• Rose Mary (3/5): Horrible por la situación que pasé quiero aclarar que yo tenía mi visa con dinero suficiente - Tuve problemas con ellos al momento del pago yo le pagué a ustedes y tuve qué volver a pagar cuando llegue y el día que nos fuimos la persona que nos recibió dijo qué su máquina no le estaba funcionando yo espero qué ustedes me ayuden a verificar el pago y yo voy a pedir el estado de cuenta para verificar qué me hayan cobrado tres veces nunca había tenido problemas con ustedes ese viaje fue una emergencia familiar que tuve y un momento de dolor qué tenía no me sentía bien para estar alegando pasaron mi visa como cuatro veces cuando llegamos y cuando nos fuimos me pidieron la visa de nuevo y la pasaron fue algo bien extraño cuando pagué por mi perrito todo funcionó bien espero me puedan ayudar

Noise level is medium as there are alotnof roosters roaming the property. Staff is friendly and helpful and most are bilingual. Our room had 2 queens and a pull out couch. So we are felt comfortably.

• Glitz827 (8/5): Very nice hotel in an accessible location. - The common areas were very clean and modern. The staff was great (especially the housekeeping/support staff). My room was clean and serviced every day. Plenty of electrical outlets but no USB ports; satellite TV with lots of channels. There is a small workout room that seemed to have a lot of exercise equipment and also a pool, which I didn't see. It's located at a busy intersection in Manati and there is a Medical center across the street. Plenty of fast food available nearby and there is a Walmart and Walgreen nearby. Very close to a major highway making it easy to get around the island. The area is not very walkable though and very impersonal; if you're planning on sightseeing, you will definitely need a car. Major complaint was the free breakfast; I guess you get what you pay for.

Есть бассейн (до 5 футов глубиной, работает с 6 до 22), стоянка бесплатная, круглосуточный спортивный зал. Понравилась чистота. Скудный завтрак, при этом десерт платный, нет микроволновой печи в номере, нет тапочек, зубной щётки и пасты. 40 минут езды до Сан-Хуана. Дорого! :(

Staff was very friendly and housekeepers did a good job cleaning the room . The tech however is outdated and barely functional, and the WIFI was very slow. Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.

• 07Ingrid (9/5): Habitación con cama extra King fue dada a otras personas - La tranquilidad Que el cuarto que había solicitado o que había separado cama extra King no lo había ya que llego un grupo para una asamblea 🙏 y le dieron esa habitación. Y tuve que pagar como si yo tuviera en esa habitación. Eso fue lo que no fue de AGRADO.
