- Oguzhan (4/5): One of my worst stays - Peefect location, clean rooms. My room and my friends room had a bed smell, probably caused by a.c moisture. I had problem with a.c one night. They told me they solved the problem but late at night it went of again... I asked why it wasn't fixed. They told me that the technician said it i fine. So they trust the technician but not the costumer. They offered me a new room at 2 a.m. I tried to sleep at another room with my belongings at the other room. At 10. A.m when I went to pack my things, without my consent and all of my belongings were open, the technician entered my roo, spread the bed one side, and worked. I was so angry with that because it is a break in to privacy. I saw little insects in the bathroom. The staff working at night, do not understand what you say because of lack of speaking English. There were no kettle in the room, when you ask they say we don't have. . all one of my worst booking experience...

- John (9/5): Ok place to stay.. it’s very close to a bar that has live music that plays until late at night. That can be distracting - Location Included breakfast isn’t much. Toast, some cornflakes, orange juice, and instant coffee.. I had breakfast elsewhere. The card sensor lock on my door wasn’t working properly.. I had to try the card several times before it would work. Staff had problems with it too. That needs to be fixed. Shower takes some getting used to.. it took me several minutes to figure it out. Why the shower has a drain valve attached to it makes no sense. It serves no useful purpose. Rooms on bottom floor can hear chatter from guests hanging out outside the restaurant.

Not the Hotel problem but I canceled booking, tried to reinstate but was denied. Effectively I was charged twice for my stay. No flexibility or sympathy at front desk. Multiple repeat customer; this was disappointing.

The internet in our room was not good. It would go in and out all the time work maybe 10 min maybe 30 min then no internet. It would come back but we ended up using our data on our cell phones more than the hotel internet. Disappointed the internet was flakey or we would have gave the hotel a 10
