- Badilla Ortiz (8/5): Buena ubicación - Excelente ubicación, hay muchas actividades cerca, así como tiendas si buscas hacer compras. Cerca del Walmart, restaurantes y demás. No estaban muy limpias las habitaciones, el piso algo sucio. El baño no está en buen estado, nos avisaron y nos resolvieron pero sonaba muy duro.

También que el enchufe de la mesita de luz no funcionaba si la luz estaba apagada así que cargamos los móviles en el baño

Te cobran entre 60 USD y 100 USD extra por reserva, al llegar. Te roban tus pertenencias y luego no se hacen responsables. Te culpan y dudan de ti.

- Danielly (10/5): Localização e quarto excepcional. - A localização é estratégica. Perto de tudo! Fomos muito bem recebidos e orientados. A única coisa que foi um pouco incômoda,foi ter que dormir com meu filho na mesma cama, que é enorme coube nos três sem problemas, mas ele se meche muito e acabou tirando nosso conforto. Mas não foi bem um ponto negativo!

The kitchenette was very useful, balcony and space was good. The pool was small more like a jacuzzi but it’s ok we didn’t go there for that. The baby playpen was about to fall appart but all that matters is that baby slept well!

Personnel très sympa. Rooftop très sympa. Piscine agréable, propre (ce qui n’est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels) et pas froide. On nous a accepté un late check out Check in pas avant 15heures, ils sont intransigeants. Odeur bizarre dans les toilettes qui vient de la tuyauterie. Coussins des chaises du balcon pas propres et pas lavés depuis des mois.

Mini cocina con todo lo esencial para el desayuno o alguna comida rápida. Sorprendido de lo silencioso para estar tan cerca de la quinta avenida y los boliches. La descripción y fotos coinciden con lo ofrecido. Hay una construcción al lado y otra en frente lo que genera ruido y polvo, de todos modos con la ventana cerrada casi no se escucha.

- Titouan (9/5): Bel appartement central à Playa del Carmen - Proximité avec les avenues principales de Playa del Carmen, appartement spacieux et literie confortable, facile à trouver et instructions très claires, le balcon... Pas grand chose à repprocher, absence de parking (mais des parkings payants sont disponibles à proximité), la cuisine manque d'équipement mais nous n'avons pas vraiment souhaité cuisiner

Pareciera por la decoración un motel que se convirtió en hotel de alojamiento normal jaja! Lo que se paga es la ubicación y está correcto!

No mais, é tudo simples, adequado ao preço pago em comparação a outras hospedagens da cidade, que é bastante cara no geral. Trata-se de um apartamento com uma cozinha muito compacta e com utensílios mínimos, apenas para um café da manhã muito simples. Na outra vez que me hospedei, anos atrás, eu já havia solicitado reforçarem a cozinha, minimamente com mais facas, garfos, facas de corte de carnes e outras coisas simples, básicas e baratas para permitir preparar uma refeição mais robusta e nada foi alterado no decorrer do tempo desde então. NADA. O cofre não funcionava. Não há café da manhã no local. A cidade tem preços muito caros no geral. Bastante abusivos, no meu ver. Eu já havia estado na cidade 3 vezes anteriormente. Não voltarei mais.

A luz do banheiro é de presença, então acende mesmo q vc não queira. No geral acho q está avaliado acima do q deveria. Tem obra ao lado e à frente.
