• Najat (1/5): كنت احب النزول في هذا الفندق وكانت المعامله ممتازه واخر زياره كانت معامله سيءه جدا - لا لم نتناول اي إفطار موظفين الاستقبال من قبل سته سنوات ممتازين وددين لطيفين ويساعدو اما السنتين الاخيره جدا غير متعاونين واخر زياره كانو مستفزين عند التشيك اوت ادعت اننا طلبنا وجبه اكل فقلت لا وبعد جدال اعتزرت وقالت اسفه هناك خطاء وادعي اننا استخدمنا قناع ومرتب شفاه ونحن لم نستخدم شيء وعند التحقق وسؤال المسؤله عن القناع والمرطب قالت اننا لم نستخدمه وعلى فكره حكايه القناع والمرطب أيضا عملوها مع قريب لي وكأنهم حاطينو للدفع واخذ مبلغ بدون حق المهم كمان قالت اعتزر بس اخدتو ماء من المني بار فضحكت وقلت لها كيف ناخد ماء وانتم موفرين ماء في الاستقبال وفي الغرف صراحه من سنوات احب الفندق ونظافته والاطلاله وبعد هذه المعامله فلن أكرر الاقامه فيه في الماضي كان كل شيء تمام اما الزياره الاخيره سيءه جدا من الاستقبال يعاملوك كنك سارق وفي الاخر يعتزرو فهل من المعقول ادفع مبلغ الاقامه مبلغ وقدره واخد ماء ولا أحاسب انتم ايها المسؤلين عن الاداره تتعاملون مع طبقات راقيه من رجال الأعمال وليس مع سارقين

Il personale molto cordiale. la colazione non disponibile, in pratica informano che e' disponibile alla cart ma poi arrivati in sala colazione non era disponibile nulle, tutto doveva essere preparato con una perdita di tempo non congruente con un viaggio di lavoro. la camera molto piccola, non paragonabile con il prezzo pagato.

• Marian (8/5): Needs maintenance - The phones were not working both by bedside or bathroom and the safe was displaying a LowBattery message. The hallways have a fragrance infuser that is a little too heavy. Beds are very comfortable and amenities are over the top, they included everything you can think about, down to hair comb, wash cloth with scrubber, shaving cream and razor, sleepers and toothbrush/toothpaste. That is something totally commendable, good job!

Akşam 19 gibi arayıp kaçta gireceğimizi sormuş yaklaşık bir saat verdiğimizde ise iyi tamam diyip telefonu kapatmıştır.Evlilik cüzdanımız bile olmasına rağmen EŞİMLE kalmak için 50 euro fazla ödemek zorunda bırakıldım.(Ödemeyi yaptık). Otel oda fotoğrafları boğaz manzaralı ve balkonlu gibi gösteriliyor lütfen dikkat edin ve balkonlu olanı seçin biz bu tuzağa düştük.Bunun için de ekstra para istendi tabi ki (ödemedik).Ertesi gün,düğün günümüz olduğunu belirtmeme rağmen eşyamıza odamıza kadar yardım eden arkadaşımız için, odamıza kadar gelip yüz yüze uyarmış eşimle söz dalaşına girmiştir. Yardım talep ettiğimde ise eşimin özel eşyaları için özellikle erkek personel yönlendirmiş sebebini sorduğumuzda ise ilgilenmemiştir. DÜĞÜN GÜNÜMÜZÜ MAHVETMİŞTİR. Gerek booking üzerinden gerek ise işim gereği yaklaşık dünya çapında 55 ülkede otelde kalan biri olarak tesisi hiç çözemedim. Yetkili biriyle görüşmek istediğimde kimsenin olmadığı, telefonla ulaşalım dediğimde ulaşamayız cevabını aldığım bir tesis. Furkan beye yaşadığımız aksiliklere rağmen çok profesyonel bir personeldir teşekkür ederim. Rusça konuşan receptiondaki kadın personelinize adını bilmesemde olağanüstü profesyonel konuşması var teşekkür ederim.

However, I was disappointed with the level of cleanliness, which did not meet expectations. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was not welcoming or helpful, which affected the overall experience.

• Pat (7/5): Comfortable, reasonably-priced hotel in a Bosphorus suburb with views over water. - The hotel is in a good location for exploring the upper Bosphorus and Tarabya itself. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with all amenities including an increasingly rare - and much appreciated - bathtub. The almost unimpeded view of the Third Bosphorus Bridge was great. I hate Juliet balconies which is what I got! There are a few real balconies but presumably you have to pay more for pleasure of actually being able to sit or stand outside instead of just looking through a tall window. The main coast road runs between the hotel and the water - double-glazing kept most noise out though. At this time of year breakfast is served outdoors but in winter it will be in a basement.

• Izzet (1/5): Marriage certificate hypocrisy - We found out that they don't accept couples that don't have marriage certificates if they're Turkish citizens. 1. This is hypocrisy. They portray something but also don't want to lose tourists. This kind of hotels should be banned from booking.com . You guys should have a stance against these people. 2. If you don't, then at least "put it in huge black letters" that the hotel requires a marriage certificate for Turkish citizens. So that people don't get surprised at midnight when checking in at a hotel.

• Anfal (9/5): Nice location away from the crowds - The hotel is right cross from the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the staff were very nice and helpful. Not to mention the food in the hotel is very good The bathtub was a bit high and it was a spa tub but it didn't work
• Guler (10/5): - This is a fantastic location on the Bosphorus with stunning views. The rooms are spacious and very nicely furnished. One gets the feeling of staying at a seaside mansion. Alcohol is not served at this property. For its own reasons, the hotel only accepts married couples. The area has many dining options, including some of the best seafood.

I received an email in Turkish this time was saying only married couples can stay here also they don’t serve alcoholic beverages in the Hotel. I asked the front staff that I don’t see this information when I booked my room you should make it more noticeable. During our conversation a hotel staff ( Nurettin) jumped in our conversation and said this hotel just for families and we put this on web sites… He was very rude. This is my last stayed with them. Be aware of that your marital status checked and no alcoholic beverages to serve.

• Zinaida (8/5): Great location, elegant rooms - Great location, nice interior, well maintained. The staff were not friendly, except for the gentleman who helped me with taxi. Breakfast is decent, but it’s not included in the rate and it’s a la cart, so you have to wait for everything. It won’t work if you are in a rush. Another thing is diffusers in the corridor. It’s a strong chemical smell, that doesn’t add any value.

• 1234 (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, comfy beds, great service all around, delicious food. Because we stayed 10 days we got 2 complimentary breakfasts which was such a lovely treat. Really added to our wonderful stay! Thank you! Cleaning service varied from day to day overall good but. Sometimes toiletries were not replaced or taken away. There were 2 of us staying and we kept getting 1 new towel instead of 2!
• Olga (3/5): Completely uncaring staff and heavily overpriced hotel - The overlooking of the Bosphorus bay was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the bed sheets very pleasant. The staff was quite careless. To start with, I was given a much smaller room than on the pictures on Booking.com. The sales staff told me they will get in touch the next day to sort out the issue, but I didnt hear from anyone till the end of my stay. Cleaning staff would regularly mess up not providing a sufficient number of towels and amenities, leaving cleaning products behind. Whenever I asked the staff for help, they were slow and inefficient. I was on an intense work program and could not recover well in the evenings because it would take them hours to fix issues they themselves created. The room was very small. For this service and room size, the hotel is heavily overpriced.

• Amine (2/5): Double bed instead of 2 single beds - Hello,, I basically booked a room for 3 nights for me and my father, and my booking was for a 2 single beds. Unfortunately they gave us a double bed room,due non availability, they did what they could they gave us an extra non comfortable bed for the first night ,so i had to sleep on this extra bed the first night because our flight arrived very early in the morning. They could fix that problem the day after,....eventhow they charged me a 50 turkish lira bottle of water that i used from the minibar, i was really disappointed 😞
