- Laurence (8/5): Nice little spot in Flushing - The room was nice. The location was great. Enjoyed the rooftop bar, even though it was a little chilly. Parking is a challenge. Contrary to what Booking.com says, there's no on-site parking that I'm aware of. We parked on the street around the block, which meant we had to leave by 8am Monday morning so we wouldn't get towed, and based on how annoyed the hardware store workers looked I believe this is strictly enforced.

The breakfast: monotonous, the croissants were not croissants, there was no additional supply: once anything was finished- no refills. I have had better breakfasts in third world countries. My first night was cancelled because my flight was cancelled and I still have to pay for the night when I was not there. The lady at the desk offered no help. Every bottle water cost $2.00; bring your own water. That the room was barebones: no luggage rack: where did you expect me to put my suitcase? The pillows sucked. They were horrible. The bathroom had a rusty cover piece on the ceiling and the windows were filthy. I clearly heard the guests in the other room next door: lack of soundproofing.

- Javier (7/5): Buen hotel para visitar Nueva York - Cercano al metro (3-4 minutos andando) y a un centro comercial (1 minuto). Las habitaciones están bien de tamaño y tienen buena insonorización. No tiene muchos lujos, pero para tenerlo como base para visitar Nueva York no está mal. Además el precio, para ser Nueva York, es muy competitivo. La limpieza de la habitación también es buena. Tiene cafetera con cápsulas de café. El desayuno es muy simple y no siempre tienes fruta (tres días no tuvimos porque no la habían comprado). El 95% del personal es chino. El hotel está para recibir clientes asiáticos. También cobran una especie de fianza a la entrada. Tuvimos suerte nosotros y no nos la cobraron porque tuvieron problemas con su TPV y al final solo nos cobraron el precio de la habitación sin fianza.

Devolveram os 200 dólares sem burocracia, paguei em cash. Do lado tem um shopping com lojinhas baratas (Nike, marshal, converse). Gostei de tudo! - Escobar (10/5): Clam, cool and collected was my stay at The Parc - The Parc Hotel is very clean and the scent throughout the stay was pleasant. My room was cleaned and when I came back room service attended the room while I was out. Just to say I was very much thankful to come to a room, bed made, after a whole day in the city. Thank you all To me the least thing about the hotel is that there are no vending machines.

- Paul (6/5): It was where we slept and that was good enough - After checking in the young lady at the front desk wasn't the friendliest she didn't even greet us she just got our room numbers then gave us our rooms. Nobody spoke to use the whole time we are in the property. If we didn't engage then in conversation they would just look at us or walk past us. Don't trust the tiktok videos the rooms are tiny and does not come with a microwave. The views are ok but the location in relation to the airport is key. Customer service was poor and the breakfast was not worth mentioning

- Mark (9/5): Pleasantly surprised by the rooms, dissapointed by the breakfast offerings. - The room was clean and had all of the advertised amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included mandarins and apples. While better than the breakfast at some low-budget hotels, which have few or no hot food items, the offerings in the four days we were there were somewhat puzzling. Not all items were ready at 6:30am (the advertised opening time) and the selection was unusual; on most days, the hot dishes were: congee (rice porridge) in a slow cooker, fried rice with occasional pieces of scrambled egg, scrambled eggs, sausage (actually cut-up hot dogs, but referred to as "sausage" on the sign), hard boiled eggs (in shell and still warm), pieces of corn on the cob, pieces of cooked (but not peeled) carrots, and pieces of boiled small potatoes. There were also cuts of cold ham. Over several days, I observed many patrons coming in to the breakfast area, looking over the offerings, and deciding to just get a cup of coffee. I think most people are too polite to say that the breakfast offered is not good; replacing the cut-up hot dogs with bacon or sausage and the boiled potatoes with hash browns would make a world of difference.

The room had somewhat a nice ,view of the CitiField, except for the rooftop of the neighboring building that had a lot of "junk" on it. Well, it was advertised as having a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. There was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, however, it did not work. This was very disappointing. The breakfast had spoiled boiled eggs.

- Olena (10/5): Highly recommend! - Hotel is modern, very clean and done in minimalistic style. Some might complain about the size of the rooms but it is very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. Its located right in the center of the busy area. All what you need in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to try, parks, transportation and even shopping. Being located in such a busy area you will have opportunity to try a lot of Korean dishes.

They advertise parking but there was only 8 parking spaces available. Street parking was almost non existent. The rooms are old and the beds uncomfortable. My back is still hurtingThe hotel also smelled like it used to be a smoking hotel and covered it up with air fresheners. It definitely was not worth the $340 a night.
