• irini (7/5): Δεν θα μέναμε ξανά στο CitizenM Rotterdam - Δεν θέλω να βαθμολογήσω το σύνολο του προσωπικού , γιατί έτσι θα αδικήσω το 98% του προσωπικού που ήταν εξαιρετικό όπως πάντα αλλά το 2% ήταν υπεύθυνο για τις άσχημες εντυπώσεις και την κακή και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά προς εμάς . Πραγματικά δεν θα ήθελα να μείνουμε ξανά στο CitizenM Rotterdam και να αντιμετωπίσουμε τέτοια ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά προς τον πελάτη .

The rooms were a little too modern for my taste. Everything could be controlled with an iPad in the room, but not everyone is comfortable with iPads.

• Sabine (10/5): Perfekt für einen Citytrip nach Rotterdam. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. - Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage war perfekt, direkt am Oude Haven und den Kubushäusern, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Markthalle und der Innenstadt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend.

• Marc (7/5): Prima voor een redelijke prijs zo centraal in Rotterdam maar niet geschikt voor lang verblijf. - Personeel = uitstekend en zeer vriendelijk Ontbijt is heel goed en mooi gepresenteerd Roomboter mag wel buiten de koeling want hard om te smeren Kamer erg krap voor 2 personen om je even om te kleden. Wij waren er voor een huwelijk en hadden net genoeg ruimte om onze kleding op hangers kwijt te kunnen. Verder uit de koffer geleefd want kastruimte voor kleding is er niet. Douche en toilet gescheiden van wastafel is niet ideaal. In douche/toiletruimte geen enkel plankje om even wat eigen spullen kwijt te kunnen. Stoffen/schoonmaken ook achter de gordijnen op de vensterbank bij het raam ! Was niet gedaan! De afvoer van de douche was slecht, stond bij het douchen voortduren in laag water.

• Sandra (10/5): Great Place - The staff were so friendly and the location was perfect to visit the Cube Houses, Old Port and the markets. The Hotel was directly across from Blaak Railway Station giving us great access to our places. The light system controlled by an ipad took a while to work out. No coffee facilities in the room.

• Bev (7/5): - Location fantastic, as was all the staff (except for the guy who checked us out,he was very condescending) Bar & lounge area, very quirky & very relaxing. Internet was good. The room was very high tech, which I guess is good for these days. However, we didn't like the tiny wash basin in the actual bedroom area! The bedside table was awkward to use, as the lamp was fixed in the centre of it. The huge bed could have been smaller so that guests could get out of bed without clambering over their spouse & then dropping from a height to get their feet on the floor. If my hubby had slept at the wall side, he would have had to clamber over me. No thanks. The cleaners must really struggle to make these beds up. No wonder the window cill was dusty. Probably fibres from the bedding. There are no brew facilities in the room. People like a brew before they get ready for the day. They don't want to go to the bar and probably pay for it. The blinds are hi-tech & take ages to respond to the ipad (and wall switch), which also controls the TV & everything else. Thankfully, my hubby is quite techy, but not everyone is. The biggest gripe was the hi-tech air con/air purifyer. Even set at 18 degrees (by staff), we still had to go out to buy a fan. The room was stifling whenever we entered or stayed in the room. This hotel appears to only want whizz kids staying.
• Tina (10/5): Dieser Aufenthalt war ein Highlight u.a. auch aufgrund der zentralen Lage des Hotels - Das hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Personal sowie die superzentrale Lage zum Hafen und zu innovativer Architektur! Absolut empfehlenswert, auch das Hotel Interieur sehr geschmackvoll. Wir hätten uns ein kleineres Schlafkissen gewünscht.

• Deborah Jane (9/5): A very comfortable place to stay in Rotterdam - The location is great - close to Blaak train station with good access to Centraal station. It is easy to walk to explore the city from the hotel. It has a nice atmosphere and great open areas to sit and relax in. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The room was large and very comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I ordered an evening meal from the bar that wasn't great. I don't think they are used to cooking evening meals as there is so much choice outside the hotel and I didn't see other people eating there in the evening. Stick to the good and generous breakfast and bar snacks!

• suzanne (8/5): A good hotel in a very good location to access the city sights and restaurants - The bar and lounge facilities were very comfortable, vibrant, quirky and interesting. The staff made us feel very welcome. I am not sure who thought a large bed, accessible from only one side was a good idea. I was on my own so not a problem and I would love to return with my husband but having to clamber over him in the night to reach the bathroom will not work!

• Jonatan (6/5): Bra faciliteter men obekväma och små sängar och rum - Det var trevlig personal med bra allmänna utrymmen som kändes mysiga och som hemma. En bra restaurang med god mat som är öppet dygnet runt och en bra frukostbuffé. Bra utrymmen för att sitta och arbeta med avskiljda kontorsplatser. Det var obekväma och små sängar, som var för korta. Det var mycket lyhört vilket kunde störa, när någon annan gäst tar sig in på sitt rum kunde det låta som att de försöker ta sig in på ens eget rum. Det var dåligt städat och en planlösning som kändes väldigt krampaktig där man knappt fick plats att öppna sin resväska, ännu svårare om man skulle vara två och dela rum.
