- Harness (8/5): Food was great everything was clean and comfortable it's just the front desk kept trying to get paid - The way the staff at front desk kept trying to take the payment off my card right away soon as check in hit.. had call to let them know I would be late and they kept trying to take payment and lock my card up so was limited on activities because money was on hold as a security action.

The location does not provide an easy access route to travel North on Davis Hwy from the facility. You have to exit the parking lot and travel east and use the parking lot at JC Penny in order to make a U turn and then travel North. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. When using the shower, the faucet did not shut off when the shower was activated resulting in flooding the tub with water.

- Sandra (8/5): No Popcorn - Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The day manager told the night manager to make popcorn in their machine (I happened to be checking in). I asked when the popcorn would be out, he said 30 mins. We love a popcorn snack, so were looking forward to it. I went to the lobby 30 mins later. No.popcorn. I asked again, he said 30 mins. We repeated this cycle 2 more times. Still no popcorn. By this time it was getting late, and knew he was blowing me off. We assume he just didn't want to have to clean the machine. Disappointing.

We had a hard time finding a valet to bring in our luggage. The morning we left, there was no valets at all so we made 4 trips and carried our luggage to the car. Seems like people are keeping them in their room overnight. We even saw a person 3 blocks away with bags on one. You need a GPS tracker on them.

She made fun of my last name (I have this recorded on my voicemail and she gave her name) when I told her about it, instead of admitting her undeniably evident insincerity she denied it and called me a liar! If this is the kind of employees Holiday Inn Express hires, then I will take my money elsewhere and let everyone know what this hotel is really about!!
