• Verified traveler (6/5): - It is just a standard hotel in a so-so street, meaning with more than 60 Euros it is too expensive. Clean, airconditioning, okay. But the water in the toilet keeps running. On arrival the young guy at the counter tried to deny me to see the room; I'd have to pay first since I "had booked" this. This was then corrected by his colleagues who showed me two rooms to chose from. But this is exactly the cold welcome the traveller does want. So I would never return to this place.

• joaquima (8/5): - El hotel está muy céntrico y cerca de la estación de Saint Charles. El personal de recepción muy amables. La habitación bastante límpia. La única pega es que no hay ascensor. Pero si volvemos a Marsella, escogeriamos el mismo hotel por lo anterior descrito.

• UNO (6/5): 騒音がすこし。 - ホテルの周りは子どもたちの遊び場になっているようで、22時頃まで騒ぎ声がします。 また深夜2時頃には若者の喧嘩をしているような怒鳴り声、明け方5時過ぎには清掃車の騒音とかなり賑やかな立地です。 わたしは帰国前日の1泊のみだったのでよかったのですが、長期滞在には不向きかと思います。

• Verified traveler (6/5): Rapport qualité prix acceptable - Pour 57 euros la chambre était très petite. Cependant l'hôtel est bien situé, le personnel accueillant, j'ai dormi du soleil du juste. Pourquoi pas.
• anadav (2/5): pas loin de la canebiére - Chambre sale, taches sur la couette, sur les rideaux, lampe lavabo brûlée, donc pas de lumière, trace de moisit sur douche.La tringle du rideau extérieur noire de crasse, j'ai pris une serviette pour y toucher. Sur 2 cintres un de cassé !!!! le lit que j'ai tout défait était correct, on entend la TV des voisins.... bref je n'y retournerais pas du tout.

Çift kişilik yataklar tek kişilik boyunda. Tuvaletler ortak. Geç saatlerde otele gidiş bulunduğu bölge itibariyle tehlikeli. Personal ilgili ve yardımsever.
• Doris (8/5): Flair der Stadt auch im Hotel - Sehr stimmungsvolle Lage in verkehrsberuhigter Straße. Man ist höflich und fängt unwillkürlich an, auch den Clochard der in dieser Straße lebt zu grüßen, spätestens, wenn man das dritte mal an ihm vorbei geht. Das Team ist wirklich sehr freundlich und sie haben sich um alle Anliegen innerhalb von Minuten gekümmert. Man ist direkt mitten im Geschehen und in Minuten am alten Hafen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Pas d’assesseur une vraie galère pour faire montrer les valiser. La nuit impossible de dormir , de la musique à 4h du matin , des SDF qui squatte le quartier.. A éviter ...
• ramzi (2/5): the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. - This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. And never ever again. The hotel is filthy and no lift the area is full of criminals and druggeis sleeping outside. Scary and horrible. I would not stay there even for free. Never ever again. Don't go there !!!!!!!

• Tina (2/5): Unkomfortables aber zentral gelegenes Hotel - Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für zwei Personen, genau wie das Bett. Das Frühstück (welches im Zimmer eingenommen wird) würde ich für den Preis nicht empfehlen. Das einzig Positive ist die zentrale Lage, aber als Frau würde ich abends nicht alleine in dem Quartier herumlaufen wollen.
• Michael (4/5): - We stay in double room with private bath for 1 night to catch a flight on next day. Hotel is as advertised: no A/C, no elevator, some rooms with no private bathroom. Room is tiny. Warning: From the busy street (La Canebiere) to the hotel building, there is a 70m pedestrian-only walkway (rue du théatre Français) with some homeless guys sleeping day and night; also smell of urine and faeces on ground. Do not book this hotel no matter how good the deal is.
• Emmanuel (8/5): Petit hôtel pas cher près du vieux port - Un des seuls établissements a ne pas avoir pratiqué des prix exorbitants pour l'EURO, proche du vieux port. Accueil sympathique, chambre petite mais propre, confort minimum. Seul bémol, les toilettes sont sur le palier.
• Laurits (8/5): Great value hotel in good location - Hotel Ariana is a small and cosy hotel in a great location in downtown Marseille. The staff is very friendly and we can highly recommended.
• Warren (4/5): Football Trip - Stayed in Marseille for 1 night during the European Championships, this hotel was fine for a 1 night stay close to a metro station and only a 10 minute walk from the old port. The hotel had paper thin walls and found difficulty in sleeping due to noise coming from the next room who wasn`t exactly loud but felt like they were in the same room
• Denny (4/5): Zentrumsnahes Hotel mit guter Anbindung - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Marseille, in einer kleinen Seitenstraße unweit der Metrohaltestelle Noailles und nur 10min zu Fuß vom HBF und dem Hafen entfernt. Wer keinen Wert auf große und gut ausgestattete Zimmer legt und Geräuschunempfindlich ist, für den ist das echt ein gutes Hotel. Wer aber etwas Komfort, Ruhe, Platz sucht und einen längeren Aufenthalt als 1-2 Nächte plant, dem würde ich abraten. Das Treppenhaus und die Flure sind super eng, auch in den Zimmern (hatten ein Doppel- und ein Dreibettzimmer) kann man sich kaum drehen. Wir waren zu zweit in einem Dreibettzimmer und das war schon hart an der Grenze. Mit 3 Personen aus meiner Sicht unmöglich, da kein Stauraum und keine Bewegungsfreiheit vorhanden ist. Jedes ETAP und Motel-One Zimmer ist da größer. Die Zimmer sind zudem schlecht bis garnicht isoliert. Wir waren während der EM dort und Nachts hat man aus dem Nachbarzimmer sogar abgespielte Handyvideos von anderen Fußballfans gehört. Das Personal war aber stehts freundlich und die zentrale Lage unschlagbar. Für eine Nacht ohne großen Anspruch an die Unterkunft machbar, ansonsten lieber paar Euro mehr bezahlen und in ein bekannteres Hotel gehen.

• Verified traveler (6/5): moyennement satisfait - La chambre trop petite pour une famille de 3 personnes. Le lit double est assez petit. Salle de bain toilette également petites. La chambre est sensée être nettoyer tout les jours le2eme jour à notre retour dans la chambre les lits n'étaient pas fait. Le sol pas nettoyé. Les draps sont soit disant changé tout les 2 jours ! L'hôtel est un petit immeuble escalier étroits j'ai demandé la chambre au deuxième étages car plus haut sans ascenseur ça aurait été compliqué. L'accueil, le personnel est souriant c'est le seul point positif. Le quartier est assez tranquil mais le samedi soir de notre arrivé il y a eu de gros bruits des jeunes qui sortaient d'une boîte pas loin avait stationné leur véhicule et se battaient jusqu'au petite matin notre 1ere nuit était atroce. Mais les autres nuits étaient bien calme. Sinon bien situé entre la gare Saint Charles et le vieux port tout peut se faire à pied. Beaucoup de boutiques restaurant...

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good for the price - This hotel is not fancy by any means but if your ok with a small room and a good price than this is for you. We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and even though the room was tiny it worked and was clean. The staff was great. The location wasn't the best during the night for sure but during the day it is good. We did not venture towards the harbor area but we heard it's nicer if you walk that way. We were there for a day trip to the calunques so we don't know about the harbor area at all.

• Antoine (6/5): Bon hôtel, quartier peu recommandable. - L'expérience commençait plutôt bien, arrivé en avance, j'ai tout de même pu avoir accès à la chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant et très sympathique, rien à redire sur la propreté et les prestations proposées. Je m'y rendais pour un concours et ils m'ont beaucoup aidé. En effet, convoqué à 11h50 pour un oral, je devais rendre la chambre à 12h, ils ont accepté de garder ma valise jusqu'à la fin de mon épreuve à 16h30. Cependant, comme indiqué ci-bas, l'expérience a été gâchée par le quartier dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel. Le quartier est sale et rarement nettoyé (cela pouvait se voir et se sentir par la forte odeur d'urine et d'excréments). A quelques pas de l'hôtel également, des alcooliques (et aussi quelques drogués) qui créent un fort sentiment d'insécurité.

• Marie-Genevieve (4/5): Décevant. - Tout d'abord, nous avons été très déçu par la propreté de la chambre. Nous ne nous attendions pas à rentrer dans un hôtel qui ressemble à un hall d'immeuble et qu'il faille monter un escalier aussi pentu avec de lourdes valises.

• Steeve (8/5): Satisfait - Un hotel de quartier plutôt sympa, refait probablement il y a peu (compte tenu d'une légère odeur de peinture) ce qui dénote une volonté de garder les lieux dans un état satisfaisant. Un bémol cependant pour les trous de cigarette/brûlures que j ai pu trouver dans les draps propres de ma chambre 204. Messieurs/Mesdames les propriétaires, veillez à changer ces derniers dès que possible. Le service au lit du petit déjeuner est un gros PLUS quand on n'est pas trop sociable le matin et que l'on n'a pas envie "d'affronter" le personnel et les clients d'une salle à manger. Cependant si j'étais venu en couple, il aurait manqué d'un adaptable pour la 2eme personne. Les prestations, compte tenu du tarif, sont dans l'attendu.

• k (2/5): dump, hard to find, expensive for what you get - most places near the station are dumps. this one is no different. quite seedy outside and inside. wifi is weird disconnects if you do not see some ad. more than twenty bucks i would say this place is expensive
