• Donna (3/5): Very outdated room that although cheap was below a reasonable standard. - Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Bed seemed to have bugs or similar that bit us all night. Shower leaked into the toilet. No privacy between toilet and main part of the room. No electric jug in room (had to ask for that from front desk), fridge did not work. Breakfast was well presented but below average quality.

• Gabi (8/5): Gern wieder - Es war sauber und alle sehr freundlich - sehr bequemes Bett. Wasserspender auf jeder Etage ! Da es keinen Balkon gab - konnten wir die Dachterrasse in der Gruppe nutzen. Der Strand vom Nachbar Hotel war traumhaft ! Es hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Aber das ist halt so und für 20€/ nacht akzeptabel Pool war sehr ungemütlich- nur drei kaputte Lügen ohne Auflage und keine Info ob es Pool Tücher gegeben hätte.

• Karen (6/5): Small rooms, nice staff - The general atmosphere The rooms were small and couldn’t fit 2 luggage so it was not easy navigating in the room. The room didn’t leave much space for intimacy as there was only one door to be used for the shower or the WC. The rooftop bar was only open from 6 to 8 pm and the pool was not that cleaned.

• Josephine (10/5): - The Ion Bali Benoa is an excellent place to stay if you like the quiet atmosphere, the whole facility is kept clean and tidy , the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the staff are very obliging and friendly, easy walking distance to restaurants, the beach and some small shopping places, the costing is amazing, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxed and quiet holiday.

You're across the road from the beach and you can pass through it around the Mirage resort easily. Plenty of places to eat at or get spa services nearby. Helpful staff. Water dispensers in the hall are a nice touch to reduce plastic waste. Minibar fridge wasn't very cold but we didn't use it much

• Elise (6/5): - Super vriendelijk personeel die je graag helpt. Het gratis welkomstdrankje in de rooftopbar. Prachtig uitzicht tijdens zonsondergang. Het bed is comfortabel en schoon. De douche heeft een opening naar het toilet, dus na het douchen stond er een flinke laag water in het toilet. Housekeeping heeft dit keurig voor mij opgeruimd. Er hangt een schimmelgeur in de kamer, ik merkte ook dat ik last kreeg van mijn longen, dus ik vermoed dat de luchtkwaliteit erg slecht is. Toen ik de televisie aan deed en een wit scherm had, kon ik zelfs de schimmelplekken op het televisiescherm zien zitten. Verder zijn de muren we schimmelvrij, ik vermoed dat deze recentelijk zijn geschilderd. Maar de geur van schimmel is enorm aanwezig, dus ik denk dat wellicht de airco ook een reinigingsbeurt kan gebruiken.

• Sophie (4/5): Hôtel très surcôté sur le site vu le prix - Nous avons loué 2 chambres pour notre famille de 4. Les 2 sentaient l’humidité mais une vraiment fort. Impossible de faire aérer la journée car la fenêtre est une vitre fixe. Nous avions des cloques d’humidité au niveau de l’entrée et de la salle de bains. La Tv n’a pas de chaîne mais juste des applis avec des films en japonais ou indonésiens. Nous entendions les gens parler sur les tables côté piscine. Par contre la literie était bonne et le personnel très gentil.

• Virdo (4/5): Everything is fine & good. Just not the AC - The hotel is reachable & close to the ITDC. Facilities are great. There are a lot of seating in lobby & pool. The lobby design looks very nice. Public area & room are clean. Stayed in room 225 & 227. The AC in 227 was hot and we were told to move room to 234. Even though we had connecting rooms, we could only move for 1 room due to the woman staff said only one room had the AC problem & said they are fully booked (I checked to the apps and I found they are still selling rooms). Its wether they do not want to prepare the room next door or their reservation system are not interfacing with their real occupancy. The room 234 was only cold for 1 night, and the AC were getting warmer on the second day but we dont want to move for the second time (I have itinerary bookings). There was no apologize nor compensation extended for the inconvinience. The Front Office team did not offer any assitance upon we move room or even delivering a new room key. Its a terrible experience after you are having a 38-degrees day in Bali. Shout out to the sweating engineering guy with glasses that helped us to move our luggage to new room after climbed up to check the AC.

• Laura (4/5): Disappointing - They asked for a deposit, saying that I will received them back when I left in a maximum of 4 days (on my visa), never received it back… Waiting time at the check in way too long, service at the bar mostly unavailable or very slow (couldn’t find the price of one beer, even though it was written on the menu they had to call someone to know the price, someone who is never came..). There was an incident with a Grab food delivery. A lady took my order by mistake and paid the delivery person in cash when I had paid by visa on the app. I got my order back from the lady and the hotel then asked me to refund the lady when it was absolutely not my mistake. They were unable to speak English at reception and understanding between us and the staff was very complicated. Also, scolopendre found in the room. In short, to be avoided.
