MD. ARAFAT (6/5): It was good and comfy stays - Well my stay didn't included any type of meal but the location was top notch near the metro station and also quite close to twin tower. And as a muslim there were also mosque nearby so a perfect location at 6:00 am so when i went to hotel it was 9:00 am so they told me that I can't check in now And i had to wait there for 5 hours after comimg from a international flight. So it would be good if they start an early check in!!

Cannot open my tiktok or anything,the room during enter have eyelashes in toilet and then water bottle in fridge.not so clean but affordable.the aircond not so cold but it's okay cause have fan.

Muhammad Luqman Bin (1/5): AVOID THIS HOTEL - Nothing. Everything. DO NOT COME HERE! Nothing was like in the pictures. Very dirty, bedsheets like they've never replaced or cleaned, the hotel smells like damp clothes. I checked out and left within a few hours. It's non refundable too yet I would still rather waste my money and left because the room smelled like a toilet.

And they charge me for daily cleaning but the room. Is not clean each day and the waste can was not clean. So. Dirty

Petra (7/5): Good sleep in a good location but don’t expect luxury - Good location and relatively clean place. It’s a 20mins walk to the twin towers and a lot of food options around. Close to the bus stop as well. Room itself is really basic but really good hot water pressure shower. We got a room without a window but it was surprisingly really quiet and haven’t heard any noises at all. There is a cold and hot water dispenser. The mattress and bedding should be replaced soon. As well the common area would use more cleaning. All the hotel rubbish is stored on the stairs case as well as dirty laundry so you have to step over while walking down. As well there was a spilled noodles on the stairs for the whole 5days and nobody cleaned it.

Guest2108 (6/5): decent location and facilities are good, but they are not cooperative. - location is good. they charged me half day more for just 3 hours. i was waiting for taxi to come and we had to leave for airport, flight was delayed for an hour. They didnt adjust. there was no latches in the washroom door, difficult to use it while children were there, they could open it anytime.

Ruby (7/5): Good for a break from hostels, but not a cozy spot - Was good for the one night I stayed. I needed a break from hostels and it was perfect for a quick refresher. The elevator is super handy as well. It’s in an industrial part of town but close to the bus station about 10-15 min walk. Then 30 min walk to central KL. The room was dark and a little dusty. The front desk when I arrived felt standoffish.

Janith (1/5): The worst stay I've ever had in my life. - Nothing.. From the first impression itself, they were making so drama about the booking. Not customer friendly at all. For the entire three days, they didn't make up the room. Not flexible at all. Do not book this hotel for any reason.
Edit (2/5): Very poor - Wifi is good, I had my private room with bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist is not a nice guy. Bathroom has leakage and always WET. Bed was not entirely clean. They should mark on booking there are extra tourism tax to pay. Wouldnt go there again

Fei (8/5): Use AGODA - Location and value. Book with Agoda. Prepaid. Don’t book with booking.com in Asia. I am in hotel in Ipoh now, same issue. Lots of hidden costs with booking.com.
Gajaruban (9/5): Budget hotel with great location - The location is great near to MRT, and budget friendly hotel, for the price great value, bank is next door so free additional security. Near by Food Street Foods and Shops are very affordable The room cleaning is every 3 to 4 days or after your check out. So check out after 2 days and ask for a new room, and only 1 cleaner and 1 receptionist at the site, so be ready for that 😉 .
