Clean and felt safe. - Our stay included daily breakfast and I must say the quality was much better than expected. Coffee was excellent. Location was walking distance to center of town and all local attractions we were interested in. This hotel has a root top terrace which was also better than expected. Service was very good and quality of food and drinks was also good. We were looking for a hotel close to center of town and so we went with this hotel. The room itself was decent, nothing fancy, bed was good, bathroom was good, shower stall was roomy, overall it was about what we expected. Overall, For a 3 star hotel, it met our expectations. The A/C could be better. Some parts of the hotel were stuffy, bad air flow, while some other areas of the hotel are in need of upgrades.Staff seems ok but nothing noteworthy I feel they could have done more to provide us with an improved experience.

The parking lot is quite small and they want you to park in reverse which sometimes is fine but other times us a challenge. I am glad I always park in reverse, but those that do not will struggle due to the limited space and the cement posts in between.

• Claudia C (1/5): Primera y última vez. - Lo q debió de ser una noche de descanso fue una noche fatal, al no poder dormir por la incomodidad y la picazón q algo nos generó en el cuerpo, al parecer pulgas o chinches, mi mama de 74 años y yo pasamos muy mala noche. La única razón por la q no abandonamos el establecimiento fue porq llegamos despues de media noche. Una habitación poco limpia, el inodoro muy sucio, la silla del inodoro en muy mal estado, la manija del inodoro también quebrada. El televisor sin señal y se encendía solo. El fuerte olor a humedad y el mildew en la pared del cuarto y baño. La puerta no se podía cerrar bien ya q esta se encuentra dañada todo eso mas los huéspedes y empleados que se ponian a platicar en el pasillo. Fue una noche de pesadilla.

• Bernd (10/5): My place to stay in Irapuato - This is my place to go in Irapuato! The rooms are very spacious, very clean and modern. Shower was huge and very good water pressure. Bed is comfy. There is a desk and chair if you need to work a little Breakfast is included (at least was in my rate!) Wifi is good and reliable. Staff is super friendly and accommodating! House keeping is on the ball all the time! Close to downtown. Minutes away from the Central Busstation They have a restaurant on the roof with a beautiful view over the city! All good this was my second stay and it won't be my last!

• Bernd (9/5): If you stay in Irapuato, I think this is your place to stay! - Kasa Hotel & Suites is centrally located. 8 min on foot from the Central Bus Depot and maybe 5 min to downtown. My room had 2 Queen beds. From my room I could see the cathedral and other churches. The room was large, there is a TV and an AC. The shower was working just fine. They supply shampoo, soap and body lotion. Breakfast was included. And you could order room service if you want. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Big thanks also to cleaning ladies. Place was spotless! They are very helpful and take their job seriously (with a smile!). Will go there again! In fact I made already another reservation There were a few little things, but they didn't bother me at all! All good!

The roof top serves a wonderful Sunday Buffet It seemed the rest of the week all tables and chairs are stored away. The daily buffet downstairs was very good> The Location is perfect if you want to walk into Historical district. The room was quiet. We slept well in a comfortable bed and pillows. The AC didn't work but as soon as we asked at the desk 2 men were sent to correct that and was fine after that. The front desk was always courtesous and very polite.

Just a few blocks from the town center, cathedral, and bus station. Nice lobby. The restaurant was full and bustling every time we walked through the lobby, though we never had time to sit and eat there. The suite featured two beds, a bathroom, a living room space with a beat up couch and small flatsceen TV, and a kitchen. We did not use the kitchen or living space since we were only there for one night. The bedroom area had two beds and a large flatscreen TV. The bathroom was in the corner of the suite, between the kitchen and bedroom and had a door that opened to each side. A long counter flanked both sides of the modern bathroom sink which was located outside the toilet/shower room. This was very convenient when getting ready in the morning. There was a large closet in the hall across from the bathroom sink, and an additional small closet with a safe and shelves in the bedroom area. There was also a small desk and mirror outside the other door of the bathroom near one of the beds. The A/C worked well, though in December, we only used it to clear away the humidity from shower steam. The elevators were smooth and fast. Though check-in took a long time, and the employee was less than cheerful, the room and price were correct, and check out was easy. CONS: This was a great bargain stay, and as such, we have very few complaints. Nevertheless, here are some things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi was intermittent. There were many outlets in the rooms, but few that worked. The beds were the typical hard beds found throughout México; the thin pillow top did little to mitigate the unyielding firmness of the mattress beneath.

The room lighting was a bit dim and yellow, but a large window provided sunlight to brighten the bedroom when the shades were open. This was a great bargain stay, and as such, we have very few complaints. Nevertheless, here are the things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi wasn't that great. There were many outlets in the rooms, but few that worked. Bring extension cords. The beds were the typical hard beds found throughout México; the thin pillow top did little to mitigate the unyielding firmness of the mattress beneath. **Some reviews complained that their reservations through Booking were not honored. I must admit, check-in took a very long time, and the employee seemed put out by our mere presence. I started to worry that the same would happen to us, peeking apprehensively at the scowling face of the employee as his fingers continued clickety clacking on the keyboard. About 10 minutes later; however, he sullenly led us to the room we reserved at the Booking price. Perhaps a smile and greeting could brighten up the check-in process...
