- AYAA (2/5): Run away - Unfortuamtely i had a terrible experience and i couldnt but to cancel the rest of my reservation. Couldnt stay for one more night, the hotel is very old and not clean there was something bite me once o entered me and my whole family had bites . I thind bed bugs

Once arrived in Istanbul to the hotel, went inside to check in and before even stepping inside the hotel, the manager came up to us and said that the hotel is closed; closed with no explanation. Overall, very bad experience, they did not let us in, although we had booked, and we had to find another hotel to stay during our trip!
- Ayman (4/5): - Staff is freindy and helpful, Mini bar is nòt renew every day, toilet light was off and no body repaired till departure, location is very good.
- Amber (2/5): - We were not able to get inside because the door was locked, and we had to check in to another hotel , would not recommend this hotel at all , it’s a very sketchy place and not even sure that does it ever open or not.
- Mohammad (2/5): - The staff is really humble and nice but the overall management of this place is not great. We were first given a room whose airconditioner did not work the whole night and it could not be fixed the next day. After raising it with the manager we got a new room. One day later he told us that someone has pre booked this room, so we were shifted the third time. The room in itself was not well maintained. There were cracks and spaces between tiles. We moved the bed (for kids) and there was a heap of dust underneath it. Also I understand that we used to leave the room by 1pm but even then after several requests, within our six days visit the room was cleaned only once. Finally in the end I asked for some compensation and was promised that our departure taxi to the airport would be arranged and paid by the hotel. Only to realise on the day (this was 4am) that it was not prearranged! The manager later messaged me that he would pay the taxi fare (€20) without any hint of apology for not arranging the taxi.
- mohamad (10/5): Perfect place and amazing seaview. 10 stars - The place super comfort and amazinf sea view, friendly staff especially ibrahim and the front desk lady. Very clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms & good price. Very close to taksim square and metro station. Highly recommended for both family and single stays.
- Ibrahim (8/5): Good place for couples but not for family. - I based my feedback upon the location of the hotel, the cleanness, staff attitude, etc. However I didn’t stay in the hotel at the end, as it was clear upon showing me 2 options it’s not suitable for a family with 2 kids. Possibly 1 infant could have been ok. The staff on that day, helped me to find another option outside and kept our luggage till I found one. The place is very close to Taksim square and looks a nice hotel. Area is flat unlike Istanbul other places with hills.
- Shaymaa (2/5): Not recommended at all - -Location is very good, like 5 min. Walking to isteklal sq. -The room is big ( this is for bospour view room). The city vire room is not that big - we surprisingly knows that no breakfast service as the restaurant is closed due to covid conditions while the bar is working normally! -in check-in, receptionist gave us vity view room & offered us to pay more & upgrade to bospour view room while my original booking is based on bospour view one. Luckily that I remmebered su h detail in my booking to not pay more - 1 water bottle every 2 days.. in our stay, they put 1 bottle for 3 times in 7 nights stay; whilein their service decription. It's offered daily - room service is every 2 days not daily, & not that clean! - bathroom tub sink needed to be fixed & requested that several times since first day & nothing happened till our end of stay - I requested airport transportation & as they mentioned here, they offer this service with 25€ cost, while the receptionist asked me for 40€ instead. At the end, they are not honest at all for the service they mentioned in compate to the reality. I built my expectations based on my previous stay there 6 years ago but now, it totally not recommended

From outside the hotel looks lousy and the lobby and restaurant was not in good condition However the 45sq m room looking straight to Bosphourous was amazing and luxuriously confortable given its price. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

- mohamad (10/5): Great Place To Stay in - it was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. amazing view, very helpful and friendly staff (speaking English), spacious rooms, very clean and good housekeeping,comfortable beds,great location (3 min walk to taksim square). we took 5th floor suite and it was very quite. we admired the view to Bosphorus that takes you away . thank you; we will visit again . highly recommended hotel.
- Riham (10/5): Excellent Hotel - I really enjoyed my stay there, the staff were so helpful all the time, the room was sparkling clean when I arrived with daily cleaning afterwards. The view from the window was simply mesmerising! It was priceless waking up in the morning and seeing this view! The location is perfect around 4 minutes from Taksim metro station and 3 minutes to Istiklal street. The only thing that bothered me was the smell of cigarette smoking coming from the other rooms in spite of the fact that it's prohibited indoors. I had to keep the balcony open all the time to get rid of the smell.

- IbrahimT. (8/5): - Het hotel is 100 meter van het Taksimplein. Ondanks dat hoor je in het hotel geen lawaai. Noch van het verkeer, noch het uitgaansleven. Onze kamer was groot (family suite), met prachtig uitzicht. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Vooral Vedat heeft ons uitstekend bediend. Hij neemt zijn werk zeer serieus.

- Giordana (10/5): Bello bello - Hotel molto elegante, con una vista spettacolare e in ottima posizione. Ho avuto una stanza molto grande (501), con una terrazza che dà sulla strada e, sporgendosiun poco in lontananza si intravede Santa Sofia. Il bagno nella stanza è nuovissimo e molto pulito, nella camera, invece, qualche lavoretto andrebbe fatto, specie ridipingere le pareti e sistemare un vetro rotto della portafinestradellaterrazza. Nelle dotazioni in camera, oltre al bollitore, c'è anche una macchinetta nespresso. Non ho fatto colazione perchè la danno a 15euro, vista la posizione dell'hotel in mezzo a decine di locali, si possono trovare colazioni ricchissime a poche lire molto facilmente. Il giudizio finale è molto positivo.

- mert (4/5): Memnun kalmadım - Banyoda tek kullanımlık duş jelleri yenileriyle değiştirilmemis yarım yamalak bırakılmış, duşa Kabinin kapağından dışarı su sızıyor ve banyodan çıktıktan sonra ufak bi göletle karşılaşabilirsiniz!! Balkon temizlenmemis olsa ki yerde sigara izmariti vardı.. Bina eski olabilir ama ortalamanin üstünde fiyat ödeyip eski eşyalarlari görmek iç açıcı değildi, tavsiye etmediğim gibi bidaha da gitmeyi düşünmüyorum

Tek kusuru pencerenin üst kısmında yer alan klima motorlarının muhtemel arızalı oluşundan dolayı kompresör seslerinin gece boyu sürmesiydi. Konuyu aktardığımda klimaların değiştirilmekte olduğu bilgisi verildi. Bunun dışında rahatlıkla tavsiye edilebilecek bir otel.

It is also one of the few hotels in Turkey that Ive stayed in that advertised a king bed and actually had a real king bed. - Londoner (10/5): Excellent location and Bosphorous views - This hotel is in an excellent location in Cianghir and you can reach all the key spots in Beylogu and also to the bridges to the Sultanhamet. The Bosphorous view rooms are delightful. A small and simple hotel which is very clean, comfortable and with very helpful staff.

- LISA (10/5): Lovely balcony view great hotel - The hotel location is perfect. walking distance to metro stop variety of food shopping and restaurants as well as coffee pastry shops. You can walk to Istikal street onto Galata area lots of cute boutique shops. The hotel was located off the main busy streets so it was not noisy and crowded. The Suitel hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgable spoke English . The hotel was quaint and beautiful. My room face water lovely view and was very clean with stylish decor . I loved my room and stay at hotel Suitel Bosphorus . Thank you Havzullah office manager
