The Four Bedroom Apartments at Cheval Three Quays offer views of the Tower Bridge, the Shard and HMS Belfast. Created from two luxurious apartments, each spacious unit provides guests with two master bedrooms, both en-suite and two twin bedrooms with two family bathrooms situated in the adjacent hallways. This is complimented with two open-plan reception rooms and kitchens. The apartment benefits from dramatic floor to ceiling windows providing guests not only with unique views in the heart of London but with plenty of natural light. - Allan (10/5): Fabulous Hotel near Tower Bridge - We stayed in a wonderful one bedfoom suite which was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff were courteus, competent, friendly and professional. Excellent Hotel We didn't like leaving the hotel. It was so great we were sorry to go.

- Elvis (6/5): Gutes Hotel, das im Nachhinein extra Geld verlangt. - Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich gut. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Leider funktionierte im Zimmer 4P die Klimaanlage nicht, so dass es nachts zu warm war. Im Zimmer 3M kühlte die Klimaanlage, obwohl auf Heizen gestellt wurde. Die Preise pro Übernachtung sind hoch, aber angemessen für den Komfort und die hervorragende Lage. Uns hat überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass am Ende für beide Zimmer eine extra Gebühr für die Reinigung einbehalten wurde. Das war vor der Buchung nicht erkennbar. Die Zimmer haben wir nicht so verlassen, dass eine besondere Reinigung notwendig gewesen wäre. Folglich empfinden wir eine extra Gebühr als ungerechtfertigt. Wir finden es unangemessen, wenn am Ende Gebühren verlangt werden, von denen bei der Buchung nichts bekannt ist.

The location is fantastic very close to Tower of London, our apartment’s view was amazing. It was spacious with necessary utensils. Modern furniture and elegant decor. And the staff were very cooperative. فندق مناسب جدا للعوائل واسع و نظيف ، فيها شقق ثلاث غرف مع 3 دورات المياه، و الموقع ممتاز و إطلاله جميلة على النهر و الموظفين متعاونين The only thing that bothered us is that sometimes smelled bad, especially when we entered the apartment it smelled like drainage!!! Other than that all good.احيانا يكون فيه روائح مزعجة

The accommodation was amazing - so clean, spacious, comfortable and a fabulous location; close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. What really made this stay exceed all expectations was the staff. The staff went over and above for all of us (family of 4) and ensured we had a fabulous time in London for the marathon. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and thoughtful, especially Stepanka and Lorraine, making our stay even more special. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I love looking at the Tower of London at 4 am when no one is stirring. 9H has a broken window. The other window will stay pushed open but the bedroom window is missing the locking mechanism.

My guests could and they stayed a couple of nights. They were delighted with the restaurants nearby, a grocery shop ten minutes walk, great views, and lovely surroundings. They loved the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Their five year old daughter called it "her house!"Staff went out of their way to welcome them and help them with information about all sorts of things. They couldn't praise them enough. They said they would rate it 11/10. They would go back there if they were in London again. They did show me on vide how it looked and the views. I was so impressed. No comment.

- Carl (9/5): - High quality apartments and extremely clean. Professional staff.. Couldn't find any faults.. The Apartment I was given was a lot smaller than the photos. The heat in the hallways was way to hot and that kept the rooms hot at night so we had to leave the balcony door open at night and then woke up cold.. I find the discretionary gratuity of 4% very odd as there are no restaurants or any other services other than the apartments and feel the staff should be paid by the establishment and not passed onto the customer. The price should be the price whatever it is and the customer has the choice to book or not... Being asked on checkout would you like to pay just puts pressure on the customer for another fee.. But in saying that the staff were excellent and deserve to be paid well for the high quality work they do..

The room was super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing weekend away with friends. We were upgraded and enjoyed the view of the Shard from our balcony. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and friends who want to get away for the weekend or are celebrating something special.

Alle Möglichkeiten, sich in der Stadt zu bewegen sind vor der Haustür. 5 Minuten laufen zur u-Bahn, Taxen vor der Haustür und die Uber-Fähre auch direkt am Gebäude. Alles super.

- Entoine (10/5): Absolutely stunning view & great experience - Everyone at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful! And surprise as we arrived, we got upgraded to the Penthouse!? Which was such a shock to us and a first for my family, an experience, although short for us, literally unforgettable. The whole place was perfectly clean, and we had so many products available: eggs, cheese, fruits, coffee, tea, jam, honey, bread and even croissants. The whole balcony offers a spectacular 180’ view of Tower Hill to Tower Bridge and even London Eye. I have not one single negative thing to even say, thank you so much for your kindness.

The floor to ceiling windows with the view of the Tower Bridge was beyond what we expected. We enjoyed the full kitchen and washer and dryer. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with incredible views. Super comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommended staying here. We will definitely be back. Also enjoyed the cafes and the taxis that were available right outside the lobby.

- Ozong (10/5): Our stay was excellent. We will use this property again when next we visit London. - The location was exceptional. Made it easy to go about the city using all the modes of transportation. The rooms were spacious and the unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed.
- Barbara (10/5): Location, Location, Location - just wonderful! - Cheval Three Quays looked a very upmarket place when I booked it but it was far more in real life. We were celebrating a special wedding anniversary and had been upgraded to a corner suite with exquisite views of both the Tower of London and the Shard looking in the opposite direction. Even though it was January weather in London plus going dark at 4pm we were able to watch the comings and goings along the water and wharf in front of us at all hours. The Uber boats came in and out like clockwork and it was wonderful to see everything lit up at night. The English newspaper, The Telegraph, had included Cheval Three Quays in their listing of beautiful hotels overlooking the Thames published in December 2025 and they were not wrong! This was probably the most comfortable place we could have located ourselves in London - totally soundproofed rooms with everything we could have wished for in this serviced apartment. Super comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and views from every room - we didn't want to leave. Staff super friendly and always helpful. Taxi stand outside and quiet because it was on a dead end street next to the Tower of London. The Coppa Club restaurant located on the Thames in the same building was so convenient and open late. Nothing.
