Having the quick breakfast was also very convenient! I wouldn’t mind staying again! I also felt safe because the doors on the side actually locked and we got to pick our room! The pool was closed which was mostly just a bummer but we found other ways to have fun.

- Christopher (9/5): A great stay close to the highways, the South Hills, and the city. - Great location close to the city and the highways. Nice facility with a good amenities, including a fitness center and a nice pool. The swimming pool, one of their loveliest features was closed for repair. Once it’s open, it’ll be a great place again.

The bed and pillows in my room were extremely uncomfortable. I know this can come down to personal preference, but I didn't sleep well at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, great complimentary breakfast every morning, offering bagels, bread, cereals, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, waffles, fresh fruit until 10:00am, and coffee and tea 24 hours. Indoor pool was roomy and pleasant. Great location to downtown Pittsburgh area and surrounding areas. Free parking too. Will plan future stays at this location.

- rhonda (2/5): I am very disappointed. - It was convenient and good. I requested a bath tub to take my daily epsom salts soak for my severe Raynaud’s but the stopper didn’t work and could not use it. It ruined my day and stay.

We had to wait a bit on arrival as no one was at the front desk. When we realized it was because he was out shoveling and salting the walk ways, it was certainly acceptable. The fitness room was clean and provided what I wanted/needed. The weather, but I doubt they have much control over that. The fast falling snow obscured the lines for parking spaces and as a result people were parked farther apart limiting parking availability. Other than that the facility and the stay were very good,

- Peter (1/5): Unacceptable - Location All rooms are pet friendly rooms. Ours smelled of pet dander and the staff made no attempt to rectify my issue with the room I was told all the rooms are the same so I had to book an other hotel
- Kyle (10/5): - Third stay here with my kids when I come into town and the staff makes us all feel welcome and has accommodated us in several ways (early check in, late checkout, extra towels, etc). They even remembered my kids this time around and it felt nice to know they remembered us. A+ and the breakfast is very good!

- mmuralidharan (2/5): - Want to share the most horrible experience staying at the above place and the way the staff treated us. I booked 2 nights (19th and 20th July )stay thro my costco travel since I had to add rental car. 1. They did not have the room that I booked and gave me an accessible room instead. 2. They had me listed for one night and despite showing my Costco reservation, they charged me for the extra night that I paid for. I had to call Costco Travels and they called the hotel to rectify this. The front desk is rude to the core especially "Kemoy" (he was on duty the day I had to check out. He also gave me a hard time when I requested a late checkout on Monday when the hotel was empty. The Manager was even more disappointing. Despite my call at 8:30 AM with the front desk requesting that I speak to the manager until my check out around 11:45 AM, he did not have the time to meet with me. As a Hilton honors member, I felt let down by the quality of service extended to me. I am also a member with other reputed hotels and have been treated with so much care and politeness whenever I travel. It is the same with you too but just in this last experience, I would think twice before I step into any Hilton property. Regards, Murali

- Charles (10/5): - Like the location, easy to find. Location was in a safe area and close to eateries as well as other stores. Hotel clean and modern. Room clean and well maintained. AC worked great. Breakfast good and had various choices. Personnel considerated and helpful.

- Michael (8/5): - Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean, very quit even being close to interstate. Had some issues with TV, breakfast wasn’t up to the Hampton standards in my opinion.

- rachelcC2110DB (6/5): I’ll try again in 2026 - I had a wonderful time last year in august. I tried to book again and was met with unprofessional behavior (this isn’t highschool anymore). It’s very disappointing. Hopefully the staff gets turned over so I can return as it’s a lovely hotel.
