• ChenYen (5/5): Basic, a little run down, comfortable bed - The bed is quite comfortable. The place was a little run down, the cistern was running all night, and the shower runs out of hot (actually warm) water very quickly. I also like a deadbolt or security latch on my hotel room doors.

• Amy (1/5): Avoid at all costs, worst place I’ve ever been to - Absolutely nothing This place was completely unacceptable. The room smelled, the door handle was broken, there was constant water running from the bath, and moths flying around the room. The air conditioning unit is filthy and is positioned right over your pillow. Reception is unattended most of the day so there was no way to get help. The room was not fit for anyone to stay in and had to book another hotel immediately. Avoid.

Walls are broken, water closet is moving, hot water comes after 10 minutes, heating not working properly, sink and bath tub clogs while taking shower, television didn’t work either.Pictures of the room complete different than in the booking.com.

Atendimento muito ruim, havia uma funcionária que não sabia nada sobre o hotel, apática. Liguei para informá-la que chegaria um pouco depois do horário indicado. Ao chegar ao hotel , fui informado por ela que não havia água quente, no inverno do Arizona. Quando perguntei desde quando ela sabia, me respondeu que não se lembrava. Não havia outros quartos disponíveis na cidade, exceto um 20x mais caro. Se houvesse me avisado quando liguei , poderia ter reservado outro hotel nos arredores. No mais, quarto simples e básico, compatível com o preço.

• Brittany (7/5): Well our room had a very slow draining tub and the curtains do not keep the light out very well. - It was what hotels should b2 priced like. Fair and simple. Has a pool, (cold), has a fridge . Which is super nice and helpful is this hot climate. Easy to find . Our bathtub wouldn't drain. So we purchased some drain cleaner which helped.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Great for the price - The room is good for the price. I was more scared after reading those reviewers' reviews than I was after seeing it in person. It's an old place, but they are keeping it clean. The bed was comfy. The microwave is accessible on the second floor. Check-in is in a strict timeframe, 4-8pm. No breakfast. No pets. I don't see any issues considering the price.

The room had a sliding glass door that lead to the pool with chairs set out for us to enjoy. It was a very comfortable place to stay at. There was just little details like there wasnt a fan in the bathroom for the steam/smell. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the barhroom. Nothing major and it didnt affect our stay.

• Clint (4/5): A decent value for the money, but know what you're getting is subpar compared with most of the other - The location was great- across the street from City Hall and down the street from restaurants and grocery stores. The property is old and shows signs of wear and tear all over the place--even the entrance to the lobby had a big hole in the ceiling. The property looks like it was a nice place to stay--in the 1970s. The grounds around the pool are well maintained, but that's where it ends. Staff was adequate but not friendly, seemed to go through the motions to get you in and out.

• Robert (1/5): - Die Abreise von Lake Powell. Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich – für diesen Preis erwartet man sich zumindest eine freundliche Begrüßung. Stattdessen wurden wir sofort unfreundlich angesprochen. Das Motel liegt direkt neben einem Biker-Lokal, wo die ganze Nacht gefeiert und laute Musik gespielt wurde. Zusätzlich wurden die Motorräder ständig gestartet – mit Burnouts und Wheelies – sodass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Beim Abendessen wurden wir auf der Straße mehrfach belästigt, besonders meine Freundin wurde mit anstößigen Gesten und Sprüchen bedrängt. Englisch konnte hier kaum jemand sprechen; fast überall wurde ausschließlich Spanisch gesprochen. Wir haben uns zu keiner Sekunde sicher gefühlt – das war der einzige Ort auf unserer gesamten Reise, an dem wir ein solches Erlebnis hatten.

• Barbara (6/5): Für diesen Preis und Lage völlig in Ordnung. - Auch wenn es von Außen nicht unbedingt den Anschein macht, war es für uns völlig in Ordnung - vor allem für diesen Preis. Parkplatz direkt vor der Zimmertür. Zimmer war soweit sauber. Für diesen Preis nichts zu beanstanden. Lediglich die Terrassentür ließ sich nicht öffnen.

• Vladi (5/5): - Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Poolbereich war ganz Nett, begrünt und so. Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Motel. Zimmer mit Teppich und dementsprechend eklig. Die Toilettenschüssel stand schief mitten im Bad und wackelte und schaukelte beim draufsitzen. Zudem leckte es unten. Allerdings ist es bekannt, weil ein Zettel auf dem Spülkasten davor warnte, also warum nicht einfach reparieren? Dusche ebenfalls nicht gut. Generelle Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden. Die Dame am Empfang hatte auch nicht sonderlich Bock auf Gäste und wirkte genervt. Für den Preis hatten wir schon weit aus bessere Motels. Toller Ausblick aus den Bodentiefen Fenstern direkt auf den Parkplatz.
