• maria (2/5): I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re coming with family and kids. It’s not decent for families. - Rooms look very bad and needed more work and updates with almost everything. Smells bad and walls and furniture were old. Also the carpet looks old.

The description says breakfast included but upon asking during our stay, they told no breakfast. Extremely disappointed! Don’t mention breakfast included if it’s actually not included!

• Kelly (4/5): I'm just trying to erase the few hours I spent there from my memory - After two rooms the 🚬 cigarette smell was inevitable I make it there by 8:00pm, spend about 30mnts getting ready to go out ; no steam iron I had to go get it myself from the front desk no fridge in the room, cigarette holes in the chair and holes in the towel I don't want to say anything else Unforgettable experience. No hair strings on the bed Better towels Small fridge in the room A really dedicated non-smoking room
• Henry (2/5): Absolutely Unacceptable - A Nightmare Stay - My recent 3-day stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham Rahway/Newark was an absolute disaster, especially traveling with my two young children and wife. This hotel is far from "family friendly" and needs a serious overhaul in management and basic cleanliness. I specifically reserved a non-smoking room, only to be hit with an overwhelming, stale tobacco smell upon entering. When I complained to management, they "graciously" moved us... to an even worse room! The second room reeked even more and, shockingly, had cigar butts scattered on the floor. This is completely unacceptable and a major health concern, especially with kids. The problems didn't stop there. Every single day of our stay, the parking lot reeked of marijuana. This created an incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere that no family should have to experience. To top it all off, despite being a family of four, housekeeping consistently only left two towels. We had to call and request more every single day. This hotel is a massive disappointment. The lack of attention to basic cleanliness, blatant disregard for non-smoking policies, and overall sketchy environment made for a truly miserable experience. They need to make significant improvements before they can even think about calling themselves a suitable option for families. Avoid if you value a clean, safe, and pleasant stay.

When we were checking in another customer almost came to blows with the guy at the front desk, apparently his wife sat in a chair in their room and the chair broke and no, she was not over weight

• Gavishta (1/5): Most disappointing stay. - Checkin was easy and flexible. 'Breakfast Included' is a total scam. It was a total disappointment. They had just cereal and coffee for breakfast. We were out of spoons, and when we asked for more spoons the person at the desk bought us one spoon and forks saying there is only I spoon. When we told that we are out of milk, he bought a carton of milk and left it at the counter. Did not even have stirer for coffee. Customer care is at its worst. It is better to stay at a place cheaper than this, rather than being attracted by the breakfast being included.

There was a big broken down truck people working on the truck fixing whatever needs to be fixing right in the parking lot right in front of our door. That was number one number two. When we got into the room I always check The bed when I pulled back the blanket there was burn holes in the sheets. The sheets were dirty so I had to go to the front and get a new set of sheets. Change the bed myself. I'd clean the bathroom, the tub, the shower we asked for a smoking room. Okay fine that's that was good it really had nothing around the hotel like we will not ever return to this location I suggest that if you want to stay he please be armed.......

The included breakfast was store brand cereal & coffee w/out cream My non-smoking room had a cigarette hole in the comforter, smells of smoke spewing from the exhaust fan, and the smoke alarm was removed from the unit. Hairs in the shower, broken toilet seat, broken TV remote, peeling paint, horrible lighting.
