near the hotel.

Room was cleaned and renovated, unfortunately the bathroom was small, not perfectly cleaned and not renovated. Moreover, it had no window and no ventilation working. Breakfast good. Considering the high season, the price we paid was ok even though I would not give it more than 3 stars.

But above all, their staff, specially Kathy and Maria at the reception desk are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
• 631runel (8/5): Really perfect spot - Good value for money. We got family room just up stairs from pool. And hotel 30 sec walk from hotel. So with kids eager to swim .. perfect. And not in busiest turist stop. But still close to inner Kos and all in easy walking distance. A bit run down perhaps and noisy from street but again - good value.

• Sightseer537265 (8/5): Triton Kos more than 3 stars - Just returned from a 5 day stay at Triton. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast was of good quality and a good variety as well. The restaurant menu is equally good for dinners and you get 10% off. I'll easily pass for a 4 star Hotel as quality plus location is on point. Shout out to chef Mario, he's the star of the hotel.
• 664robn (10/5): Excellent Stsy - Excellent rooms at very affordable prices with breakfast included. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Room had a balcony which was a nice touch. Facilities were great, lower floor had a gym as well as a ice hockey table, pool table, gaming facilities. Swimming pool is a decent size and suitable for children as it not deep at all.
• joeyEdinburgh (10/5): Beautiful hotel, very nice staff - This is a lovely, design hotel very close to Kos town but away form the busy hustle and bustle. Our room was lovely, with some beautiful design features and a great shower and small, but lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The reception staff were wonderful, super friendly and helpful, the breakfast staff a little quiet and reserved but nice and there is a gorgeous, small pool. Would definitely stay again if we found ourslevs in Kos.

Although we tried few hotels in Kos town years ago, we loved the most Triton hotel due to their great staff, the location, the breakfast buffet and the cleanliness. It feels like another home as soon as we check-in. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Will be back soon in few months. Highly recommended!

• PM (10/5): - Belle prestation. Hôtel quasi neuf. Chambre bien conçue. Petit déjeuner convenable servi dans le resto/café du rez-de-chaussée qui donne une large vue à la mer. Service de plage pour fréquenter leur piscine (de petite taille) qui y enchantait les enfants durant notre séjour. Bon respect des mesures sanitaires. Dame à l’accueil très au courant de toutes les infos pratiques nécessaires. Le seul point négatif est l’arrêt de la clim au milieu de la nuit, pour une raison inconnue (contrôle central ?).

• Sakis (10/5): - Liegt ideal in Kos . Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Sehr sauber. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Restaurant Avanti ist sehr gut. Hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren vom Essen (3 gänge Menü) begeistert. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen wäre das gegenüber vom Hotel die Konditorei Special befindet wo man das beste Eis überhaupt essen kann. Geschmack Ρόδι ausprobieren. Buchen beim nächsten Kos Besuch das gleiche Hotel. Hotel Triton kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

The recently renovated reception and breakfast area make this hotel stand out. Breakfast is provided daily until 10:00AM. Plenty of restaurants also near by to select. Highly recommend
• Martin (10/5): Our normal one night stop over to the islands - Have been coming here on and off for 23 years on our way to Lipsi. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Last year we arrived two days after the earthquake and Triton had sustained damage so we stayed at her sister hotel the Maratina (also very good). It was great to see the refurbishments this year and the addition of a small tasteful swimming pool. Well done Triton looks fab!

• Ismail (4/5): Very small noisy rooms - Regardless of definition all rooms are small. Balconies have no privacy. The hotel needs major uplifting and more staff. It is at the center but the hotel picture is misleading. It has a beach with 3 umbrellas but never taken care of and always filthy. Book any good hotel and enjoy beaches that are taken care of including beach clubs.

• Julie (10/5): Good quality hotel across from the sea - Good location. Room good size, very clean, with nice firm mattress bed, blankets and extra pillows and bath with shower. Balcony with sea view. Only little moan would be that breakfast is slightly lacking - only tinned peaches and a fruit bowl with some sad looking fruit in it - no melon or fresh fruit salad. Air conditioning was set on very cold and no way to alter it. Had very noisy party on the balcony below us and when I called at midnight to ask for the noise level to be reduced, this was dealt with very promptly.
• Island Wanderers. (8/5): First class location - Ideal spot for stopping over to connect to othe Islands, with superb breakfast and less than 10 minutes from main ferry terminal.
