- KIRAN (10/5): Quick trip to Fujairah - Family Friendly place witih a ever helpful staff going out of their regular duties to ensure you are comfortable during your stay there . Ample parking with easy access to most of the main attractions in and around town . A well stocked buffet counter and the staff following all due protocols ensured that we were well attended to . A definite recommended place for a family anytime.

- Elshan (8/5): Stayed in March 2019, very much enjoyed. - Staff is very cheerful and efficient. Check-in went in seconds as did check-out. They have changed the carpets in rooms, so no more suspicious stains :-) Loved the bathroom and the shower. Although, the top shower was a bit clogged. And the iron was leaky. My favorite bit about the hotel is the Book Store bar.

The sports bar and the people allowed within it do not make you feel very safe. The bookclub bar is much better and special in that respect.

Life guards stay inside in air conditioning watching from door... Hotel gym is full of kids.. staff never go into gym to check anything.... smoking downstairs in lobby... guests leave room doors open have kids running from room to room.. management does nothing.... hotel lobby smells... smoking allowed downstairs.. hotel management lax and do not manage... best to avoid.... not dubai standard

Since it was just 1 night stay and we reached only at night, we didn't complain. Other than that the stay was good and Mountain view from the window was beautiful.

Carpets had stains while remote control was possibly running out of battery - difficulty to change channels. Front desk and housekeeping were efficient; Overall, a good place for the right price (but not during peak season).

- YAQOUB (8/5): Very Nice Place with Amaizing Price - I stayed for one night with my wife and it was very comfortable and clean. the staff is very friendly. the location is near the airport and sometimes it may be noisy with aircraft departing or arriving but it is not all the time. It seem the airport is not that much busy. I parked my car for free and it very comfortable to go to your room direct from the parking. The place is very secure and you need your card to go to your room. the price of the room is very cheap compared to the services you are getting. it is a very interesting hotel and sure i will go back in other occasion

Breakfast is good even if threre is not much options for an Indian family. Hotel staff and sevice are polite and helpful.
- AD (10/5): Great family hotel with good location - Overall we had a very good stay. The hotel is clean and feels new. Great for family stay and friendly staff. Location is at the enterance of Fujairah city. One bad thing was that we could smell cigarette smoke in the room, which was coming from next room or from the room above. Buffet breakfast variety can be improved because I felt the menu was same everyday.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great place downtown - Wonderful hotel with a delicious breakfast. Room service was not good at all, though; food was served cold and tasted awful. We both threw ours away. Also, it is listed as having a spa on many sites - it does not. We had a room facing the side, which had a view that was... rather creepy. Decrepit, half-built buildings that were never finished. It looked extremely run-down. We just kept the windows closed and we were up high so we felt safe. However, the employees are absolutely wonderful - extremely friendly and go out of their way to please you. Clean and welcoming environment. I would definitely stay here again.
