- lorrier161 (8/5): Good place to stop for a night - Our room was very clean. We appreciate no carpet as we are traveling with dogs. We had a queen suite which was quite large. It definitely needs a desk lamp, at night it was too dark to use the desk. Could hear the TV from next door. The beds are very high off the floor. Everyone was working hard to keep the property looking like new. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

- robk184 (6/5): Convenient Location and Clean Rooms - This Best Western is conviently located to the Ft. Worth area. The hotel and our sleeping room was very clean. The room was also very spacious and quiet. The free breakfast was fine, but did not offer fresh fruit (which other Best Western's do). The only issue we experienced during our stay was inconsistency in the level of staff friendliness to guests at the front desk.

But let me just say, upon entering the building, it was very clean. The staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful. My room was very clean. The grounds were kept very nice. Parking was amazing. I am VERY pleased and I will choose this place over and over again. I've already recommended this location to some friends who should be coming to the area next month. - Charlotte (5/5): Bad - I was having a wedding, so I rented the banquet hall. I was told that there was nobody to help pull out the huge tables. So before I could get my wedding dress on, I had to help pull out tables. This took up an enormous amount of time. I was told that it would be an extra 400 plus to have the staff pull the table out before the wedding. Also some of the guests were staying at the hotel and was treated like crap. Not realizing that they were staying in the hotel also. Another issue was the elderly sent to the other side of the building and not allowed to walk through the halls as a short cut to the banquet room. And what so bad about it it was my future mother in law and a close dear friend that was using a walker. I was so embarrassed when I found out how my guest were treated. Although the facility was sparkling clean , the customer service was crappy and unprofessional. That was not ok to make them walk all around the building being handicapped. It also held up the wedding until she came through the right door. Which could have been avoided. No sensitive for the elderly or handicapped. I will not use the facility anymore, even if it was sparkling clean. There’s no excuse for bad customer service Everything

Hotel is showing age, smelled like pot in many areas, elevator smelled like old oil and rubber, very unpleasant. Bathroom in lobby was not clean. Room itself was clean and pleasant, staff was nice. Overall average stay for the money, neighborhood was a little rough. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable.

Took forever to check in. I asked for bottom floor a week in advance and they wouldn’t do that. The first room they put us in was hot and the AC wasn’t working. After adjusting the thermostat, we called the front desk and asked for a new room because it wasn’t working. He said he would come up and take a look at. He adjusted JUST LIKE WE DID, and said he would come back in an hour to see if that worked. So for the meantime we had to suffer for that hour. The temp got up to 77 degrees in there during that time. Another guy came up and asked me to go look at a different room. The other room was so much cooler. He then went on to say that the thermostat temps are incorrect. Lie but okay. I said can we have this room please and he said it’s the same as the other room “look feel the air coming out”. It took an act of congress to get him to let us switch to that other room. Then we were having dinner in the lobby and my finance asked if they could turn the tv on in there and they refused. Another night we were all outside and my fiance and the kids were playing with toys and one of the people working the front desk came outside and said they weren’t allowed to play out there. Every single staff member was rude. I will never stay here again.

We called a couple of times to have it fixed and the person who answered the phone, after a long conversation, told us on two occasions a manager would call us back but the manager never did.

- jodalec (10/5): Loved it 😊 very satisfied with our stay 😊 - I just want to give a shout out to this hotel.Best Western suites on Forrest hill circle.The management is awesome,the service was amazing.it was clean and the 3 day visit there was the best experience me and my husband has ever had at a motel ever. we have been together 28 years and went there to spend our anniversary and go to botanical gardens.which was close by.the management was very helpful at directions and our suit was clean and very nice and affordable.we will be going back very soon.would not find a better hotel if your going to fortworth area. - Cosmopolitan81141 (10/5): Just right! - We wanted a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay close to our relatives that didn't cost a fortune. We also didn't want to pay extra for breakfast and parking. This place was perfect. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully when I have more time to enjoy all the hotel amenities.

- Ashley (4/5): Terrible - There was no indication that there would be a deposit and I had to pay $100 deposit when I got there. The man at the front desk was rude and was suggesting I didn’t have the money. That wasn’t the case I just didn’t understand the reason for the deposit. There was tiny black bugs in the bed and the curtain would not close and if I were to undress everyone would see me.

- maxmart13 (10/5): Really nice hotel. - I can’t say enough about this Best Western Plus @ Fort Worth Forest Hills. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. They talk to you nice and are always helpful with information about restaurants or stores around the area. The property itself is really nice!!! The rooms are even nicer!!! They recently renovated all the rooms and they did an excellent job!!! I felt so comfortable to be in my socks and not worry about it being dirty!!! The rooms are super clean and very well kept up with!!!
- Anna (4/5): It was ok. - It was ok. You could hear everything from the next room, we there it was the lady cleaning and playing her music or the family staying and telling most of the night. The room also smelt a little weird but nothing a room spray couldn’t fix. The sheets were torn but it wasn’t a huge deal. Very little lighting in restroom.

- kevinwarren2024 (2/5): Dangerous place - This place is dangerous. The hotel owners/ staff are too lazy to uphold their obligations to ensure a safe property. Prostitution and criminals creeping around the property. My cat was burglarized and I lost tons of work items. Next day another guest car window was smashed out and burglarized. Hotel staff to lazy to monitor who is on the property and simply call police to run off loitering. I stay 200 nights a year in a hotel. Along with my colleagues. We will never give best western our business again.. to trashy, under managed , lazy and dangerous.
- Ashley (1/5): Horrible - Bug infested room very bad customer service. Told the front desk the issue multiple times. I kept finding a different bug throughout the night and not once did they offer to change rooms or anything. Night staff told me to wait for the manager in the morning. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning to be told the manager was on vacation and the only thing they could offer was to send housekeeping. I was checking out that morning so what is that gonna do for me! I'm still waiting for the manager to reply to my email. And I included about 10 photos. Oh yeah parking lot was filled with nails.

- Charlene (1/5): Never ever stay here. Trust me, false advertising poorly run hotel. - Nothing, there was literally nothing about the property that we liked. Complete false advertising, would have left if they would have refunded us but they refused. Establishment smells of weed through out, the pool was freezing, the hot tub did not work either, ice cold grey water. They advertise breakfast which is run very poorly, they also advertise a full bar, sure they have the bar but it’s closed down. They also have the guest of the hotel go downstairs for sheets and blankets for the sofa beds that some of the rooms have.

- Lee (4/5): - Mattress was very uncomfortable. AC struggled to cool the room. Key stopped working after the first night. Very low water pressure. TV had very limited variety of programming. Friendliness of staff was hit-or-miss. I understand where in the market this hotel fits. Despite being the pricier hotel in the area, many of its direct competitors provide vastly superior service in these areas. Best Westerns are apparently independently owned and operated. However, I will not be staying with a Best Western again with more consistent options available.

Rooms are nice, clean,comfortable and spacious. House Keeping does an Outstanding job keeping them clean and smelling fresh giving you comfortable home away from home feeling..

Actually, my wife is picky and wanted more options, meaning we spent $70 for a breakfast outside the hotel instead of eating for free. However, for the majority of families, the breakfast would have been fine.

- Kimberly (6/5): Just okay - There was either someone smoking weed next to us or previously in our room as the smell was very strong in the bathroom. We kept the door closed to the restroom so the odor in the room would not be bad and the vent in the bathroom did not work.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Room not ready - Check-in was 3:00pm, we got there at 5:45pm and our room was not ready. We were told there was a new cleaning lady and they were running behind. We finally got our room at 6:30pm. We were offered late check out (12:00pm instead of 11:00am), but that did not work for us since we had somewhere to be early in the morning.

Service is amazing and rooms smell great. They also pre heat or cool rooms so when you go in the good smell and comfortable temperature makes it very pleasant to stay in.
