• Kathrin (10/5): Perfekte Basis für Erkundung der Altstadt - Tolle Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter der Anlage, alles sauber, gut ausgestattet…. Es gab sogar Kekse und Wein. 😊
• Attila (9/5): Élmények a Kyanosi szállásról kiindulva - Tágas szobák. Jól felszerelt konyha. Kedves házigazda! Jó ajànlàsok, hogy hol igyuk a reggeli kávét! A piac mellett! Nagyon visszaigazolta az elképzelt olasz hangulatot! De az ajánlott éttermek közül is többet kipróbàltunk. A felújítás reméljük hamarosan befejeződik, hogy könnyedén lejuthassunk a tengerparti sétànyra. Ez sokat növeli a szállás értékét!

• Nataša (8/5): - Kljub temu, da zunaj stavba izgleda dotrajana, te potem dvorišče pozitivno preseneti. Imeli smo dva apartmaja v pritličju. Izgleda kotna sliki. Oprema je za 4 ljudi. Lokacija. Brezplačno parkirišče. V kopalnici so začetki plesni, katero bi bilo dobro sanirati.

• Federica (9/5): Comodísimo! - Las dimensiones, la limpieza, el kit de bienvenida, la amabilidad del personal, el código para entrar, el aparcamiento, el convenio para el desayuno. La caldera era muy pequeña (80 lts) así que se agotaba pronto el agua caliente y ya no habia para el tercero (por lo visto una persona suele consumir una media de 40_60 lts por ducha). Fue la única pega.

• Ramona (7/5): Für 1-2 Nächte ok, aber für länger auf keinem Fall - Die Wohnung war sauber. Es gab einen Willkommensgruß aus Keksen und einem Likör, was wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Wohnung war in einem alten Haus mit Hinterhof. Leider sind von dem Haus keine Bilder in der Galerie.Die Einrichtung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze hing durch und war sehr unbequem. Am Bettkopfteil hing ein Haken , an dem man immer mit den Haaren hängen blieb. Aus dem Haarfön blies nur kalte Luft. Die Gardinen bzw. das obere Teil davon war total verschmutzt. Die Decken von der Wohnung sind sehr hoch sodass da vielleicht niemand dran kommt um zu putzen.

The surrounding area was rather shabby but very safe for walking to Ortigia The apartment was comfortable except for the seating in the living area which consisted of 2 fold up beds that weren't good as sofas

• Christian (9/5): Komfortabler Stützpunkt, wenn man sich länger in der Stadt aufhalten will. - Sehr geräumige, ansprechende Wohung, wo man sich gerne auch tagsüber länger aufhält. Küche mit richtigem Herd und Kühlschrank sowie Esstisch. Man läuft schon eine Viertelstunde bis zur Altstadtinsel, dafür hat man allerdings eine sehr viel Parksituation als dort.

• Arndt (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Nähe zur Stadt - Die Anreise trotz sehr später Zeit (1:30 am), war aufgrund des digitalen Codes super angenehm. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht und bietet aufgrund der Größe für alles Platz. Sie war super sauber und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir können sie auf jeden Fall im Winter jedem empfehlen. Einen Parkplatz finden war auch überhaupt kein Problem und wir konnten jeden Tag direkt vor der Tür stehen. Es gab leider keinen wirklichen Schrank für Kleidung, nur eine Abstellkammer ohne Regal. Aufgrund der Größe aber kein Problem.

• Oleksandra (10/5): - It’s a charming apartment in an old building. There is a small courtyard where you can have a cup of coffee or smoke. There is plenty of free parking spaces on the street. There is heating/cooling in bedroom. It has ‚blackout’ shutters, so you can get a good sleep. For us (a couple, on a road trip, in February) it was a perfect stay! Stuff inside the apartment is not exactly new and fresh, but you have everything you need.

The location is perfect – just a short walk from the old town, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There's also free parking on site, which was a big plus. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. A lovely surprise was waiting for me upon arrival – a small bottle of wine in the fridge and cookies on the table – such a thoughtful and welcoming touch! You can also use the laundry facilities on-site for a small extra fee, which is very convenient for longer stays. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this place is a great choice. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and very well managed.

Nos esperaron con un aperitivo de cortesia y con muchos consejos para visitar los alrededores. El contacto con ellos impecable. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Non abbiamo visto l’host ma la comunicazione e’ stata gentile e presente. L’appartamento che ci e’ stato assegnato era al piano terra, risultando abbastanza buio. La camera da letto aveva finestra con affaccio sulla strada, quindi i pedoni possono vedere dentro alla stanza

Die Lage ist echt super, es ist dort schön ruhig und die Einrichtung ist echt nett. Alles unkompliziert, sehr aufmerksam und angenehm. Wir werden auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Alles war gut.
