- Anke (8/5): It was a great location and comfy stay. Also accommodated our Dog. Would stay again. - It was just a couple of blocks from Times Square, Broadway and Central Park in walking distance. Parking was available across the street for an extra fee. Room was clean and the bed quite comfortable. Staff was friendly. Our mock ran out of batteries one night and we kept having to keep going up and down from our room to the lobby (we were on the 23. floor) to get it taken care of. Our dog was in the room and we couldn’t get in for about 30 min. A maintenance person had to come to fix it.

Honestly reviewing, This was my first time experiencing a security deposit and i had a very dissapointing wifi connection and interaction with rude staff member. This facility is supposed to be high class and i made a request to get sugar in the hotel and the phone was hung up on multiple occasions when I would call. I also called reception three times and i was forced to go downstairs from the 17th floor in order to get the wifi connected which stopped working when i entered my room. I tried to call again and I was blocked. I stopped communicating with my family, if anything could have happened. While i trusted before booking that a wifi connection would be available, that was not the case. Mentioned abive.

- Małgorzata (3/5): Jeśli lokalizacja to Twój jedyny wymóg - to idealny wybór. Reszta mocno średnia. - Lokalizacja jest świetna - do zwiedzania idealna. Pracownicy w recepcji bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Podobnie obsługa techniczna - po zgłoszeniu awarii sejfu, szybko pojawił się pan, bardzo uprzejmy, sprawnie naprawił sejf. Pokój czysty, sprzątany codziennie porządnie, czyste i pachnące ręczniki. Pokoje są bardzo malutkie, ale to pewnie standard na Manhattanie. Łóżka koszmarnie niewygodne, miękkie, że człowiek się w nich zapada, skrzypiące, ruszające się i przewracające. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo głośno - w dodatku instalacja była dosłownie koło łóżka (centymetry od głowy gdy śpisz), więc w nocy co jakiś czas wybudza Cię jej huk. Windy bez przerwy się psują, a nawet jak działają wszystkie to bardzo długo się na nie czeka (rekord: 15 minut). Śniadania beznadziejne, jedzenie bez smaku, tłuste, sztuczne - ale to też chyba standard amerykański. Nie cała załoga restauracji mówi po angielsku, co znacznie utrudnia komunikację. Po przyjeździe nie było dla nas pokoju - chociaż rezerwacja była zrobiona wiele tygodni temu. Okazało sie, że caly hotel jest wykupiony, wiec w końcu znaleziono dla nas dwa pokoje (bylismy we dwoje z 9letnia córką). Pokoje były połączone drzwiami, więc ostatecznie OK, następnego dnia przeniesiono nasze bagaże do innego pokoju.
- Filiz (8/5): - The room was always clean. The bathroom and the bedroom were large enough. There was coffee everyday. The hotel is near to the subway and centrally located. On 15th of May midnight , there was loud music coming outside the building. I guess there was a party, or an event in the roof of the one of the hotels nearby. It was too loud that I could not sleep. I called the guest services. A lady answered the phone. When I told her the problem she said that she did not have any authority to deal with it. She added that she was only a night audit, the manager was not in the hotel. It was only then she agreed to text him when I insisted her to do so. I called her again ten minutes later. The music got louder although it was after midnight. She said that the manager did not answer the message. I asked her to call 311 or 911 because it was not legal to play loud music after midnight in the open air. She said hold on because she had to deal with another customer. After I waited for five minutes, I hang up. She did not call me back. She was not helpful at all, she was reluctant to do something. I was the one to urge her to do something although I was a foreigner in this city. I think that a Hilton staff should be able to help in such situations or at least show some empathy. I am disappointed.

- Maja (6/5): Very nice location, clean spacious rooms, can be pricey - It’s nice hotel in excellent location, room was spacious with city view and on top floor, which turned out to be bit of a nightmare waiting for the elevator. They have only 3 and usually one was out of order so the wait was so long sometimes and stopping every floor… If you’re at top floors the elevator wait was a nightmare. 2 out of three were working only and sometimes 1 only, the wait to get up or down could be 15’ or more, and then stopping on almost every floor. Also the prices were really high for what it is. 840$ for two nights is amazingly exaggerated.

- Brooks (10/5): Great stay at a great price - Great location for what we were doing and the places we wanted to go. Many nearby sites and restaurants. We were able to check in our bags early and get a late check-out to accommodate our traveling.

- Shanta (8/5): Prima hotel en locatie - Hotel lag redelijk centraal en ov verbinding was in de nabije omgeving. Lopend was het ook nog goed te doen. Geen ontbijt geboekt. Losse ontbijt gedaan buiten het hotel en beviel prima. Niet echt iets wat tegen viel.

- Juan Manuel (9/5): Excelente - Hotel muy céntrico, a escasos minutos de times square, con comercios cerca y varias lineas metro. La cama muy cómoda, la habitación muy limpia y rellenaban el café todos los días. Estábamos en la planta 34 y en hora punta, había que esperar un poco por el ascensor pero no tuvimos ninguna demora ningún día. Repetiría 100%
- Darat (7/5): - ความสะอาดดีมาก ที่นอนหลับสบาย ไม่มีเสียงรบกวน แม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดห้องพัก ทำงานด้วยความใส่ใจ ทำเลที่ตั้งดี สะดวกในการเดินทางเพื่อท่องเที่ยวใจกลางเมือง ฉันเช็คอินนำกระเป๋าเข้าไปเก็บและออกไปเที่ยวบริเวณใกล้เคียงหลังจากกลับมาในช่วงกลางคืนพบว่าฉันเข้าห้องพักไม่ได้เนื่องจากคีย์การ์ดไม่ทำงานต้องโทรลงมาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านล่างเธอบอกว่าให้ฉันนำคีย์การ์ดลงมา ฉันลงไปเป็นจำนวนทั้งหมด 3 ครั้ง ปรากฏว่าแบตเตอรี่ประตูของฉันเสีย ต้องให้เจ้าหน้าที่เทคนิคมาแก้ไข ถ้าคุณใช้ลิฟท์ในเวลาทำการ คุณอาจต้องรอเป็นเวลานานมากกว่า 30 นาที เพราะลิฟท์มีจำนวนน้อยมาก พนักงานและแม่บ้านใช้ลิฟท์ร่วมกันกับเรา พนักงานต้อนรับไม่เต็มใจบริการในวันที่ฉันไปถึง 5/4/26
- Alejandro (8/5): I will definitely stay here again but maybe in a higher floor lever to really get the city view - The location was perfect, it was only a couple minutes walk to the closest subway station which is a plus and another 10 min walk to the next station, the staff was nice and helpful I didn’t like how you can see the wear and tear of the bathroom ceiling and the paint coming off the bathroom door but that is just cosmetic.

El desayuno muy bueno. la vista muy bien, la limpieza bien El personal no es super amable, aunque tampoco descortes, pero venia acostumbrada a mucha amabilidad y me sorprendió. si incluis el desayuno igual traen la cuenta y te piden propina, nunca me habia pasado.

- Rachel (9/5): nice hotel, location walking distance to most places - value for a hotel room in New York location and amenities like microwave and fridge in room other guest beside my room keeps banging their door when they enter or leave their room, and at one point one guest started banging / knocking on my door at 1 am, I think they thought it was their room.

- Yuki (7/5): 古いが便利 - 場所が便利、地下鉄の駅にも飲食店、スーパーマーケットにも近い。シアターディストリクトでホテルが連なっている一角にあり、にぎやかで不安が少ない立地。部屋には冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあり、物価高のニューヨークで過ごすのに助かった。 エレベーターが来ない。ハウスキーピングが４時すぎても終わってないことが滞在中何回かあって困った。設備は古い。

- Sivan (10/5): מלון מצויין - מיקום פצצה, נקי, מסודר, ואנשי צוות מהממים! הבעיה היחידה של המלון זה המעליות. יש 3 מעליות ל34 קומות אז צריך לקחת בחשבון שיש המתנה ארוכה
- Henry (8/5): Enjoyed our 5 day NYC stay! Comfortable room and close to major Midtown/Central Park places! - Excellent location minutes from Midtown, Central Park, Times Square and subway. Excellent front office and housekeeping. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed including frig coffee maker and microwave. Shower was roomy! Washer and Dryer onsite! Definitely the elevators. Wait could be 1-10 min dep on time of day. Tiny lobby and basement fitness/laundry room. Self service snack shop. Room carpet seen better days.

- Eran (9/5): - The hotel is wonderful, good standard from Tod, excellent location, welcoming and very helpful staff, spacious rooms and excellent maintenance. Despite all the compliments, the price is not adjusted, expensive and for no real reason.

- Fernando (10/5): Bonita experiencia. - La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. El precio me pareció elevado, pero es New York y allí todo es caro.
