Very comfortable beds and under floor heating in the bathrooms was a nice bonus. Good quality appliances with everything you need. Spectacular views! There wasn’t anything I didn’t like but the timing switch on gas fire was inconsistent and had to restart it regularly. It was reported to management and it was attended to within their level of abilities to fix.

• Eleanor (10/5): Fabulous stay in gorgeous Queenstown. - Well positioned - not in town (which is better when very busy), but a scenic walk through St Omar’s Park along the lake gets you to town in 15-20 min. It was very comfortable and the facilities /equipment is top notch.
• Timba (10/5): A great long Easter Weekend away in Queenstown - The view was amazing looking out over the lake and onto the mountains. The sunrise was amazing as well. The room itself was spacious with plenty of relaxing areas and the gas fire just made the evenings all that better. Having a toilet downstairs would have suited us better but these things can't be changed for us travellers. Location of rubbish bin in the kitchen, could of been out of sight.

Good to have a full kitchen and ensuite along with a main bathroom. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus as we have been travelling for a few days and needed washing done. The fireplace was lovely. Great space down stairs and not overcrowded. Garage was good to put our bike in and dry our shoes. The Bike station was appreciated after our rides. Staff were kind and friendly. The beds were very comfy. Sun shining through in the morning was lovely out on the patio. The overabundance of coffee cups in the draws. More crockery in general would have been better for a four night stay with our group.

• Claire (8/5): A pleasant comfortable stay but not enough kitchen amenities provided for a longer term stay. - The villa is very comfortable. The gas fire is fabulous. The garage is quite narrow. Our next door neighbours had too many cars and kept parking opposite our garage making it very difficult to get in and out. Management should have told them to limit the number of vehicles on site. Also the kitchen has very limited products. They provide only a few dishwasher pellets, laundry powder, tea & coffee. . No oil, flour, glad wrap, foil, herbs, spices etc.

• Carl (9/5): Very comfortable family accomodation for a short or longer stay - High quality and clean accomodation. Views and fitout are exactly as advertised. Reception team are friendly & helpful. As others have noted, the garages aren't huge but there's easy parking out front of the villas for larger vehicles. The master suite is very spacious; the other two bedrooms very modest. Could use a more generous fitout of mugs, plates, etc; you'll need to run the dishwasher after every meal.

The villa was spacious and comfortable, the lawns outside our apartment were very welcome and the view was fantastic. Kitchen was well equipped. Location good for walking into town although uphill on the way back ... This is not a cheap place to stay, so we were disappointed that we had to pay extra per night to use a bbq. It was convenient to have the bbq outside the unit and a reasonable bbq, but still seemed a bit mean. Other than that, all fine.

• Len (10/5): Princeton provide a comfortable, well located, excellently serviced and affordable place to stay - The Villas was spacious and had top quality amenities. The second and third bedrooms were well 'set-up'.The main bedroom was spacious with ample hanging and storage space. We had an Alpine-facing room and this provided us with a wonderful view of the treeline and could see the Gondola activity. Also we were able to watch the Sky Jumpers from the top of the mountain. We could see a little of the Lake also!! The Villas are located just a short walk to the CBD through a lovely lakeside park. Whilst the walk back is a little challenging, it is good exercise. There is a bus service if not into exercise!!! There was NOTHING we did not like!! The Villa was clean and had all we required-and more!!

• Yuan (9/5): A peaceful lakeside hotel with stunning unobstructed views and cozy comforts - This was our second time visiting Queenstown, and we chose to stay at the same hotel again — which says a lot about how much we love it. The unobstructed lake view is absolutely amazing, and the peaceful environment makes it a perfect place to relax. The fireplace was especially welcome on cold, heavy rainy days and made the stay even more comfortable. One downside was that the water pressure was a bit low, which seems fairly common in New Zealand, and this time our villa was closer to the uphill road, so there was noticeable early-morning noise even with the windows closed—particularly affecting our elderly parents
• Hill (10/5): Very well equipped and comfy units. We loved our stay! - Very comfortable units in great location -close enough to town but far enough away. We loved the facilities and the staff were super helpful. We chose view to side (not over the lake) but still loved the side views across to Remarkables and the lush green trees nearby with sound of the crystal clear stream. If we had one very small suggestion was just to have a few different pillow types. But we loved our stay and hope to be back!

• karen (10/5): Amazing view! - The view is exceptional. You can see the lake and the mountains. Make sure you book the lake view because it is worth it to look out and see that every day. It's one of the prettiest views in New Zealand. It is very modern and upscale. The beds are comfortable. There is a heated towel warmer. There is a small garage. It would be helpful to have a rental car because it is a mile walk to town, and going in it is downhill, but coming back, it is uphill. I stumbled upon a hiking trail behind the condo. Walk on the road, and it leads to a trail. If you run out of the coffee pods, you have to buy them from the office because you can't get them at the store.
• Cameron (9/5): Amazing villas and exceptional views - The views are amazing, you could sit and watch the lake and mountains all day as they change. The villa was very well appointed and spacious as well. Small oversights in housekeeping (eg no dishwasher tablets) are hard to fix because reception is only open during the day, when we were out. We were recommended to use the app Planit to book activities but it failed on the first attempt - better to book directly.

Hugely dusty atmosphere in the bedroom which triggered asthma. Not sure why as the rooms were spotless but dust motes were visible every time the bedclothes moved.

We cooked at home most of the nights during our 10 day stay and lacked nothing. This was a perfect place to come back to after a long day. Plenty of space for everyone to have privacy .
