Staff were super nice ans supportive. The free shuttle bus is a life saver and was in pwrgect condition. The driver is punctual and very nice and supportive. However, around the hotel location, dining options were limited as well as supermarkets and coffee Shops and enterteinment around the hotel area. But delivery applications are available for both food and Groceries

- Cherita (8/5): - This property was great. I only had a couple of issues. Water staying in the bottom of the shower because it was apparently uneven. Also, the carpet was wet in the hallway from the ceiling leaking and caused a smell.

I feel like there was certain things that they could have handle the way I wanted to be handled like the towels some of them were torn they were here and fruits hair on the face cloths, like we definitely have to do better, I expect more from the Marriott I could’ve wish they gave me a better discount or free night. Overall, I mean it’s a beautiful hotel, not too far from everything so it was OK for vacation

It won’t keep the water inside the tub and literally floods the bathroom which becomes slippery and hazardous. It needs to be addressed by simple design changes to bathtub.

The hotel provides two swimming pools average size, my kids had alot of fun, room service and food is of great taste and great variety, Dubai Mall is only 5mins away but maybe being closer to the center will allow you to save on taxi, Overall very good experience, I would definitely recommend

Very comfortable beds and all the facilities some of the furniture in the living area is outdated but overall we enjoyed our stay and hopefully will go back again.

We booked for 1 non smoking bedroom apartment but on getting there, they were sold out and there was no non smoking free. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom smoking room that smells like one cigarette has never been smoked in the room. My 4 years old daughter loved it so much she referred to it as "our new white house." This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was not disappointed. Looking forward to staying at Marriott in the nearest future.

A nice serene and excellent apartment hotel with top quality service. Apartments are very clean and modern and the facilities are well thought out. Great sleep quality and very comfortable. Location is tucked away from the bustling downtown but only just a few dirhams taxi ride away. So you enjoy serenity within sights of the city center. Staff are very attentive and primed to please. - Joseph (10/5): Best of Both - The generous space of a serviced apartment combined with all the benefits and service of a hotel. You're compromising on the location but it means you get a lot more for your money. If this property were in the middle of downtown it would be a completely different price bracket. Sadly the traffic is getting worse in Dubai and it seems that rush hour starts at 5pm and lasts all night. Worth being aware of when staying in a hotel from when you need to get taxis everywhere. It's worth it though.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott apartment hotels. We had booked a two bedroom apt. The room was very clean, nice and hotel staff was pretty friendly. The grocery store for basic stuff was located in the hotel itself as well as one at the gas station 5 minutes walk away. The hotel had shuttles running to Jumerrraha beach and Dubai mall throughout the day which was helpful.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Highly recommended - I returned yesterday from what I can only describe as a fantastic experience staying at The Marriott Al Jaddaf apartments. We stayed in an absolutely beautiful 2 bed apartment complete with every possible facility we could require. Beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable and immaculate in every way. A great location, very central, however car hire is recommended. We're already looking forward to a return visit. From friendly, helpful staff at every turn to good food & a lovely atmosphere, we couldn't recommend it more highly. Ps, valet parking is free.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing apartments in a quite setting - We stayed at a 2 room apartment which was beyond our expectations, spaciuse and neat, it had a kitchen with all the stuff you would need for living in there for a longer period, they even provided laundry soup and dishwasher tablets. We had 2 eftar meals at the buffet for 165 Durham/p and was fully worth it! The staff were kind and helpful in most occasions beside from 1 individual case were the doorman saw us arrive in a taxi and didn't offer help against the usual. Maybe because we didn't tip hem precisely (we are used to the UK system). We also expected some special offers for ramadhan such as meal discounts or so but there wasn't. Nevertheless, when we ordered Sahoor i.e. Ramadhan late meal at 2:00am we had an amazing set menue for 1 but was enough for 2 of us, it replaced the breakfast in normal days I guess. The hotel is in a new area but close to Dubai mall taxi charges about 20 UAD to there. Although there is no walk to attractions being quite with no constructions around was a bonus. Generally I would go back and recommend the stay in the apartments.

The food at restaurant was great and the ambience in the Aqua chill was amazing. The view from my apartment was awesome with burn khalifa visible completely. The staff is aware and courteous.
- Olufemi (10/5): Somewhat hidden GEM - So, given the high demand for 2-bedroom apartments in december in Dubai, we found this hotels prices considerably cheaper that everything else we found with the same star rating. The concern we had from other reviewers was essentially its location in Al-jaddaf, an upcoming area in Dubai being isolated and far from everything. What we found on arrival is the hotel indeed sits on its own but is VERY central to everything we needed to do as a family. Literally 10-15 minutes to everywhere it seemed. Also, the views of the Burj and city skyline are unparalleled in my opinion. We found our stay VERY pleasant and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were uber friendly and helpful and although we did tend to ring them for assistance quite a bit, did so with a smile. THe only downside is we found the room service meals just OK for the prices paid. This is an easy fix, cos you only need to take a 5-15 minute ride to get to any nice restaurant in Dubai :-) Do yourself a favor, enjoy the Marriot Hotels, Al-jaddaf!
