• Janet (8/5): Breakfast was a letdown. - Enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The breakfast. We came down for breakfast just after 8 am. The food had been sitting and was dried out. The yogurt expiry date was the day before. Coffee was good and bottled water was a welcome addition. The person with the mop bucket should be made aware that pushing it through the middle of the dining room and then leaving it at the entrance to the food service area is not great optics. Hanging out at a table waiting for people to have their breakfast also not good optics. This hotel has made and attempt with the lobby and breakfast area but precooking too much food and staff hanging out unfortunately did not speak added value.

• Aimee (10/5): We would certainly be back if we come back to Devils Lake for a concert! - Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The back door was propped open with a rock from the landscaping rock. This was not cool. To us this is a safety concern for your guests and your staff. I’d suggest you have a safety feature put on all exterior doors to ensure they are closed and locked at all times!

• Antonello (10/5): Excellent - Brilliant hotel. Big room, spotlessly clean. Pretty comfy bed. Nice, roomy and clean bathroom. Satisfying breakfast. Smooth check in and check out. Easy parking. Pool and gym. Strategic position in Devils Lake. I cannot but recommend this accommodation. I will be definitely back.

You had to call a phone to say you were there for someone to help you . And they were just hanging out in the back room. Coffee was pretty terrible too

• Jerry (10/5): Came to devils lake, ND to fish. Unexpectedly stayed an extra night and booked sleep in last min. - Professional vibe and feel. The breakfast is amazing! The bathroom shower. The floor out side of the shower curtain gets wet when you shower. I like the design of it but it needs better design where water drains better and not spread everywhere towards the toilet and sink. Overall took a long time for it to dry. I didn’t use any towels to help it dry as it feels in sanitary to do so. It’s not the worse but I don’t like it very much.

Staff mess up wrong information with other people name and address even though she looked at the Driver License or ID. Another was the room not clean at all which toilet bowl was dirty, the floor not vacuumed, microwave not clean, the bed was hair and RED dust on the bed.
