- Jawad (10/5): Overall, excellent experience and will be staying there again. - Every thing was exceptional, absolutely clean, safe, conveniently located , but especially staff at lobby and cleaning personnel, wow what a group of excellent professionals, humble, polite, always helpful. Lobby staff available 24/7 Easy and quick check in and out. No hidden fee or charges. Very affordable laundry facilities on site. Clean linen and towels provided regularly. Free water, and tea, coffee provided. Beautiful rooftop views. Good wifi speed. Room temperature very comfortable. Of the 18 days I stayed, about 3-4 days there was maintenance work at my floor which is floor 5, noise woke up on those days. They were apologetic however I believe they could have given residents rooms on other floors. Cleaning personnel didn’t observe DO NOT DISTURB sign at door and kept awaking me every day.

- Tuni (8/5): Comfortable - I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient — just steps from the subway and with a convenience store right outside. Getting to Myeongdong and Hongdae was easy, around 20–30 minutes by subway. The room was clean and cozy, and the bathtub after long days of exploring was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!

- Guest (6/5): Leider stimmt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aufgrund der genannten Mängel gar nicht. - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage mit Anbindung an die wichtigsten Subway Linien und einem Airport Bus in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich! Leider war das Zimmer etwas runtergekommen und es waren komische Flecken an den Wänden, so dass ich mir gar nicht vorstellen möchte, was in dem Zimmer alles schon veranstaltet wurde. Ich war froh, dass nur zwei nächste zur Überbrückung dort war.
- Noorina (10/5): Exceptional stay with a view - The room was spacious and clean and the view was amazing! I could see NSeoul tower everyday from my window. The bathroom was also superb, with its view and also the shower was large and enjoyable. The hotel is located a few minutes walk (less than 5mins) from bus stops and train station with no hills or stairs so thats great! Also there are so many restaurants, cafes and convenience stores around so that was very convenient. If you're sightseeing, this area is a bit far out from the central touristy spots so keep that in mind but the Hotel is superb and definitely worth a stay!

C'era un cattivo odore probabilmente di muffa e tutto era piuttosto trascurato, diciamo che almeno una mano di bianco e di antimuffa potevano darla. La colazione era davvero triste, praticamente solo roba coreana, con un tostapane di casa, il latte solo freddo, le tazze um po 'sporchine (ogni mattina chiedevo alla signora che parlava solo Coreano di scaldarlo). Non avevano nemmeno il tè per i primi due giorni, poi mi sono lamentato e solo chiedendolo, mi veniva data una bustina (solo early grey). Tutti un po' triste e trascurato,

Uitstekende roomservice Het ontbijt doet afbreuk aan de kwaliteit van het hotel..geen aanrader. 4 verdiepingen onder de grond…zonder daglicht dus..15 etages bovengronds ook niet, of beperkt? Verder is het op en neer gaan van de lift duidelijk hoorbaar

I had a long stay, and the firm bed and sheets were very comfortable, pleasantly surprised by the bathtub and bidet and excellent shower pressure should definitely be noted. The daily maid service was great. The hotel location was good, with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also, right by the buses and the subway. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Lack of closet, and just four hangers.

Alt personale var høflige og gjorde hvad de kunne for at hjælpe os. Bookningen kunne have været bedre. Vi havde bestildt at værelset skulle være parfumefrit. Vi mailede via booking.com flere gange for at huske jer på det, men fik ingen svar. Da vi kom til hotellet havde de ikke fået besked. Vi måtte selv gå på jagt efter duftlys og duftstikkers og lufte kraftigt ud. Jeg spildte en dag på sygdom på grund af allergi. Sidste år var vi på et andet hotel i byen. Der havde de fjernet alt duftende så jeg kunne være der fra starten uden at blive syg.

- MASAKI (8/5): - 外部ドアと内部ドアがあるため、館内通路の騒音が殆ど室内に入ってこない。また、周辺道路からの騒音もあまり届かず、静かな環境で就寝できる。朝食は予約でW10,000のようだが、毎日食事内容に変化がないのは残念且つ、質的にも若干費用対効果に欠けそう。フロント従業員の質は高いので、安心して宿泊できる。地下鉄駅出口から50～60ｍなので近くて便利。
- Danielle (8/5): Its a good option - Location is next to Sadang metro station so its great for accessing public transport. Sadang station has the green and light blue lines. The light blue line being the line you need to catch the airport train from Seoul Station so it made that process a little easier. There is also an airport bus you can catch from there too. Surrounded by restaurants. I loved that there was a bathtub in the room and the view was great. Having a bath and looking out onto Seoul made for a relaxing end to the day. The staff were very attentive, professional a d friendly. They even open the door for you if they see you coming: feels like 5 star service. The fridge in the room was crazy small. The lighting system in the room was a little chaotic but we figured it out. They have a lovely area on the roof top with great views it has some chairs. Its a lovely place to have a drink in the evening but it feels a little unused and not maintained. I think this area is underutilized and a missed opportunity for them.

- Johannes (8/5): Centrally located, harmonious hotel - Service on the reception donated a Korea card with 20 USD credit for public transport from their own to me in a situation where I can't get money from ATM and could pay with Credit Card! I appreciate their attention and selfless support. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for business and leisure stays.

- Matt (8/5): Overall , I liked this place because of location, clean room and friendly staffs. - It is close to the public transportation and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Staffs are very friendly. Bed was very clean. This was 2nd time stay as I liked this place. I stayed 2 nights in this trip. It seemed to have a different room at a different floor this time. there were lots noises before 10 am outside room on Sunday. Loud chats and vacuum sound came from the hallway and next room. We couldn't continue to sleep. There was no sound barrier at all. I might need to ask the hotel for a quiet room next time.

- Hannah (10/5): Sadang SR hotel - for the best Seoul experience! - We loved everything about this hotel! We had a premium double room on a high floor and the view was awesome - including the Namsan Park Tower. There is also a roof top garden which hardly anyone uses, so had that to ourselves for a couple of nights. The staff are so lovely and helpful with good English - and there's always google translate! There's a washing machine you can use in the basement, and a smoking garden on the ground floor. It is a little out of the way, but for a side of modern Korea without the tourists, it's perfect with plenty of cool little restaurants and cafes at non tourist prices. Pastel City is just across the main road and has great eateries and bakeries. It's central South location is well connected by metro (underground) with Sadang station literally on the corner and two main lines running through it. Pick up a T card from any local shop and pre load it - journeys are less than a pound each. Our room was cleaned exceptionally every day, and the cleaner took all rubbish and recycling. It was epic to wake up there every day and roll up the floor to ceiling blinds! Choose city view over balcony. Nothing! I guess there was only a small clothes rail rather than a wardrobe, but we really did 't mind this.
- AYAKO (6/5): - 【問題点】 地下3階の角部屋でしたが、ドアが外開きでした。隣の直角面の部屋のドアが掃除で開いており、大きく重い扉の為、我々の部屋のドアにかぶさり開かなくなった事がありました。ドアを叩いて助けを求めていたら掃除の方が気付き外へ出られましたが、これは消防法に引っ掛からないのでしょうか？？ 災害時や、空港へ行く日の朝にこんな事態に巻き込まれたら大問題です。特に窓が無い部屋なので。 あのドア間隔と配置での外開きは避難時の妨げになるので、あってはならない。 フロントに電話しようとも、通常どこのホテルにも置いてある館内案内もなく番号が不明。後にフロントで聞いたら「 0 だけど」あっけらかをんと言われました。 笑顔で多言語対応できるスタッフから、英語がほぼ通じないスタッフまで、接客レベルの差がありすぎる。 真下に地下鉄が走っているらしく、音が響く。人によっては耳栓が必須。 脱衣所のドアが無い、タオル掛けがない、館内案内が無い、２日目にテレビが映らなくなった、コート掛けが低すぎるなどなど、部屋はお洒落だけど使い勝手が悪い部分が散見された。 【良かった点】 地下3階という密閉された空間ではあったが、スイートの為にかなり広いお部屋で、シャワーと洗面台は１階と２階に各々設置されていたのでとても便利だった。テレビとソファーセットも２箇所にある。仕事用デスクもあり。 コンビニが数件、食事をする所も数多くある。ショッピングセンター的なものもあり、果物屋やパン屋で朝食が調達できるので、部屋での朝食も可能。広いキッチンがあり、レンジもあるので大変重宝した。 ８番出口から２分で立地が抜群。仁川→金浦→サダン駅 と空港バスで直行。帰路も空港バスはほぼ定刻で来た(早朝だったから？)。 毎日タオルを替えてくれ、掃除も行き届いた印象 。１階にコーヒーマシーンがある(できればミルクが欲しい)。

- Neeleshbmehta (8/5): Clean, well-maintained hotel right next to Sadang station - It is a clean well-maintained hotel, very close to Sadang station. The location is very convenient. The reception was helpful in figuring out the bus route to take. The breakfast is minimal. As a vegetarian, all one gets to eat is cereal milk and bread. No tea as well during breakfast; only coffee is available.
- Andy (7/5): Good - This was our second time booking this hotel, with our previous stay being in 2018, before the pandemic. The staff were friendly, but their English-speaking skills were limited. The hotel’s location, right next to Sadang Metro, made it convenient for traveling on Line 2 and Line 4. There were tons of restaurants and cafes within the walking distance. The room was quite small and a bit rundown, and the loud static noise from the lighting was noticeable. The window soundproofing needs improvement, as staying on the 8th floor, we could still hear traffic noise from the nearby highway, as well as people talking and shouting outside the hotel in the middle of the night.

- Petter (6/5): Decent hotel, awful breakfast - Decent hotel. Welcoming and helpfull staff, clean and decent rooms with nice bathrooms. Good location just around the corner from Sadang metro station (exit 8). BUT, the breakfast is a disaster, possibly the worst I have ever seen. The selection is cold pasta, supermarket toast with margarine (nothing else!), and rice. Absolutely not worth playing for and an embarassment to the hotel.

- JIN (8/5): 조식 비포함 숙박 권장 - 조식 포함 결제 했는데... 조식 시간이 다른 호텔들과 달리 8시 30분부터 시작되어 조식을 하지 못 하고 나옴. 다른 조치도 해 주지 않음. 아침 일찍 출발하는 출장 분이시라면 조식 비 포함 숙박을 권함.
