• Satish (10/5): Execellent - We stayed at the apartment for seven nights. The apartment was clean, spacious, and with all the amenities one requires. The reception desk was very helpful in explaining the rules, providing local guidance, and addressing any issues in the apartment. They even provided us with umbrellas duing one rainy day. The apartment is close to the beach, and a bus is 100 meters away. The metro station is a 15-minute walk and will connect you to the main city. There are a number of restaurants around. Overall, we had an excellent stay. Nothing there to dislike.

• Famille BARBOSA (9/5): Un bel appartement dans une résidence moderne et proche des commerces. - Un appartement très spacieux et lumineux dans lequel nous nous sommes bien sentis durant une semaine. La cuisine est très bien équipée et plusieurs serviettes de toilettes sont mises à disposition Nous avons eu la surprise du service ménage, une fois durant le sejour. La rambla poblenou avec ses commerces et restaurant se trouvent à proximité. Pour ce qui est de la plage, je ne l'avais pas imaginé si près. Nous avions un arrêt de bus à proximité mais nous avons fait le choix de tout faire à pied. La Torres Glories et la Sagrada Familia, l'arc de triomphe ne sont pas si loin! La piscine n'était pas très grande et si la température me l'avait permis, je ne suis pas certaine que j'aurais pu faire deux brasses.

Praktycznie pod apartamentem przystanek autobusowy, co umożliwia wygodny dojazd do centrum. Sam apartament wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia niezbędne do miłego spędzania czasu. Recepcja umożliwia wygodne odebranie kluczy i zameldowanie. Polecam to miejsce jako wygodną bazę wypadową do zwiedzania a także dla amatorów plażowania. W zasadzie niczego takiego sobie nie przypominam.

• Renata (10/5): A good place to stay - It was a good stay, a nice room, responsive staff and I also got a nice view from the 6th floor.
• Michal (8/5): Ok apartments, bad booking experience - Close to the beach, generally ok. They asked too much data, contrary to booking policy, at check in. Then they seemed to have been hacked and the hackers tried to scam their customers over WhatsApp. Didn't get scammed, but close, since the previous (legit) data gathering exercises from Durlet made me believe the scam one was also them being weird. Only realized when I was asked for my card details again. You have to pay for late check in (even if its not very late) and for tourist tax separately, which increased the chance of falling for the scam. Overall I prefer to just pay for everything up front without any "magic", and not to have to provide such amounts of data (passports numbers? In Schengen?) at booking time. Also the contract they make you sign before even arriving in Spain is saying things like "I acknowledge I have seen the flat and it's in excellent condition" which is of course impossible, how can you acknowledge something that is not yet known at that time. Apartament C1.1 is pretty small, windows on building next door. They provide some dishwasher tablets and washing fluid, but too little to last a week. A few coffee tablets, no tea etc. It would be nice to have a little bit more and not have to buy everything on the spot. This is not the biggest pain, but it wasn't a "10/10" experience. We asked for a room near the pool, didn't get one. Overall, if not for the booking/scam experience I would be pretty happy (8.5/10) but including that drags my opinion of the place closer to 7/10.

• Hermann (10/5): Etwas ruhigere Gegend mit Meerblick und Strandnähe - Wir hatten eine Appartment im 5. Stock mit Meerblick, was gerade in der Früh und am Abend traumhaft war. Dann gibt es noch je ein Seitenfenster, da kann man Richtung Zentrum schauen oder in die andere Richtung weit den Strand sehen. Tolle Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr geräumig mit genug Platz in Wohnzimmer (inkl. Küchenzeile), Schlafzimmer und Bad. Es gibt direkt unterm Appartment zwei Restaurants (Craft Beer und mexikanisch). In der Nähe eine kleine Ramblas, die nicht so überlaufen ist, wie in der Innenstadt. Das Zentrum kann man fußläufig in 30 Minuten erreichen. Man geht einfach am Strand entlang.

• Sabrina (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage hat uns auch sehr gefallen, wir würden wiederkommen. - Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, so dass wir auch da unser Essen zu bereiten konnten. Sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Essig war da. Auch Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aus dem Fenster konnten wir sogar seitlich das Meer sehen. Es hat sehr viel Stauraum in den Schränken, das ist grossartig. Die Waschmaschine konnten wir auch super gebrauchen. Die Betten waren etwas hart und die Wohnung etwas beengt, wenn das Schlafsofa ausgezogen war. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war okay. Zur Metro mussten wir circa 10 Minuten zu Fuss gehen. Der Bus wäre näher gewesen, doch da sind wir im Stau stecken geblieben. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig.

No cleaner unless you stayed for 7 nights or more. Had 2 coffee machines that never worked so had to provide my own coffee. It was not walking distance to anything so always had to use public transport

• Katalin (9/5): Great stay, just be on time for check in - Amazing location and impeccably clean. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again! While we enjoyed our stay, we found the 7 PM reception closing time way too early. It added a lot of stress to our arrival schedule, and the 30 euro fee for late check-in seemed steep given that it was just for a key pickup.

Po wyczerpujących spacerach po mieście, relaks kąpielowy z uwagi na to, że łazienka wyposażona jest w kosmetyki Rituals, które wystarczą swobodnie na dłuższy pobyt.
