Ma l'accoglienza dell'ospite è un'altra cosa. - Servizi ottimi, cibo di alta qualità, bella la SPA (peccato che la sauna finlandese non fosse agibile) e palestra molto ben attrezzata seppur piccolina. Nota positiva per lo staff dell'agriturismo Agrivar - La cantina. Probabilmente non così impeccabili come lo staff della sede principale, ma sono accoglienti e hanno la capacità di trattarti come un ospite e non solo come un cliente. Unico neo lo staff del complesso principale. Sono sicuramente bravi e impeccabili ma molto freddi. Come ospite non ti senti veramente accolto. In particolare non mi è piaciuta per nulla la policy di richiedere una preautorizzazione di 100 euro al checkin (specifico che avevo già pagato la stanza in anticipo rispetto al mio arrivo). Passa il messaggio che si devono cautelare da un tuo possibile comportamento scorretto e, nella percezione dell'ospite, a mio parere, risulta una pratica estremamente antipatica.

Писали что занято. В итоге на месте оказалось все свободно. На сообщения отвечают очень долго и дают запутанную информацию. Очень неудобно. Немного терялись в системе туннелей. Но с другой стороны удобно что не нужно выходить на улицу что бы куда то дойти. Завтрак не очень разнообразный. Не хватает овощей и зелени.

I’ve had negronis on prestigious locations and in low level places where nehroni costs 6 eur or even less. This here was just coloured ice. An unforgivable mistake! When we left, after paying a “decemt” sum for our room, there was no goodby, or thank you, or hope we see you again… Completely alienated! An unforgivable mistake. Now to the main point. Palazzo is present as an old renovated pallazo. In fact it is a huge hotel! The pallace is there, but serves only as one of many restaurants. Hotel itself is nicely positioned with a good architecture, but sorry, nothig in common with the term pallazo. Compeltely misleading positioning. Unfogivable mistake. We did not use their spa, which is supposed to be superb. So, take in in mind this detail. Plus: we did not eat at their restaurants, since there are so many excellent local trattoria around Bologna, that we did not even think to eat at the hotel.

The room was decent size and comfortable with big spa and they think about everything giving you full gear. Breakfast was good. It’s very cold in the room and everywhere else in the hotel. The man at the reception of the breakfast place was very rude we came with our service dog to the breakfast as we were told we can and the man rolled his eyes puffing and turned around which we find very rude, whilst the other man was very polite

- Fabio (9/5): Bellissima struttura e massaggi impeccabili, ma camere troppo lontane dai servizi. - Il soggiorno a Palazzo di Varignana è stato nel complesso molto piacevole. La struttura è bella, curata e offre un’esperienza completa, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la SPA. I trattamenti sono stati davvero eccellenti e si percepisce chiaramente la professionalità del personale: io ho avuto Stefano, molto competente e preparato, e Federica, altrettanto professionale e attenta. In generale, servizi di qualità e ottima esperienza di relax. L’unico vero punto debole, per me, è stata la logistica: le camere sono risultate davvero distanti sia dal ristorante per la colazione sia dalla SPA. Noi eravamo nella camera 730 e questo ha reso gli spostamenti un po’ troppo lunghi e dispersivi, togliendo un po’ di “effetto wow”. Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza, ma l’organizzazione degli spazi dà meno senso di luxury rispetto a quanto ci si aspetterebbe.

- Leonardo (9/5): Bellissima struttura immersa nelle colline - Struttura molto bella e curata, immersa nelle colline. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con piccolo giardino, molto spaziosa e ben arredata. La SPA è grande, un po' affollata ma essendo domenica (e aperta al pubblico esterno) ce lo si può aspettare. In ogni caso ha posti per accomodare tutti per il giusto relax. La colazione a buffet è sensazionale! Bisogna essere molto pignoli per trovare qualcosa che non va. La SPA non è un luogo prettamente intimo ma è prevedibile. Nella camera abbiamo trovato il posacenere pieno, unica nota a margine da poter fare.

- Ale 1985 (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole, salvo qualche piccolo dettaglio da migliorare - Gli esterni sono curatissimi. La camera è molto pulita. La spa è meravigliosa e con spazi generosi. Colazione fenomenale, ricca e gustosa. Personale veramente gentile e attento alle richieste. La temperatura degli ambienti della spa è un po' bassa. Nonostante i cartelli, i lettini sono costantemente impegnati da teli e accappatoi (sarebbe utile un cartellino su cui mettere il proprio nome). I cuscini della camera sono assolutamente da cambiare.
