Les chambres sont impersonnelles, pas rénovées aux standards ibis actuels. Aucune décoration, déco année 2000. petit déjeuner trés limité comparé aux autres ibis. Franchement grosse déception, pour moitié prix préférer les hôtels à côté

Tres propre ,calme et confortable ,parfait pour une nuit de repos . Petit déjeuner parfait ,complet et varié . Parking très pratique et vaste . Emplacement très pratique ,juste à côté de l'autoroute sans les nuisances .

Pas de bac à douche donc toute l’eau savonneuse envahit tout le sol .. une vraie pâteaugeoire !! Dégoûtant !

• Francisco (8/5): Perfect as a road trip pit stop - We stayed here as a pit stop on a month long road trip through Europe. We arrived late in the night but were greeted pleasantly and the check in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean if minimal and perfect for an overnight.
• Liza (8/5): Chambre calme et literie confortable - Clairement, nous n'avons pas dormi dans cet hôtel pour les environs, mais plus parce que c'était sur notre route. Par contre, nous avons été ravis par la qualité de la literie et le calme qui régnait dans l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner correspondait parfaitement à celui des hôtels Ibis. Rien à redire. Notre bémol concerne la propreté de la chambre, en effet, la douche n'était pas parfaitement propre. Le rapport qualité/prix reste parfaitement correct. L'accueil du matin était plus sympathique que celui du soir.

• Euan (8/5): Decent enough for a short trip - Room was adequate, desk chair or a bench seat to sit on if you wanted. The shower was amazing after a long day travelling and then working it was good to have a powerful shower, almost to powerful actually. Bed was comfy enough, I thought the aircon only being able to go as low as 22degrees would be an issue but turns out it was just right. Breakfast was what you’d expect for Europe (not likely to get a full English over there 😂). If I return to that area I would stay again. One downside was the lack of floor space to have my 20kg fold out suitcase on the floor without having to step over it or slide it under the bed.

• brigitte (6/5): séjour IBIS à RIOM - hôtel très confortable, point négatif, parking trop petit pour 2 hôtels, seulement 3 places handicapés pour les 2 hôtels, si vous arrivez tard dans la soirée, impossible de trouver une place sur le parking, il faut aller se garer à l'extérieur de l'hôtel sur les trottoirs. En outre, le matin de notre départ, nous avons signalé à 10 h que les prises électriques, le séche-cheveux et la télé ne fonctionnaient plus, il semblerait d'après l'hôtesse que le disjoncteur dans le couloir avait sauté, ils ne sont intervenus qu'à 11 h 50 au moment de notre départ, donc impossible de recharger nos portables et se laver les cheveux, contrairement à leur engagement d'intervenir dans les 15 minutes, ils leur a fallu près de 2 heures pour enclencher un disjoncteur, la personne nous a dit nous avoir oublié car elle devait débarrasser le petit déjeuner, je trouve dommage de privilégier la vaisselle au confort du client, nous n'y retournerons pas, il y a beaucoup d'autres hôtels dans le même quartier.

• Richard (8/5): Good quiet overnighter off A71 - Stayed here before so it’s familiar and we know what to expect. For us it’s a convenient overnight stay en route south from UK. It’s quiet and next to a golf course which has very good practice facilities!

• Fabienne (8/5): - J'ai séjourné plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel car toujours contente de la chambre mais cette fois ci j'ai été réveillé à 6h par un bruit sourd de moteur dans le système de chauffage qui a duré 20 bonnes minutes ! Pas cool De plus le petit déjeuner n'était pas au top cette fois ci . Paniers de viennoiseries vides , une seule demi-baguette sur la planche ,pas d'oeufs, des pots de confiture vides alors que son prix a augmenté .....Attention !

• Richard (8/5): Ibis with views of Green Volvic Hills - Previously stayed at hotels nr the airport but feel this location is quieter and I like that it is right next to a golf course. This stopover made the ongoing journey to Calais much easier would also be a perfect overnight stay if traveling further south. The fabulous drive over the Massif Central is worth making during the day.

• Martin (10/5): Little treasure in France - Used this hotel as a stop over on our way to Spain, what a great hotel rooms were the normal standard but there where 3 restaurants within close proximity which offered good food at a fair prices. This hotel is literally 4 mins from the motorway really deserves a high rating. Well worth stopping at if your on your way south through France on on you way back to the Uk
• Verified traveler (10/5): Good overnight stop just off Autoroute. - A clean, comfortable hotel conveniently placed from A 71 autoroute. Although Ibis doesn't have a restaurant ( serves limited range of food ) there is one just across the road. A good overnight stop which we will be using again en route home!
• Satpal (10/5): Fab clean hotel just off motorway junction - We picked this hotel as it was half way between St Malo and Cannes, it was right off the motorway, our stay here was great, it was very clean (and I am picky) wooden floors, windows that open, nice hot powerful shower which we needed after a long drive and comfy bed. Hot drinks and alcohol was available in the evening and there was a great restaurant right next door to the hotel, the food was great, they gave us menus in English which was very kind if them. We will use this hotel again for sure
• Tatiana (10/5): Marvellous! - Hotel is very new and clean, service excellent. Quick check in and check out. The bed is really comfortable. I forgot my loyalty card for collecting my points, the receptionist found my membership online and managed to give me them. Our car broke and the receptionist also helped us in finding a garage.
• Richard (8/5): IBIS Riom Nord - The IBIS Riom Nord is perfect for business travelers. Its new, well laid out and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the best of any IBIS I have stayed in so far in France. The staff are friendly and helpful. It does not have a full restaurant service but does do bar food and there is a decent restaurant next door.
