• Adrià (6/5): Enough for one night - Good location, close to camden. Good price given that London is expensive. The room was extremely small, you could not even stand on the bathroom without closing the door. AC not working and the temperature of the room was extremely high, not proper ventilated neither. Window could not be left open as it was giving to the rooftop.
• Steve Dearnley (8/5): - Good location for staying over after spending the day in Camden. Good bathroom but other than that it's a basic "crash pad". A little expensive for a small room, from which you can clearly hear other guests coming and going.

• Luz (1/5): I am very disappointed . Front desk lady promised to give me a better room . - It is very clean. Great location. NO elevator or lift. Rooms are very small . Worst room ever I could not reach the way to go to bed it was totally against the wall. I have pictures .

• Agata (8/5): - The studio was very comfortable, cosy, and warm Everything that we needed was there :🙂 Great location! 🙂 You will need earplugs, as the apartment is quite noisy (road traffic, underground, slamming doors and intercom ringing quite often).

• Carla Allonby (8/5): Great room in a great location 👍 - The room was lovely and clean, very comfortable 👌 loved the little kitchen area and the shower was fantastic, the area the hotel is in is lovely 😍 The drains in the bathroom smelled awful! Also there was no coffee in my room on arrival, I did ask the receptionist to ask the cleaner to leave some whilst I was out and they did but it should have been there at check in
• Darragh (7/5): The hotel is basic with just your small reception and room. The rooms are very small but very clean and well presented - Excellent location. Two minutes from underground which was 2 minutes train and ride to Camden Town Clean and tidy and location

• kristian (8/5): Good value and great location - Very clean. Compact kitchenette which was handy. Nice bathroom and good shower No lift and we were 3 floors up with heavy luggage. Couple more plates or bowls would have been nice.
• Curtis (1/5): I’m sure this was a one off bad experience, however the lack of empathy from the hotel staff was very disappointing. Wou - Comfortable bed. Nice location. Firstly we sent a message through booking.com asking about where we could park and what options there were. The reply only said that there was no parking and to use google to find some. That’s fine. However when we got to reception, there is a notice on the front desk with a location of a close car park for much cheaper than what we had to pay. Why couldn’t this be communicated to me when asked? Secondly we were in a room in the basement. Again there was aircon so shouldn’t have been a people. However the aircon made a very loud noice very frequently. Everytime it would stop and we managed to get to sleep, it would start again, which lasted all night. We had to turn the aircon off which then made the room uncomfortably hot. When we mentioned this the next morning we were told nothing could be done and we should email management. We did this and was told we should have said something in the night when this was happening. This wouldn’t be a problem if we weren’t told that the reception was closed from 9pm onwards and that the phone number given should only be used in cases of emergencies, so we waited until the reception was open to complain about this. Overall a very terrible experience. Only positive is that we were only booked in for one evening

• Änne (9/5): Echter Deal in Nord-London - Obwohl an einer großen Straße gelegen ist das Hotel erstaunlich ruhig. Mit der Northern Line (Belsize Park) ist man in ein paar Minuten an St. Pancras und in der Innenstadt. Zimmer groß, sauber, riesiges TV, blitzsaubere Kitchenette. Safe, Bügelbrett und -eisen, alles da. Einige kleinere Supermärkte und ein paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Angenehme Gegend.
• Thomas (10/5): Will use again. - I needed a reasonable place to stay for a week in Lo ndon, with opportunity to make simple food. It was perfect. Kettle, micro and a small frigde. Clean bed and a clean and nice bathroom. Perfect for my needs. Helpful staff. Right next to the tube, in a very nice neighborhood. Nothing worth mentioning at this price.

• Andis (4/5): Not a pleasant stay - Location was good, close to an underground station It is one thing not to have a lift and another one to have these stairs. I understand this is an old building and having a lift might not be possible. But the stairs are beyond the level of “inconvenient” and borderline “dangerous”. They should have been wider, sturdier and have a rail to grab at least. This is such a safety hazard for someone that might trip while trying to get their luggage up. Moreover I slided my suitcase under the bed and on the last day after I got it back up in order to leave, I saw how much dust there was on my suitcase, clearly from the floor not being cleanned properly. Finally, the bathroom state should have been better. Peeled off paint and rusty equipment should not be acceptable. Especially at these prices.

• Hazel (6/5): Nice but not practical and very loud. - Good location and very clean Very loud, could hear the tube rumbling for most of the night. Also, no phone reception on the lower floors which is fine, but the WiFi provided by the hotel did not work here either. Also the television didn’t connect to the WiFi properly so if you wanted to watch telly or use internet to plan your day, was very difficult.

• Mirjam (7/5): Hotel zelf onpersoonlijk, wel in een leuke wijk. - Hotel staat in een fijne rustige wijk, lopen naar de Hamstead Heath. Fijn dat er een keukentje aanwezig was met koffie. Badkamer netjes. Functionele kamer. We hadden een kamer op de beganegrond, ramen waren niet geluiddicht, dus hoorden wel wat van het verkeer, muziek in auto's etc. Wij vonden de prijs te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Balie medewerkster weinig toeschietelijk.

• louise (9/5): - My 2nd stay in a fortnight as its a great location for me. This time I had a mini studio room. Disadvantage is that there's no window but I knew that prior to booking. Bed is large & comfortable. Everything was clean. Good sized shower that worked really well. Coffe/tea making facilities. This particular room came with a fridge, sink, microwave & hob. Wasted on me this occasion but nice to know if I ever return. Felt very safe & secure which is a must as a solo female traveller. Roundabouts its a five minute walk from Belsize tube station. There are numerous cafes & eateries, many independents which is good with plenty of choice. A really small grumble. Someone clearly dropped the biscuits.
• Prescilia (9/5): - C’était un bon hôtel si vous souhaitez y séjourner quelques jours. La salle de bain est très belle et il y a suffisamment d’espace dans la chambre. Il est situé dans un quartier très calme et le personnel est très gentil. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, donc si vous avez des bagages lourds, c’est vraiment chiant. Et, si je ne me trompe pas, il n’y a pas non plus de petit-déjeuner. Mais il y a un supermarché et des cafés pour prendre le petit-déjeuner à 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel, donc c’était un point positif.
• June (4/5): Probably won’t be returning - Location No lift and on 3 floors stairs were narrow and Steep. The air con motor was very noisy and would not turn off . The staff were helpful but the problem persisted all night. My room very very small.

Bed was very comf & had a good night's sleep., Reasonable sized bathroom & a good working shower. Easy access into the building after reception closes. Ironing board etc supplied in the wardrobe, plenty of drawers. Good WiFi. Very large tv if that's your thing. Lots of cafes roundabout to get breakfast. Belsize Park tube was a 2 minute walk. Not an issue for me but there isn't a life & the stairs are a little narrow in parts. More attention could have been given to the tea & coffee facilities - basic & I had only 2 sachets of decaf coffee. A machine that looked like it took pods - which were very well hidden if they were there. Biscuits were all broken & ended up with me getting crumbs everywhere.

• Tibaldi (9/5): - I was particularly impressed by the amenities in the room: in addition to the kettle and coffee machine, there was also a mini fridge, a cooking hob, and a microwave which were not mentioned in the booking description and turned out to be a great surprise. Another big plus was the quiet neighborhood. The area is very peaceful and silent, yet located near the underground station, making it simple to get to the city center. There are also bars, grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby, which made everything very convenient. The bathroom was small, but clean and equipped with everything needed. Everything was good and I wouldn’t change anything about my stay.

• SVLem (6/5): Fine, could easily be better. - The location was excellent for what we needed. Easily walkable to Primrose Hill and Hampstead Theatre. We also walked back to King's Cross in the morning, although this took longer. The room was small, and there was a very noisy extractor fan which could not be turned off which affected our sleep. We were also too hot - we could not open the window due to traffic noise and not being able to close the blinds whilst the window was open, and could not use the fan as it was really dusty.
