Особливо дякую Ірині яка нам у всьому сприяла та допомагала на кожному кроці, вона зірочка. - притирання та заміна рушників кожен день. Номер невеликий але дуже добре ізольований між іншими номерами. Не те що не сподобалось. Сніданки смачні але вибір маленький, але як для подорожі на 4 дні нормально.

- Dean (8/5): Would stay here again, good place. - All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, great people! The breakfasts were really good as well, lots of choices. One of the best hotel breakfasts we had in Turkey. The room was a bit small but it was cozy and clean. The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting the attractions and it's also pretty close to the waterfront area with the ferries. The hotel is right on the streetcar track, which is convenient. But if you have a room facing the front of the hotel, it can be a bit loud.

Ďakujem. - Vynikajúca lokalita, príjemný personál, bohatý výber raňajok, Dobrá atmosféra a ústretovosť domácich obyvateľov vo všetkých častiach mesta, kam sme prišli. Zvážte - pokiaľ máte slabší spánok, môžu vás vyrušovať električky, ktoré jazdia priamo pod oknami a máte okná do ulice ( autá po ulici nejazdia). Prekvapilo ma dosť drahé vstupné do múzeí pre turistov.

El desayuno estuvo excelente y las habitaciones muy comodas. Volveremos pronto. Las recomendaciones que nos hizo Iryna y Aslan fueron excelentes, se encargaron de reservar los taxis, los baños turcos, restaurantes excelentes. Les agradezco por todo.

- Каратаева (10/5): - Мы жили в отеле Hotel Black Tulip с 3.05 по 09.05.2026г. Очень были рады, что забронировали именно этот отель. Как только переступили порог отеля, сразу почувствовали очень тёплый прием и гостеприимство. Нас встретили Аслан и Анвар, очень доброжелательные и приветливые, кстати, оба русскоговорящие. На следующий день познакомились с Ириной, замечательной и милой девушкой. Она нас консультировала по всем вопросам, с которыми мы к ней обращались.Ириша настолько нам понравилась своей искренностью и отзывчивостью,что нам не хотелось уезжать . Благодаря таким людям чувствуешь себя уютно в чужой стране! По расположению очень удачный отель, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, остановки трамвая и метро совсем рядом. Завтраки были не из обильные, но было все очень вкусно! Единственное пожелание чтобы были каши. Номера немного тесноватые, но через несколько часов этого не замечаешь. Каждый день убирали тщательно, кровати удобные и постельное белье качественное. Хочу отметить, если поедем в Стамбул еще раз, обязательно выберем именно этот отель потому что тут к комфорту добавляется дружелюбный и заботливый персонал! Процветания! Успехов! - Wendy (7/5): Zeker de moeite waard, prijs/kwaliteit top - Het personeel was supervriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Locatie was perfect om van daaruit op wandelafstand de metro te nemen. Het ontbijt viel ons ietwat tegen voor een 4sterren hotel. Je kon bv. niet zelf de bereidingswijze van je eitje kiezen. Het brood en pretzels lagen reeds vooraf gesneden, waardoor deze al min of meer wat aan de droge kant waren. Weinig variatie gedurende de 4 dagen; maar is persoonlijke ervaring he.

- Lydia (10/5): Urlaub in einem Hotel, wo man wirklich persönlich willkommen war. - Die Lage war hervorragend: fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr appetitlich angerichtet und auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und von einer Hilfsbereitschaft, die Sondergleichen sucht. So begleitete uns jemand sogar bis zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle, um uns das System wie Karte zu kaufen und zu entwerten, zu demonstrieren. Wann immer wir etwas gebraucht hatten, es war sofort jemand zur Stelle, um behilflich zu sein. Zusätzlich waren alle auch sehr zugewandt, so dass man das Gefühl hatte, Urlaub bei Freunden zu machen. Wann immer wir wieder in das schöne Istanbul kommen: es gibt keine Frage wo wir uns wieder einquartieren. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden
- Nataly (8/5): - Отличное месторасположение, рядом есть неплохие ресторанчики, очень приятный персонал на ресепшене- 24/7, всегда готовы подсказать и помочь, отдельное спасибо Ирине и Арслану, чисто и аккуратно, кое-где требует обновления, но не критично. Кровать достаточно удобная. В номере есть минихолодильник. Воду давали каждый день. Чай. Кофе. Завтрак- по самой еде вкусно, типично турецкий, много намазок, свежие овощи. Фруктов свежих мало. в Номере есть кондиционер. Окна хорошие- шум от трамвая, при закрытых окнах был практически не слышен. Что не скажешь про стены- все перемещения и разговоры в соседнем номере были слышны. У нас был номер на 4 этаже, и над нами была веренда то ли другого отеля, то ли ресторана, и в 23,30 начинали двигать мебель. Не долго, но не приятно. Еще хотелось бы отметить, что в ванной- во все баночки залиты шампунь, мыло, гель для душа- очень ярких цветов, и непонятного состава- марки нет, хотелось бы иметь перед глазами хотя бы состав. И, несмотря на вкусный завтрак, необходимо увеличить количество персонала на завтраке, одна девочка не успевала и убирать, и приносить чистую посуду, и следить за пополнением еды. На замечания, что нет горячего и хлеба, ее реакция была, хорошо я принесу- несла больше 15 минут. Также, на следующий день, очень не приятно было в 10 утра, услышать, что горячего больше нет, хотя завтрак заявлен до 11,30 и после моего комментария про время- еда появилась, минут через 15, и как будто на одного двух человек. И очень мало фруктов- части фруктов, также не хватало на всех гостей.
- Aygül (9/5): Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 😊 - Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden geen ontbijt bij onze verblijf maar hebben deze erbij gekregen. We wouden alles via openbaar vervoer doen en wisten niet hoe we dit moesten doen maar elke personeel aan de receptie heeft ons verder geholpen hoe we op onze bestemming konden geraken. Als ze het niet wisten hebben ze dit opgezocht voor ons. Op het einde van ons verblijf hebben we ook een tasje gekregen met de naam van het hotel erop ,zo lief 😊 We zijn in een 2 persoonskamer gebleven met 1 bed. Kamer was heel compact maar is nog okay 😊

- Maria Grazia (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Hotel centralissimo a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni Mosche Blu ,Santa Sofia,Basilica Cisterna . Colazione abbondante tendenzialmente al salato .Staff super gentile e accogliente pronti a supportare qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

- Tiegen (9/5): A real gem in the heart of Sultanahmet - The location of the hotel is very central. The staff are exceptional! We arrived early at our hotel, and we were able to be checked into another room by the wonderful man on duty named Aslan. Honestly, his helpfulness just created such a wonderful image of the hotel. All the reception staff were wonderful. The rooms are a bit small and we had quite large luggage which filled the space significantly. We also would have liked the breakfast to have more english breakfast options.

- vadim (9/5): - Колорит Стамбула- трамвай под балконом, 50м.до парка Гюльхане с цветами, тишиной по утрам ( открывается в 6.45), выходом к Босфору с кораблями. Первое время трамвай мешал спать, правда время движения с 6.00 до 24.00ч. также в 5 утра начало молитвы из динамиков мечетей.

- Diana (6/5): Un poco sucio y el desayuno no muy bueno - La cama muy comoda y la ubicación El cuarto estaba sucio con mucho polvo y moho en el baño. El sanitario no abría bien y la tapa se caía sobre nosotros. El desayuno estaba más o menos y la maquina de café solo funcionó bien el último día. Parecía bloqueada en la leche y no era muy bueno.

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile. Ufficio cambi di fianco all’ingresso dell’hotel, servizio transfer per aeroporto, pulizia molto buona e colazione ottima (dolce e salata).

- Langne Takacs (9/5): Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésü, kiváló tisztaságú, szolgálatkész személyzetü szállás. - Központi elhelyezkedés az óvárosban, Güllhan villamosmegálló 2percre, sok üzlet, étterm aközelben. Napi takarítás, tökéletes tisztaság. Kedves fogadtatás, megérkezéskor kávéval, üdítővel kíínáltak. Szolgálatkész, kedves személyzet,távozáskor a bőröndjeinket a taxihoz vitték. Két fürdőszoba konfortosabbá tette a tartókodásunkat. Minihütő, vízforraló, neskávé, tea filter, széf a szobákban. A két szobából az egyik mérete szükösebb volt. Börönd, ruhák elhelyezése nagyon korlátozott volt. Fürdőben néhány akasztó szükséges lenne. Ettől függetlenül pár napos városnézésre tökéletes.

The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Great location, all shop, restaurants and tram stations were nearby and overall generally my entire stay was fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices, from eggs to meats to traditional Turkish fare. Definitely the highlight of our stay. We had a family connecting room which was perfect for us, with parents and two teens. I recommend purchasing the airport transfer from the hotel. It was easy and a good deal! The rooms were small but we expected that. It would’ve been nice to have an outdoor area but not necessary.

Ela fez com que não pensássemos duas vezes antes de confirmar nossa reserva naquele hotel. Sua amabilidade, presteza nas informações e cuidado conosco foi impressionante. Saímos do hotel com sorriso no rosto devido a atenção que recebemos dela. Do tamanho do banheiro! Muito pequeno!

- Maike (10/5): Super Hotel in zentraler Lage mit super Service - Sehr zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Tram direkt vor der Tür. Zur Fähre auch nur Max. 10 Gehminuten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Perfekter Service von Personal. Um jede noch so triviale Anfrage wird sich umgehend gekümmert. Zimmer etwas klein, aber für 3 Nächte ok

- Kristýna (10/5): Nejlepší ubytování v Istanbulu - Do ubytování už jsme se vraceli podruhé. Jsme nadmíru spokojení. Perfektní poloha, vše je blízko. Personál na recepci velmi nápomocný - se vším poradí a pomůže. Snídaně vynikající. Na pokoji klimatizace, konvice na vodu i lednice. Měli jsme i balkón s výhledem na ulici. V okolí plno restaurací, obchodů. nic
- Julius (3/5): Hostel, not Hotel - Vieta, susiekimas Pirmą kartą per savo gyvenimą rašau neigiama įvertinimą. Buvome 16 žmonių jau nebe pirmą kartą Stambule. Nors viešbučio atsiliepimai per booking geri, tačiau tai melas. Tai bene baisiausias viešbutis mūsų gyvenime. Nors vieta beveik miesto centre, tačiau gyvenimui nepritaikyta: liftas tik 1 žmogui, viešbutis visai prie pat gatvės kur beveik kiaurą parą važinėja tramvajus. Jie pravažiuoja kas kelios minutės, o tuo metu net vibruoja kambario baldai. Tiems, kas gavo kambarį į gatvės pusę, buvo 3 bemiegės naktys. Nepaisant to sienos popierinės, viskas girdisi kiaurai. Draugai miegojo aukštu žemiau, tačiau nuėjus į vonią girdėjai viską kuo puikiausiai ką jie šneka. Vonios tragiškos, smirda kanalizacija, vonios ir kriauklės kranai sukinėjasi taip sunkiai, kad baisu nulaužti. Vandens srovės nėra, vanduo tai šiltas, tai šaltas. Rankšluosčiai pageltę. Beveik nėra wc reikmenų (dušo žele itin prastos kokybės, kriauklės muiliuko nėra, ausų krapštuku ir kitų reikmenų nėra) TV nerodo nei vieno normalaus kanalo išskyrus kelis turkiškus (iš kokių 70 kanalų veikės tik max 10). Pusryčiai tragiški, kažkokia skysta kiaušinienė, batonas, keli padažiukai. Kava skiesta vandeniu, nėra normalių desertų (nors šalia viešbučio pilna desertų parduotuvių). Kambarys dviems, tačiau įėjimo korteles daugelis gavo po vieną-liepė dalintis :) Galėčiau tęsti, bet ..... Nuoširdžiai rekomenduoju rinktis kitą viešbutį, nebent kaina būtų 20 eur parai :)

El hotel está cerca de todos los puntos turísticos, se puede llegar a pie a todo el centro histórico. Una ubicación excelente. El desayuno abundante y variado, muy rico. El hotel muy limpio y bonito. Las habitaciones con balcón y con lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Fuimos 4 amigas y nos alojamos en habitación comunicada (2 habitación que se comunican y las dos con balcón). Todo excelente. Si vuelvo a Estambul, volveré a alojarme en Black Tulip ya que nos sentimos como en casa. Me ha gustado todo
- Eleni (10/5): - The whole staff was amazing, extemely kind, hospital and helpful !!! Irina was always with a wide smile on her face,always willing to help us with whatever we needed!!! She proposed to us a wonderful restaurant and wonderful cruises to Prigipos Islands and the Vosporus!!! In general,she always gave us all the necessary information in all levels !!! The same goes for the men staff !!!Although breakast was not included,Irina was kind enough to provide it to us for free!!! Coffee and tea would be kindly offered at any time of the day!! The room was beautiful and cleaned daily !!!The hotel is in a very central spot, a very touristical neighborhood, full of shops and traditional restaurants , extremely close to the famous sights of Top Kali, Agia Irini, Agia Sofia, Archaeological Museum, Blue Mosque. Gulhane tram station is just two minutes on foot. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!!! It is not only the hotel which is surely value for money, I would say that it is the staff that actually makes it so exceptional!!! Everything was perfect!!!!

La cazare am primit o cameră cu balcon deși noi am rezervat cameră standard. Personalul foarte politicos, amabil, Ertan the best 😉 Faptul ca usa de la balcon nu se închidea foarte bine, si camerele destul de mici.

Персонал очень приветливый, решали все мелкие проблемы, связанные с проживанием, уборка в номерах хорошая, никаких посторонних запахов прелости или сырости в номерах нет, что очень порадовало. Завтраки просто супер, это наша отдельная любовь. Все очень вкусно. Великолепное месторасположение отеля - можно уехать на экскурсии в любом направлении и на любом виде транспорта (трамвай, метро, паром, автобусы и такси). Исторический центр, где всегда каллоритно и атмосферно находиться! Спасибо большое всему персоналу за создание замечательных условии пребывания для прекрасного отдыха в Стамбуле!!!
