Δυστυχώς το πρωινό του περιορίστηκε σε πολύ μικρό Μπουφέ σε σχέση με παλιά με λιγότερες επιλογές .

- Soumia (4/5): Séjour plsu que désagréable, service et management à revoir - Je n'ai rien aimé dans cet hôtel si ce n'est l'emplacement du Dubai Mall à "quelques" minutes à pied...J'ai pris une chambre familiale et mon erreur est de ne pas avoir fait attention au miroir qui agrandissait la pièce car le lit superposé est en réalité, je suppose, une ancienne armoire ou kajibi aménagé, mon fils de 11 ans n'a pu déplié sa jambe..... J'aimerais rencontrer votre architecte qui définit la moitié de la chambre en salle de bain( énormément trop grande 50% de la superficie totale) et espace ridicule pour abriter 2 adultes et 2 enfants... Le personnel (le jeune Libanais (?) soi disant responsable qui rigole et en a rien à fiche, quand on lui fait part de nos remarques quant au plats et à l'extrême lenteur de service du personnel, prendre une demi pension et attendre plus de 2 heures et demi pour finaliser le repas, tellement c'est long et manque de personnel, une catastrophe la gestion!! Le personnel fait de son mieux, pas de leur faute. La demi pension de vaut rien, c'est dégueulasse mon mari et tomber malade le reste du séjour.Dernière fois pour ma part dans un hôtel de la chaine Accor... Lamentable....

- Tetiana Voita (7/5): - Что мне понравилось в отеле -это удобная очень кровать , красивый номер, очень чисто. Прекрасный рум-сервис и в принципе весь персонал очень отзывчивый и пытается все сделать для вашего комфорта. Рядом кондиционированнный переход, если вы хотите посетить Дубай Молл, то за 10-15 минут вы пешком до него дойдете. Кстати фото вид из номера брала на Бурдж-халифу, чтоб вы понимали если вы платите за номер с видом но БХ, что вы будете видеть( не знаю стоит ли переплачивать за такой вид) Но как всегда не обошлось без каких-то неудовлетворительных моментов. Не знаю с чем это совпало, то ли с экономией за счет того что мало туристов или всегда такая была политика. Но с едой все очень не то чтобы скромно,а можно сказать плохо. Если завтраки были еще более менее( можно было поесть обычные яйцаи и чем то еще перебиться) , то с ужинами - совсем беда. Я брала проживание с полупансионом, и это было ошибкой. Настолько невкусной еды на ужин я не помню когда я ела. Из мяса в меню только курица, которую абсолютно готовят ужасно. Она или резиновая или сухая. В общем есть невозможно. Но другой альтернативы особо и не было по мясу или рыбе ( ее нет вообще в меню). Меню на ужин очень бедное и оно не меняется. Вот я была неделю, и это было катастрофой. Звездность отеля по сервису по качеству номера - да это 5*, но по питанию - это 3*.

- etro (8/5): Good Location and Spacious Room - My room was upgraded and it was spacious. Because I was there on a business trip, I have very comfortably worked from the room. I had more than enough closet space in the room. The hotel was literally next to the metro station through which you could walk to Dubai Mall. I guess because of the regional distress and low volume of visitors, the hotel had a limited breakfast buffet. I found the selection of cheese and other main items very few.. overall breakfast was below my expectations.

- Abdulla (4/5): - This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The service is extremely slow, mainly because there appears to be only one person handling reception and one for concierge at any given time. This creates constant delays and makes even the simplest requests frustrating. What made things worse is that no one answers the phone. I tried calling reception multiple times, and it felt completely pointless—there was simply no response. Overall, the level of service is far below what anyone would reasonably expect from a hotel. This is absolutely not an experience I would ever consider repeating.

Desayuno muy básico propio de un hotel de inferior categoría. El club milésime es en el mismo lugar donde se sirve el desayuno. Pedí un mojito y me sirvieron un seven up con menta.

- World (1/5): Never choose this hotel again, and won't suggest. - only the bathroom is ok. the front desk people service was really horrible! I booked 5 nights for it, stayed about 8 hours, asked cancellation, the front desk man told me that he will inform Book.com the cancellation immediately, but HE DIDN'T! cause I have to pay 100% cost of 5 nights including the breakfast. So anyone books this hotel, need to be very careful.
