• UMRANIYE MERCURE HOTEL (10/5): This will be my choice when I come back. - The front desk staff was helpful with everything, including city structure, tourist attractions, and transportation.

• Elizaveta (6/5): 2 bad days and nights for us, good that most of the time we where outside . - Only the spa is worth Our room was dirty, they just made the beds, fridger not working, toilet dirty, another room We booked and another one they gave us, not city view (only back window with a/c outlets view, tooooo much noise cause from the restaurant air refresher. No good pillars, generally one of the worst hotels we have ever been in Instabul . The wifi never worked properly also!

• Kwee (3/5): Speechless - Booked and paid for the room for 9 days. Due to certain reason, will need to travel for 3 days. To prevent and hassle, I told the front desk to leave the room as it is, and I will return. So I left some stuff in the room. I specifically remind the front desk not to remove anything since I will returned in 3 days, and he informed that he will remind the housekeeping When I return, everything was removed. When I asked the front desk, I was given a lame excuse, they afraid that my stuff will spoil in the room ( I left my imported coffee powder and mineral water etc) , I wonder if they are thinking that the water will evaporate or coffee powder will get roasted more? Then probe further, they say the housekeeping was not informed, further probe end up my imported coffee has all gone missing. Seriously I am not concerned about any compensation (I was given the choice that they can compensate, I rejected it, it’s not about money) but I am more concerned about what the hotel policy is, how is that a simple request can be missed and end up disregarded

• susanrR4941FA (4/5): Disappointing stay - We are really let down by our stay at this hotel, definitely not a 4-star hotel. Our room felt more like a cave than a proper hotel room: dark with a very unpleasant sewage smell. The terrible view from our second floor room (see photo) only made things worse. We asked the front desk to change rooms, but they were completely unhelpful. It felt like they didn’t care at all, and we were stuck in that uncomfortable room for our entire stay. It was incredibly frustrating. The only saving grace was the restaurant. The breakfast buffet and food are simple but delicious, and the restaurant staff are attentive and clearly committed to great service which is a sharp contrast to the front desk. Overall the hotel itself was a big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re expecting a true 4-star experience as there are nicer hotels less than a mile away.

Property is clean, spacious, well maintained, safe, quiet and very modern place 10/10. It would be unfair to the excellent service I got if I mentioned anything negative here.

• joshuaawise (4/5): Disappointing stay - I chose Mercure as I usually have a good stay with them when I have previously; however, when we arrived the room had random hair clumps everywhere. The thing me and my friend found most difficult was the hotels policy that you could not bring in food from the shop or order takeaways. This is because there is a mini market in the hotel but it is ridiculously overpriced and they have a restaurant with 24 hour service but again is overpriced for what it is. Aircon was poor and wifi connection wasn’t great, so I’d recommend asking vanity for an alternate hotel provider and research thoroughly before your stay and don’t just assume from the hotel chain.

Didnt expect to get room like that to be very honest. -i was upgraded by booking to double room, and i got still single one. -please avoid. Its not worth the money! Also there is absolutely nothing around

Better to park on the street. We got breakfast delivered to the room three times and each time was different setup/food and different price.

Bed is a bit soft for me. 2 lights had no light bulbs but staff installed them fast. Can't open window. Shower water pressure is low on the 9th floor. Weak wifi signal.

No wifi coverage in the room, only 1 elevator is on, and moving up and down with no logic, u need to wait 10min. For a request. Dirty carpets in the room and corridors. Very little choice in breakfast. No soundproof between the rooms, you hear each door closing noise in the same floor, each flushing and showers. The fridge is not working well. No minibar provided. Bad coffee in the room.
