Pequeno almoço simples (pao, wafles, baguels, iogurte, manteigas e compota, leite, sumos e cafe). No final da estadia, ainda ficaram com as nossas malas para que pudessemos dar uma volta antes de ir para o aeroporto. Muito proximo do metro e da Brooklyn Bridge. A insonorização não era a melhor, então ouvia-se conversas, os banhos das outras pessoas, o comboio que passa ao lado.

- Donna (10/5): I will definitely be returning if I visit New York again. - The hotel I originally booked cancelled last minute so I booked with this hotel, however I made a mistake with the booking date. When I arrived at the hotel it was 9.30pm and I found I had also lost my purse but the lady on reception was so patient and helpful, ensuring I was safe and had somewhere to stay that night. I can not thank the staff, the manager and her son enough for helping me that night. I was travelling alone and despite having a bad day, this absolutely made me so happy. If I ever return to New York I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much.

Podstawowe śniadanie w cenie. Winda. Czyste pokoje. Codziennie sprzątane. Klimatyzacja w pokojach. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Sprzątanie toalety przy jadalni podczas konsumpcji posiłków przez klientów hotelu (zdarzenie jednorazowe ale jednak było). Średnie wygłuszenie i szczelność okien w pokojach (delikatnie podwiewało).

La habitación es pequeña, sólo para ir y dormir, ojalá no llevar muchas cosas. Teníamos desayuno incluído y no nos dieron ninguna información sobre eso. Se escucha el tren pero es soportable, lo que si, se escuchaban discusiones en pasillos, gritos, llantos de bebés, lo que hizo un poco incómodo todo.

- Rufus (2/5): Dangerous area, lots of noise, substandard rooms and poor value. - It's very close to the F train (which is also in front of the housing projects). The entrance however has addicts, is very seedy, filthy and people were yelling and fighting when I got off the train at night. The B, D, Q and N subway lines run directly above this hotel which is located directly under the Manhattan Bridge so expect continual noise all day and night. It is also located directly across (separated only by the traffic light) from the the Rutgers housing projects. The rooms are sparse and substandard. This is like a 1 Star Chinese hotel-maybe 1.25 tops. Do not take a companion nor family. If you are on hard times then I get but otherwise is a hard no for me (never again).

- Sorin (3/5): good time in New York, excepting this hotel - The upper-floor room was deplorable: everything was dirty, from the walls to the bedsheets. The beds were narrow and did not match the listing. In general, the photos for these rooms are intentionally shot from angles that do not reflect reality. Major issues: Hygiene: During our 5-night stay, the bedsheets and towels were never changed. Privacy & Temperature: The room entrance is directly from a shared terrace, making it feel exposed and constantly cold. There is also a window facing the terrace, compromising privacy. Hot Water: The water was barely lukewarm; you have to shower very quickly to avoid freezing. Breakfast: Very poor. It would be more honest to specify that you only provide a space for guests to bring their own food or make a sandwich.

Le voisin en face qui hurle et le seul truc qu'on nous réponds " c'est pas en face mais à côté ! " en se foutant de notre gueule au passage . Le voisin était bien en face mais bon .. vu la personne désagréable qui s'occupait de nous , pas de de surprise quand à la réponse. Et une fois avoir parlé à ce dit voisin , pas d'étonnement... ils lui avaient dit de faire de bruit qu'il ́y avait pas de souci vu qu'on était soit disant pas la .. 2 ème chose : une petite chambre au 6 ème étage et un ascenseur en panne .. la joie ! 3 ème chose et pas des moindres .. Le métro juste au dessus qui fait vibrer les chambres toutes les 5 minutes . Oh quelle joie , quelle surprise!! Surtout après 10km de marche par jour . 4 chose ... Le petit déjeuner. Pas de chocolat . Des baggels infectes, du jus de fruit en indisponible la moitié du séjour. Et des gaufres sans goût. 5 ème chose ... la baignoire . Simple décoration, elle est livrée sans la bonde qui permet de prendre un bain .. c'est juste de la décoration qui permet de louer plus facilement 6 ème chose .. Le chauffage ! En panne les 3/4 du temps ... et même sans être en panne , le personnel le règle au minimum à chaque nettoyage de la chambre . Quel luxe quand il fait Y degrés dehors et dans la chambre guère plus ! 7 ème chose : la propreté. Faire croire aux clients qu'on lave tout chaque jour alors qu'on replie juste les draps et les serviettes c'est un peu ( juste un peu ) de l'arnaque !!

- James (9/5): - The staff were very helpful. Good location in the quieter Chinatown area, while still being close enough to the rest of the city in all directions. Basic but good breakfast. Comfy beds. Desk and WiFi good enough for working in room. There is a bit of noise from the subway trains that pass nearby, depending on which part of the hotel you're in, but other than that, the area is a lot quieter generally than other areas of NYC.

El hotel está bien acondicionado, tiene ascensor y aire acondicionado/calefacción, estaba limpio. La ducha es fija, el grifo no es cómodo y tiene cortina, estaría bien una actualización. La habitación no tiene nevera pequeña ni armario para colocar la ropa, para dos personas el espacio es algo limitado, tuvimos que dejar todo en las maletas y en el perchero de la entrada.

- Lizzie (10/5): Parfait - Le petit déjeuner parfait nous avions des céréales, pain de mie, des muffins, des yaourts différents, des jus de fruits, des fruits très complets en sachant que c'est compris dans le prix c'est parfait. Le petit rooftoop au dernier étage sur le vue du pont très beau. Très propre, bien située, l'arrêt de métro "East Brodway" juste à coté bien desservie Lit pas forcément très large mais confortable / Petit détails mais on aurait aimé un petit tapis a l'entrée pour essuyez nos chaussures pour pas trop salir surtout quand il pleut !

- Francisco (3/5): Terrible stay - The AC works for a while and then stopped. We could never get hot water in the shower. And the staff was rude. The room was extra small not like in the pictures. I’m not staying there again.
- JakubHors (9/5): Mały ale świetnie zlokalizowany - Na plus zdecydowanie lokalizacja oraz śniadanie w cenie. Bardzo miły personel i codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Bardzo cienkie ściany oraz niesamowicie mały pokój w którym brak było szafek czy półek, wszystkie rzeczy czy mogę w plecakach i kładziemy je koło malutkiego biurka.

- Laura (6/5): Kein zweites Mal - Lage in war gut - Subway direkt um die Ecke (Richtung Uptown und Brooklyn ohne Umstieg). Die AC hat ordentlich funktioniert und das Zimmer ordentlich aufgewärmt. Zimmer deutlich größer als erwartet. Ich habe ein Zimmer bekommen, das komplett anders aussah als auf den Bildern, auf deren Basis ich gebucht habe (ken richtiges Fenster, lediglich eine Dusche, Fliesenboden anstatt Zimmer mit Fenster, Badewanne und Teppichboden). Auf dem Fußboden lagen noch Haare, die Zimmerecken waren verdreckt, insgesamt keine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Personal -wie auch in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt- desinteressiert und teilnahmslos. Frühstück nur mit Einweggeschirr und -besteck. Standard der Unterkunft steht -in meinem Fall- in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis, den ich gezahlt habe.
