Better coordination should be ensured for on line booking. The desk manager was unable to locate and retrieve the booking from tge system.

However, I noted a significant drawback regarding the food service. The absence of a restaurant or room service operating during the early morning and late evening hours was inconvenient. Extending these operating hours would greatly enhance the guest experience, particularly for those visiting the temple.

Unhappy and not sati - Nil There are no chefs in resturant, receptionist lady had to manage kitchen and front reception. It was extremely bad management , pathetic service, cold food , dusty plates. Rooms are nit clean, landline not working, no wifi, noisy AC and Noisy fan.
They charged whole amount on checkin and no service for what they charge, poor value for money

Very aggressive in collecting the payment , after which they aren’t concerned about the customer service. To name few- For a suite room booked for 4 people, we had one towel for all Of us! For breakfast after waiting for an hour at their restaurant we were told they had to make the food for us, as they gave the same to another customer, etc etc…will never recommend this place or will come back! Bcoz of the convenient location to Guruvayoor temple, they are least worried on the service rendered and very confident customers will continue to book with them!! As mentioned above !

Shower area is not usable for seniors.
With this price, awesome clean hotels are seen in Kochi city.

Secondly I have asked for a tooth paste and he said the house keeping supervisor will come by 8 in the morning and then only he can check whether this can be provided or not

There was no hot water, TV as not functional, and had to have the sheets replaced since they were dirty. Just a rip off for over $100/day.

next day morning also they said we donot get mail from hotels com. they took again cash from us IRS 6800.00 after they said we get your mails but hotels come pay us only INS 5'300.00 so you need pay differnt. than from 6'800.00 they paid back only INR 4500.00 we lost rest money. and they donot restpect us a gust they fight with us. I cannot belive why hotels com suggest this kind of hotels. myself I never say some go this hotels

Hotel staff are not ready with information even I booked the room 2 months ahead. They were searching for my booking. Also they questioned me about booking details even after producing the hard copy. I am forced to sow them itinerary no and my name on the print. Bath rooms are leaking and house keeping staff didn't turn up to change towels after 24 hrs. I were carrying towels so I could manage. The hotel doesn't seems to be of the standard what they are showing up. For example, every one looks in a blazer but don't understand English :).
