- Vetova (10/5): - Location is really nice in Sirmione. There is bakery in 2 minutes distance, restaurants , take away food, mini market, all needed is really next to you. To the old town can go be feet- it is 30 minutes walk and you can go next to the lake. Apartments are really nice and comfortable. There are all that you may need. Also appreciating possibility for self check in, but on the next day host welcoming us and give a really good advices. Totally recommended the property!

Comfy beds with nice bedsheets. It would be nice to get some selection of teas, and perhaps more than two coffee pods as there were two of us staying for 3 nights. Same with the toilet rolls.

Eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei ist unmittelbar in der Nähe, mit frischen Gebäck, Kuchen..... Am Abend lohnt sich ein Spaziergang, der Uferpromenade entlang, in die belebte Altstadt. Ich hatte keine Probleme, aber bei Personen, die nicht gut einparken können kann es da echt Probleme geben.

- Julia (7/5): Für einen Kurztrip und für den Preis gut - Super zentrale Lage, Bäckerei quasi vor der Haustüre, ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Türe, super freundlicher Gastgeber, Preis-Leistung war sehr gut Uns haben sehr viele Utensilien in der Küche gefehlt wie Ofen, Pfannenwender, kleine Schüsseln, kleine Teller, wenig Geschirr im Allgemeinen, keine Deckel für Töpfe oder Pfanne, zu wenig Besteck, keine Teekanne obwohl es einen Wasserkocher gab. Zudem war die Matratze sehr hart und die Kissen sehr unbequem. Sehr hellhörig - man hat fast in den Nachbarwohnungen jedes Wort verstanden.

- Miriam (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft - Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und top sauber. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Einen Parkplatz gibt es entweder in der Tiefgarage oder auf einem Stellplatz, was sehr angenehm ist. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig dort und trotzdem nicht weit weg vom See. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

- Ilaria (10/5): Weekend di coppia - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel residence e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il propietario della struttura è stato davvero gentilissimo e accogliente. Devo fare i complimenti allo staff delle pulizie alle camere per la pulizia di TUTTO l' appartamento. La posizione è ottima con la quale si può accedere al centro sia a piedi che in pochi minuti in auto. Ci tornerò volentieri! Il gatto che è entrato nella struttura.... Avendo lasciato la porta aperta durante le pulizie, essendo allergica e non essendo ammessi animali sono un po' rimasta.....spero che non entri nelle stanze ma penso che sia stato randagio....

- Annemarie (10/5): - Die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu, gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Es ist toll, dass es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Bäcker und die Bushaltestelle sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und auch den See kann man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten erreichen. Colombaro ist sehr lebhaft, was uns aber gut gefallen hat.

Alessandro our host was WONDERFUL and generous with many tips and recommendations about the area. The apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped - bonus points for the balconies and free parking! Not much to dislike... Maybe sometimes the AC seemed to stop by itself? Perhaps just our understanding of it. We liked pretty much everything! Would visit again for sure as the location and comfort were just right for the price paid.

- Valeria (10/5): A modern yet cozy apartment nestled in the heart of enchanting Sirmione, on the shimmering shores of Lake Garda. - Very good apart hotel, with all the amenities. New quality renovation. Beautiful design. There is a kitchen, a coffee machine, and almost everything you need to cook. There is a terrace separate from everyone else, with its own small area. Air conditioning in both rooms. There is an elevator to the garage. There is always space in the garage, and if you need an electric charger. There is a shop nearby for about 5 min to walk and a great bakery just right in the corner that you can buy fresh croissants for breakfast! The beach is close too, around 5 min by car with parking, and 15 min walking distance. Maybe to leave a bit more coffee capsules for coffee and some tea but you can always buy it in the near shop, which is 5 min walking from hotel. And be careful in the kitchen - there are sharp corners of furniture. While cooking you can be damaged ( I had this bad experience as there is rather limited space for preparing food). The microwave is handled rather dangerously.

- Luigi Sarpa (9/5): Appartamento super - Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo appartamento a Colombare di Sirmione e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La persona che ci ha accolti è stata squisita: gentilissima, super disponibile e pronta a darci tutte le indicazioni utili per la zona, si è mostrato molto disponibile alle varie richieste che gli abbiamo fatto. L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto ,cosa rara da trovare, anzi dal vivo è anche meglio. È spazioso, luminoso, ristrutturato di recente e praticamente tutto nuovo; solo qualche piccolo dettaglio come le placchette elettriche ancora datate, ma davvero irrilevante rispetto alla qualità complessiva. La posizione è ottima, vicina al centro di Sirmione, perfetta per muoversi comodamente. Inoltre, è molto comodo avere la possibilità di parcheggiare sia all’esterno della palazzina, sia nel garage sotterraneo. Consigliato Nella cucina è presente l’essenziale (piatti, bicchieri, qualche pentola), ma non è super accessoriata. Per chi vuole cucinare molto, può essere utile integrare portando qualcosa da casa o acquistandolo al supermercato
- sarit (9/5): - מלון דירות במיקום מעולה בסרמיונה. כעשרים דקות הליכה מהעיר העתיקה. 3 דקות נסיעה. נמצא במיקום שקט ליד רחוב מרכזי בעיר. הצוות ידידותי ומקסים, עזר בכל מה שביקשנו ונתן הסברים והמלצות. הדירה מרווחת ונקייה, הימים שלנו היו מלאים כך שיצאנו בבוקר וחזרנו בערב להתקלח ולישון. היה נעים לחזור בסוף יום. מיטות נוחות מאוד ומטבח מאובזר. יש שני סופרים קרובים והרבה מסעדות וחנויות ברחוב המרכזי. גן בר למי שרוצה תמורה מעולה למחיר. האמבטיה קטנה והמקלחון ממש קטן.

- Olga (10/5): - Отличное расположение. Рядом прекрасная пекарня, кафе, магазины. Уютные и чистые апартаменты, приветливый персонал. Отсутствие стиральной машины. Когда останавливаешься на долгий период, да ещё и с семьёй, стиральная машина просто необходима!
