The market,laundry restaurant also Bank is around even Md restaurant..nice location..will come back again soon.. If you room facing to the main road..ooo..gosh!! So noisy especially mid.night..the car and motobike with big huge exoze..will pass and run very faster..

- Nicola (7/5): - Good location, plenty of food available below and around the block. Room was large with a small kitchenette which was nice. Comfortable bed, although the pillows weren't as comfortable. Stayed 3 nights but they only clean room every 3 days so no cleaning throughout our stay. The bathroom was flooded after a bath but staff was quick to attend to us and had us changed to another room. The bath area has no partition so whenever the shower is used, the whole bathroom and toilet gets wet throughout. No toiletries provided besides a bottle of bath gel.

- loh (6/5): - The room looks dated, but it was clean. Bed was comfortable, and essentials like the water heater and aircon were working well. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience better. Location is close to Imago Mall, Tanjung Aru, and Borneo’s Fried Chicken, with 7-Eleven, McDonald’s and Pizza Hut nearby. Walking distance around 15 min. The building itself is quite run down, and the room is not like the pictures. The walkway to the rooms is gloomy and a bit rusty, which might feel uncomfortable, especially for solo female travellers at night. No hair dryer in the room (need to collect from the front desk), and drinking water (hot/cold) has to be taken from near the front desk.There is an electric kettle in the room, but it feels very old ,like something from the early 2000s The walls are quite thin , you can hear noise from other residents, especially families with kids.

Day trip tours options at the reception by Promenade Tour, convenient for tourists to arrange our holiday. Please provide hair dryer for our room. Without the need to request from reception.

Not one person was offensive or rude. NOTE to host and Booking.com. Show photos of external areas. I think lots of people, especially females would feel uncomfortable walking through the block, especially at night
