SERGIO (7/5): Correcta, sin más. - El trato del personal, el edificio que es una maravilla y la facilidad de aparcar en las inmediaciones. Pagas por una habitación doble especial, y cuando llegamos te encuentras que tienen colocada una cama supletoria. Al indicarlo a recepción, me dicen que la habitación es grande y la tienen puesta por si acaso. Se ofrecen a quitarla, lo cual declino por el hecho de que ya de por si tienes que entrar a las 15:00 de la tarde a la habitación, no estaba dispuesto a esperar más tiempo a que mandaran a alguien a desmontar la cama y sacarla. Cuando pagas un precio por una habitación de estas características, yo a leños estoy acostumbrado a otra cosa.

Está en un antiguo convento con su antigua Iglesia, Sacristía, patio interior con pozo. Y con muchísima tranquilidad. Instalaciones amplias y muy cuidadas. El personal muy amable. La cafetería y el Restaurante donde desayunamos muy bien también. Creo que no hubo nada que no nos gustara. Ya conocíamos el Hotel de otras veces y está genial.

christine (10/5): TRES BEL HOTEL DANS UN ANCIEN COUVENT - Très bel hôtel situé dans un ancien couvent très vaste. La décoration des chambres et des parties communes est particulièrement soignée. Les lits sont très grands et très confortables. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parking à un prix très abordable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec de bons produits.

Conchi (10/5): El mejor hotel de Aracena. - Nos gustó todo del alojamiento. El hotel es impresionante y su historia más aún. El hecho de que conserve cosas del antiguo convento lo hace aún más encantador y bonito. El personal es muy muy amable, las habitaciones muy cómodas y bonitas y la ubicación perfecta. Destacar la visita guiada por el hotel de la mano de Jonathan quien la hizo realmente increíble. En general es un hotel con mucho encanto. Sin duda volveremos a repetir porque nos ha encantado quedarnos allí.
Brigitte (8/5): Historisches Gebäude mit Flair in absoluter Ruhelage - Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe und das ausgefallene Gebäude. Unser Doppelzimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen Leider war das Frühstück nur im Innenraum möglich, da das Hotel noch nicht lange geöffnet war, in der Saison. Die Bar und das Flair im Vorraum waren sehr ansprechend. Die Aussengänge zu den Zimmern hatten noch ein bisschen Winterstaub und man hatte den Eindruck, dass es an einem Management für die komplette Einrichtung fehlt, sonst hätte hier jemand die Blumen erneuert und den Besen in die Hand genommen. Aber als Gesamtpaket können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen. Wir haben eine tolle Wanderung nach Linares de la Sierra durch die die Eichenwälder gemacht. Es hat Ende März alles herrlich geblüht. Der Empfang war wenig freundlich, wenn man kein Spanisch spricht, ist man Tourist und das spürt man.

SABINE (6/5): On espérait mieux de cet hôtel - Son emplacement, le cadre un ancien couvent qui donne du charme. Le petit déjeuner était correct L’accueil dans son ensemble peu chaleureux. L’accès compliqué au spa et ceux qui s’en occupe assez désinvolte. Nous avons dû changer de chambre suite à un bruit de ventilation persistant et la nouvelle c’est avéré plus petite. Le linge de lit qui se défait tout le temps, les oreillers peu confortable et le ménage mal fait.

Constantine (10/5): This former convent has been very tastefully converted into a hotel. It sits in the heart of Aracena which is a beautifu - The adaptation of a former convent has been carried out with excellent taste. Look out for the 2 pelicans that reside atop the spire by the courtyard; either they are dating or successfully married… not to be missed ! For a hotel of this quality; it is surprising that customers can’t park a car on site (for at least the day/night of arrival- would allow guests some “breathing space” if they have travelled a long distance.

The waiting staff were initially excellent but once the orders were taken and wine served they seemed to disappear. The wine was good but the food was sub- standard. My dish of "Carilleras" was tepid at one end freezing cold at the other - they did reheat it presumably in the microwave but serving a dish half ice-cold tells you all you need to know about the kitchen. The sauce was slipped on and had no vibrancy but rather just that Matt cap of colour when it has sat for a long time. We ordered some "Croquetas" which were also cold - didn't bother to return these as it was getting embarrassing. Given it was a Thursday perhaps they didn't have sufficient clientele to justify cooking fresh food but poorly defrosted dishes is the worst of all worlds. The Convent itself is beautiful and the interior of the restaurant is OK. There are some excellent restaurants in Aracena where you pay on average 20% to 30% prevent less that this one and eat much better. Serving up cold food in a "premium" restaurant is inexcusable. Not recommended.
