- Sorenson (10/5): - Very friendly staff and helpful. Our daughter scuffed her knee and was having a full blown panic attack about needing a band-aid. We asked the front desk if they had one and before we could respond said they would be right up with a few to choice from.

- Cathy (7/5): I would stay again. - Location was perfect since family was staying temporary long term. Reception (Kimber) was very friendly. As well as Vanessa who worked the breakfast. Breakfast variety was good. Room was spacious for me. Kitchen had most everthing. Room was noisy when heater kicked on. The plugs were very dated and no usb port. They were renovating some floors so I hope they update for technology.

It wasn't terrible, but noticeable. The front desk lady, who was in training, gave me attitude because she thought I was trying to steal credit card information from another customer that was checking in. The receipt from the online booking and what was charged to my card at the property don't match up.
- T6301TSdebbiem (4/5): Dated, worn out - This is a great location for a stay in Omaha. We've been at this hotel two or three other times over the last few years and were satisfied with our stays. We appreciate the included breakfast in the morning (even though some of the food is marginal), the kitchenette in the room, the friendly staff, and that it is pet friendly. However, after this stay, my husband and I decided we won't be going back there, and for that matter, any other Residence Inn. These hotels are nice, definitely not fancy, but very doable when newer. It seems though, like this one, that the furniture and other upkeep is allowed to deteriorate as they get older. The chairs in the breakfast and lobby area were disgustingly worn out. The chair in our room was broken and the furniture is just dated. We've been in worse Residence Inns but we're done with all of them. We've been Marriott Bonvoy members for years so are very loyal to Marriott properties except now for Residence Inns.

- MissMo1 (4/5): OUTDATED IN NEED OF A REHAB - This place is in dire need of a remodel! Absolutely gross, especially the dining furniture in the breakfast area. The bathroom wallpaper all falling off, shower hooks are all rusted out, refrigerator had dings all over it, draperies were disgusting - so worn, seriously outdated. TV in bedroom would go off on its own and then come on by itself. I will say that the staff was super friendly and helpful. There are other hotels near by - check them out. We won’t be returning here.

- Colleen (6/5): - This property is dated and the facilities need to be updated. Some seriously loud carpet (orange and teal). There is wear and tear like on the 3rd floor is the hallway wall is scraped up. The room had light fixtures everywhere that were cheap, (oddly) wrinkled shades, and kind of hard to turn on and off. But it was clean inside. Hallway had a lot of dinner remains outside. So, just dated and had seen better days.

- Lovetotravel2618 (10/5): Will definitely return if in the area! - By far, the best place we stayed on our 2-week, 4,000 mile road trip! Even without comparing, we really enjoyed the stay there. Three nights and everything went so well. The breakfast was outstanding (and that says a lot when included breakfasts can be bare bones) and the women who worked on Tuesday and then Wednesday and Thursday were so friendly, gracious, attentive. Loved that they had iced coffee in a little pitcher near the water. The food choices were numerous and changed slightly every morning, with still something that my husband and I could each eat.

- mommaborg73 (2/5): Disgusted, angry, not cool Marriott - I am beyond irritated and upset with this hotel. For unknown reasons our reservation was changed the day prior to our arrival, from a two bedroom suite, to a two queen bed room. We were not able to garner a reason as to why this changes. The person at the Fri t desk was trying to help us, but they were filled with no other rooms available. This was the first, and only time I will ever attempt to stay at a Marriott. What a sour taste to our family weekend away. I am beyond angry. We had to scramble to find another hotel to stay in. What a disappointment!

- Bailey (10/5): - Nice place to stay close to Village Pointe. Good layout that includes couch, TV, and kitchenette. Hotel includes all the kitchenware and utensils that you would need. Nice full size refrigerator. Lots of closet and dresser space as well. We enjoyed our stay!

- Dawn (8/5): - Clerk at check-in charged us for taxes we had already paid through expedia, she just asked for a card for incidentals, but I always check my credit card statement! (Different clerk at check-out was able to help that charge get reversed when I showed her my expedia receipt.) Breakfast was great! Room was spotless and we found it very quiet (4th floor room, weekday stay.) But the little couch in our room was pretty near the end of its life; it looked nice, but the cushions had very poor support and were saggy when sat upon. I slept well, husband found the bed also lacked enough support for him.

She took my little cooler and added some ice from the kitchen for me, which was very nice!!! The person helping at breakfast was pleasant and helpful as well, great scones. The women at the desk later in the day was okay, she didn’t seem happy.

- Ashok (8/5): Excellent Hotel with one drawback - Pro: Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, well stocked kitchenette with full size fridge, comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Lots of parking. Good location. Con: there was a loud and pulsating HVAC background noise, especially at night and especially near the bed. The noise grew even louder when my room HVAC came on. This was the only negative.

- Robyn (8/5): - We were surprised to see a family gathering on Sunday, May 11 when we went down to the lobby area for our breakfast. It looked as though a family had taken over quite a large section of the restaurant for their "Mothers Day" party, with anywhere from 10-20 in attendance. There was a small meeting room adjacent to the lobby - which would have afforded the group more privacy as well as those registered customers of the hotel while dining.

They are genuine and personable with the guests! Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious and comfy. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Heater was pretty loud when it kicked on the first time I thought it was a snow blower outside. Woke both my husband I a few times over night. But it did keep us warm on a -6 night so necessary.

- Todd (4/5): - The property is already dated and run down. The construction of this building must have been shotty, as we could hear every foot step and sound from the room above us. We stayed there due to a power outage for one night, but can’t imagine staying here by choice while visiting Omaha. The desk clerk was unfriendly and never recognized me as a platinum Bonvoy member. He honestly never even looked at me during check in… kind of weird! Stay elsewhere in town!
