My family and I usually take advantage of the breakfast in the morning, which is usually good and filling. No complaints

- Gregory (5/5): Not the best stay, customers expect more from the Hilton brand, and customer service needs work - The location was good. The room was what I expected. The night I checked in I needed to wash clothes. I went to the laundry room and put quarters in the washer which took $3.00 dollars total. I inserted the quarters, and the machine didn't work. I notified the staff, and they were puzzled and didn't know what to do. So, I took my clothes to a local laundromat. I don't know if housekeeping has a policy about which days they service rooms, but I had to notify them twice to service my room during my 7-day stay. There was construction going on downstairs for the breakfast area and kudos for offering breakfast bags or the hotel located next door. The construction took longer than what the signs posted. For example, the signs read the breakfast area will be closed this week Monday - Friday which was the week of 20 -24 Oct 2025. The signs were finally updated over the weekend at the front counter areas but not in the elevators.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel was booked with the option of paying at Property. Someone from the hotel called me and asked me to provide my credit card over the phone to secure the room prior to my arrival. I refuse, because I do not ever share my credit card information with strangers over the phone. Once I arrive to the hotel, they canceled my hotel Without letting me know prior to arriving therefore, I had to book a hotel at another establishment. It was very inconvenient and not professional. Also, I asked if they had other rooms available. I was told they did not. But I did see that there were rooms available on Hotels.com. I did not want to continue my stay at this establishment due to their poor management.

- Jennifer (8/5): Close to Fort Eisenhower - Very sweet staff member working reception area. The hotel location was convenient for accessing the army base. The lobby and lounge were wild when we came in but the room was quiet. Fortunately we were on a higher floor.

The young lady, Charley I believe is her name, at the front desk was so sweet and friendly and made our stay very memorable.

Everything you needed was very close by, the breakfast was great, and everything was clean and comfortable We had a bit of a problem trying to figure out booking because of military changes but we got there in the end.

- Peniel (4/5): - One of the bed sheets had blood stains on them and the bathroom door locked from the inside. So if you come out of the bathroom and close the door, it would lock and we had to keep it open during our whole stay. Front desk and check in was easy and the staff was friendly.

Though there was some confusion about wi-fi usage, we old folks had little difficulty navigating the TV options. Breakfast was particularly well done, had many choices, and the food was hot and tasty. Will definitely be staying there again.

- James (10/5): Henderson's Stay at the Hilton Augusta! - Our stay was awesome. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast was outstanding, especially on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday.
On the other hand, there needs to be heat in the hallways of this hotel. This hotel hallways were as cool as the outside temperatures. This is an unacceptable condition and must be corrected immediately.

- Dusty (5/5): Despite an absolute horrible check in experience, the stay wasn’t bad. However, the check in experience was bad enough t - Overall, the property is great! No complaints physically. We had a horrible check in experience. We have the same last name as another guest and that guest checked in somehow with my booking and paid with their card. When we checked in we were told it was paid for and I asked three times for confirmation because my card hasn’t shown charges. The front desk attendant was not able to confirm my card but someone else’s. So we thought because of travel arrangements our room was paid for by the group we were traveling with. When we found out this was not the case, we were told over the phone, that the other person that checked in was going to be out of a room because we used an ID to check in and he did not. We couldn’t enjoy our dinner or night out with friends because of this whole misunderstanding. The only other complaint that I have is the AC. It worked however it kept shutting off during the night and the room would get hot and it was too quiet . We got about three hours of sleep the whole night. I tried multiple times to run the fan only and was not able to get it going. Rough night. Rough morning. Despite all of this, the staff was excellent!
