- Alex (2/5): Meglio dormire in aeroporto. Evitare - Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel senza pretese per dormire qualche ora, visto che avevamo un volo molto presto al mattino seguente. Ciò non é stato possibile. Abbiamo cambiato sei stanze prima di trovarne una con la doccia funzionante, senza alcuna preoccupazione da parte del personale, dovendo accontentarci di letti separati. Mi sembra il minimo per un hotel avere una doccia. Sembra un hotel abbandonato senza manutenzione dai tempi di expo. Stanze senza telefono, senza aria condizionata o senza telecomando del condizionatore, un'altra con una voragine nel soffitto. Oltretutto c'era un matrimonio rumoroso nel locale sottostante che non ci ha fatto dormire

- Claire (2/5): - Room wasn’t cleaned the whole two weeks that I was there. I had to get my own toilet paper and clean towels. Bathroom was filthy and don’t think the shower saw any bleach or cleaning products. They had weddings almost every night and room was right above the outside party area. Asked to move rooms and they refused, was quite rude when I had asked and tried to pretend they didn’t understand me so I used google translate. Bed was rock hard and a/c made a massive noise when I switched it on as the front cover was broken, tried to fix it myself and discovered that it was also filthy inside and don’t think it has ever been cleaned. Absolutely awful 2 weeks and don’t recommend this hotel.
- Fatmanur (4/5): - Sehr geehrtes Expedia-Team, ich möchte gerne meine Erfahrungen während meines Aufenthalts im Expo Park Hotel mit Ihnen teilen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hotels. Es liegt nah an der Stadt und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, insbesondere die Busse, ist sehr gut. Leider musste ich bei genauerer Betrachtung einige Mängel feststellen. Das Zimmer machte auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck, jedoch zeigte sich bei näherem Hinsehen ein anderes Bild: Das Bett war voller Flecken. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, das Waschbecken war verschmutzt und die Handtücher ebenfalls fleckig. Es fehlte Toilettenpapier. Die Klimaanlage hatte nur zwei Einstellungen: entweder sehr kalt oder komplett aus. Zudem war das Personal zwar freundlich, jedoch wurde das Zimmer während meines Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen war dies leider mein erster und letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

- Amy (2/5): Bad hotel, only stay if you can’t afford better - Not a good hotel. Stay uninterested and incompetent. The room was at least well cleaned, but the rest of the building and gardens was pretty badly cleaned and maintained. The window in our room didn’t close. We had to get help to use the shower because the tap was blocked shut. The circuit box in the room buzzed very loudly all night. But it was the only affordable hotel within 10km of airport so we stayed, in spite of the unanimously awful reviews.

- Mustafa (2/5): - Die Zimmer sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand, im Bad die Armaturen teilweise abgebrochen, die Duschkabine sehr schmutzig, die AC nicht einstellbar, dh entweder sehr kalt oder ohne. Die Außenbereiche ungepflegt, schmutzig und voll Müll, die Tische verschmutzt. Wir sollten ein Lunchpaket für Frühstück bekommen, wegen des frühen Fluges, die sehr junge Dame an der Rezeption meinte, wir sollten zur Tanke nebenan gehen. Wir kennen dieses Hotel von einem früheren Aufenthalt bereits und wir nutzen es wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen, es hat sich extrem verschlechtert. Sehr freundlich waren die Barista bei unserer Ankunft und bei der Abreise, beide baten uns Tee oder Café an. Wirklich ein extrem runter gekommenes Hotel - schade - und so billig es nun auch nicht.

Obwohl in Expedia stand, dass Zimmer ist für nicht Raucher, im Zimmer stand Aschenbecher und es riech sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Badezimmer war einfach dreckig, und Bett sah nicht sauber aus. Laute Baustelle unten den Fenstern. Mann erwartet nicht viel von 3 Sterne Hotel, aber es soll einfach sauber sein. Hab dieses Zimmer nur für paar Stunden biss meinen Flug genommen, weil Hotel nur in ca 15 Autominuten von Flughafen sich befindet, sonst auch eine Nacht da verbleiben ist nicht zu empfehlen.

- Alejandro (10/5): Brilliant and hospitable Receptionist - The receptionist, Borak, was supremely helpful during our brief stay at Expo Park Hotel. He served us breakfast with a smile, helped us with our enquiries about a taxi transfer to a local town and was very welcoming overall. Our stay at Expo Park Hotel was intended to be a brief stay after arriving at Antalya Airport yet Borak made all the difference during our stay. Thank you Borak!!
- A.E (2/5): - I did not like your Expedia reservation because when I arrived there at 8:30 pm, they said your reservation was canceled because the price is very low and this me problem with Expedia not them. After more than one hour waiting, I let me get and charger me 5 $ extra

BUT you get what you pay for i.e. poorly organised, dilapidated and hazardous. I can't believe that Expedia have this hotel on their books. As I literally only needed a room for an 8 hour stop over I made do. Advice to other travellers - avoid like the plague.

They they took us to another room which was a bit smaller but no extra charge. We accepted that one but then there was leakage on the floor in bathroom which was creating mess , not fixed by the staff even mentioned few times to them. However we were then moved to another room which was perfectly fine, no issues. Some staff was really good. We were booked five people but our room had 4 single beds. The staff then kindly arranged for an extra bed in both rooms we were moved into. Breakfast was ok but u need to be there early as there is less posit refilling. Few of breakfast items were really good while the rest were ok. Now tea with milk or coffee was available. Also no house keeping was done during our stay at hotel. Language problem was also an issue but they were sometimes using the translating app and sometimes used sign language ,so managed ok for that time. Staff needs to learn some basic English to communicate. One receptionist knew some English but she couldn’t be present all the time.airconditioning was super good. Overall our experience at this hotel was accepteable avd we are happy with it apart from that leakage. Please do not pay extra if they ask u to.

When I got there the staff were nice and were helpful, now the room was a double but it hadn't had a proper clean for a while and for £17.50 per night for 1 person I would have thought it would have at least been clean. The bedding and towels were fine but the toilet was dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

- Verified traveler (4/5): ok but try again. service failed. - We booked this hotel because it had jacuzzi and balcony/terassa and we wanted to relax after some tiring days. When we got the room there were NO JACUZZI only shower, and no balcony/terassa. We also wanted double bed and the room we got was two single beds. So we asked to change. They moved us to a different room with three single beds (and sold our previous room with our bags in it to new guests!). The lamps in the room was broken, the mini bar was empty, the shower only had cold water. After asking for hot water they "turned it on" (why it was off?) in the morning it was cold again... The WiFi was not working in the room. Air condition worked fine and room seemed clean. Price ok.
