• Angela (9/5): Wonderful sunny beachfront Thanksgiving - It's a very large beachfront condo with a HUGE balcony and large windows/patio doors that gives multiple views of the city/beach. The pictures on here truly do not give an accurate idea of the room size or view. Upon entering the condo we were shocked at the size and view. Cookware was so good we are buying some for our home. Every day of our stay we saw dolphins playing right off the shore morning/afternoon. Directly on the Beach with once repaired we could use the stairs at the pool area to access the beach. Crabby Joes was walking distance for amazing food and drinks on the pier. Starbucks within walking distance. Garage parking underground for our car was nice. Grocery stores close by 15-20 minutes to stock up on food/drinks/supplies. Had a "Tuesday spa day" that was alot of fun, only $10 each, and the products were offered for purchase with NO pressure. All outside doors to the property, garage parking, pool, and gate from beach require a key to enter property as well as cameras so that gave a feeling of security. We had planned to leave Wednesday but ended up extending our stay till Friday and had Thanksgiving beachfront. Very interested in making this a yearly family trip. Having to leave the warm sunshine and ocean for Ohio.
• Lee (9/5): Great balconies, well-outfitted spacious unit. - Great balconies going the full way around the unit - it is possible to have a sun balcony or a shade balcony, sunrise or sunset balcony, windward or leeward balcony. The balconies were really the highlight. Large unit with well supplied kitchen. Front desk folks were friendly. All minor: My parents found the bed uncomfortable (they are elderly and it was much firmer than they are used to). Be aware there is noone at the front desk before 9am or after 6pm. The steps to the beach were not open, but fortunately the park next door had steps that were usable, so it was not a long ways.
• Ashley (8/5): Great place to stay directly on the beach! - Great location! They’re still recovering from the hurricane in 2022 so the hot tub area is under construction but the pool area was nice with all new furniture. Limited parking for oversized vehicles that can’t fit in the underground garage but they were very helpful with letting us park in employee parking at times.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent stay during peak race season - Everything from check in through my stay and even check out was easy, convenient and exceeded my expectations. The unit I stayed in was beach front with 2 balconies, a king bedroom with ensuite and a double twin room with hall bath. Everything that I needed from extra towels to dish soap to silverware was provided. I am so happy with my stay that I will definitely look to book with them again in the future. My only suggestion for improvement would be better signage so that you can see the address when driving at night. You won't be disappointed with this property!

The unit itself was sparkling clean, had everything we needed for travel with 2 young children, very spacious, and right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and being able to walk on the beach anytime, in a not so busy area of Daytona, was ideal. Vein hmmm able to see and hear the beach from the master bedroom was a wonderful way to sleep and wake up. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The included parking was great. We wouldn’t change a thing, and we will definitely be back!

Everything about this place was absolutely superb, including all of the staff who were very friendly and accommodating.
• Laura Marie (10/5): - The condo was nicely appointed and very spacious. The property was extremely quiet - we just heard ocean waves! There is secure gated parking under the building. There are beautiful ocean views with a wrap around balcony and it is very close to the Sunglow Pier. We were very happy and would stay there again.

• Ashley (8/5): - We were very impressed and surprised by the size of this unit. Lots of room and wow.. the balcony! Very updated and clean. The only complaints would be there not being a wheelchair accessible ramp to beach and the noise level at night. The pool hours are until midnight, which is great... BUT we had kids screaming LOUDLY every night at the pool. It did state that kids must be supervised by an adult 12 and under.. not so sure these were. I have kids of my own and noises usually don’t bother me, but this was ridiculously loud. Other than that, this place is perfect and right beside one of our favorite places to eat, Crabby Joe’s!

• Andre (10/5): - This stay was one of the better stays I had in a long time. In the last 3 weeks, Ive stayed at 3 different studio/condo rentals. Interesting enough this was the cheapest, and was the best in terms of quality of accommodations, amenities, staff and location. Only thing I regret is not using the heated pool. It was great to be in a place where you had to look for something wrong rather than inadvertently notice it. My unit was spacious, clean, bright, modern and comfortable. I got a sense that they cared to maintain a certain level of quality and appearance of the unit and property. Check in was smooth even though different than I expected. Parking was ample and convenient. Staff was friendly, available and communicated unintrusively. I intend to stay hear again in the future given the overall positive experience.

• Neal (10/5): Weekend stay for my twins graduation. - At first wasn't happy with 1st floor room but in the end was happy they put us there as it made getting to the pool and beach easy. Room (condo) was bigger than expected and nice. Parking is an issue if you have more than 1 vehicle. Would definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great but stinky elevator - The condo is great with a swimming pool and hot tub and it’s right on the beach. There are lots of included items in the kitchen that you might need to cook with-pots, pans, spoons, spatulas, cork screw, etc. The only complaint we had from our stay was that the elevator is carpeted and ends up having a bad smell from people riding it while wet from the beach or ocean. It got pretty bad some days that we were there. But except for the two minutes in the elevator each day, it was a great stay! We’ll definitely be going back!

Furnishings & appliances including washer / dryer all in very good condition. Comfortable but spartan furniture. 3 TV's. Right on the beach. Balcony wraps around entire condo. Great views, fair sitting space. Condo had some minor exterior storm damage that still needed to be repaired. Friendly staff & security.

• Norma (8/5): - Overall, the place was very nice. We just happen to get a room on the first floor, 6 feet from the pool. We could not open our curtains because anyone on the outside would be able to see all the way into our room. We ended up staying in a very dark room for our stay. I think it would have been marvelous to be on the second floor or higher.

• Season (10/5): Great place for a family - The condo was amazing! The kids loved how much room they had & I loved the comforts of home like a dishwasher, washer & dryer, and stocked kitchen. The 2 bd rm with a pullout sofa bed was perfect for our family of 6. Also the pool being right there where we could walk back & forth from the beach to the pool was the best part for the kids. Also, we were on the less congested side and the beach wasn’t crowded in our area. The staff was super friendly, especially the housekeeping women. The only downside was that they were doing construction on our balcony, so workers were actually on our balconies in the morning, but other than that, they stay was perfect! The condo was extremely clean and we will definitely stay here again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Wouldn't stay here again - When we arrive the room was huge and spacious however as I went to wash my kids traveling clothes the washing machine had sand in it already. In addition we had not use the dish washer until our third day we attempted to use wouldn't work call front desk she says oh I don't know anything about how to use that and said maintenance is off on Sunday. Finally our entire stay the security card kept asking either my husband or I were we staying there when we clearly had the wrist keys on our arm each time we felt single out cause he never ask any other family but ours. Overall we had a terrible stay here and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff very kindly changed our place from a 1st floor to a 6th floor condo . We really appreciated them rearranging for us ! • Dana A. (8/5): Great modern condo on the beach - We stayed here for a long weekend and found the condo to be very modern, clean and spacious. It was bigger than we needed (it was a 2 BR) so it would be great for a family (one bedroom has two single beds, the other room was a King). Also liked that the door to condo was accessed using a 4 digit code (instead of a key) so that if you had multiple people coming and going from the beach or pool, you wouldn't need a key. A parking spot is included with each unit which was great. Highly recommend this as a rental in the Daytona area.
• Christina (8/5): - The place is absolutely beautiful. The people were not very helpful. We were not shown around or told where things were at or how the keys worked to get into places. Cleaning people were also very rude at times when getting onto elevators with them. Parking is also terrible. if you are driving a big vehicle you will have a very difficult time finding place to park. Even your allowed parking space in the garage isn't large enough.

• Heather (10/5): Awesome 2br huge condo - This condo was fantastic. It was clean and bigger than expected. It was a good fit for our family of six. The staff is wonderful. There is housekeeping only once a week, but you can exchange towels daily if needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and a little small, but who cares since you are right on the ocean! There is underground parking, but some of the spaces are quite small. Still it is a nice benefit. Our only complaint (if we really had one) would be that we had to move rooms because rentals run Friday-Friday and we stayed Tues-Sun. It was only a small inconvenience. We are planning on staying here again in the future and highly recommend it. Also-Huge balcony!

Our condo was on first floor by pool, would have preferred to be on upper floor with better view of ocean, but was convenient to beach access. Have to have a key to open garage and to beach access, would have been nicer to have a code instead of having to carry a key all day. Overall would recommend this condo.

The service was great and the cleanliness was outstanding! the pool was warm and always clean and so was the hot tub We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Daytona!

Had no idea that their was a grill and picnic area .. the most helpful person was Mary J the cleaning lady she showed me the grounds .. No One even showed me the trash bin gave me a key and that was it ..
• Rebecca (10/5): Love the Ocean View! - Staying directly on the beach--WONDERFUL! It was so nice to see the ocean sunrise daily from the patio and have just a short walk to the beach. Hearing the ocean all night was so relaxing. On the cloudy days, you can still use the heated hot tub or pool. Loved the location and the very spacious condo. The full kitchen was a great perk as restaurants can get busy in the area during certain times. The washer/dryer was essential with little kids. Absolutely LOVED this place and location--would definitely stay there again!

• CJ (10/5): Roomy Condo directly on Beach - We had a great time here. After opening the door to the condo we all went 'Whooaa' as it was such a big 'house'. Excellent place to stay. Very roomy and updated. Private access onto the beach. Stayed here three nights and wished we could stay more. Room had everything you needed except for the food. Grocery store is only 3 minutes away.
