• Nadiadewi (7/5): COMFORTABLE AND SAFE - we stayed in the hotel during LIMA 2025 , we were travel for work, most of the hotel price during LIMA is quite higher compare to normal days, so we can accept this hotel price during LIMA. the breakfast range quite limited but no doubt the fried mee and kuehteow was so good, chinese style i guess, but overall we are okay and comfy during our stay there, all the staffs were really helpful and friendly, feel safe though to be there during our stay, Thank you for everything especially Ms receptionist that work during the night shift, both were really friendly and helpful :)

• Cai (2/5): Poor service - clean I pay for 4ppl for the room and breakfast but I didn’t get the 4ppl breakfast and the staff said need to see person then can get the free breakfast excuse me I paid for it okay Somemore every time need to go up to the room have to ask the staff use their assess card to open door is very inconvenient

Wifi was unstable, bathroom was not properly cleaned (there was used plasters found in the shower area), TV channel selection was very limited, towels was dirty & noisy surroundings.

• Wai (4/5): Toilet very dirty which not as good as per shown in the photo. Very disappointed. Location is consider convenience with - Location is convenience with massage centre which is just located at next door and few restaurants around. The toilet very dirty, there were mosquitoes and spiders around in the toilet area. There was no shower handle in toilet and need to hold the shower when taking bath. When requesting for the hair dryer, the staffs were asking us to get it from the front desk instead of sending it to our room.
• Karel_cz* (5/5): Huge disappointment. - I liked daily clean up with towels change. A/C is old model but fully working even without remont control. Breakfast served for accommodated guests. I have never seen worst. Terrible and really uneatable for tourists from abroad. Moreover pictures don't correspond reality. Cold water only . Staff was strange without any interest. Nagoya hotel never more.

• Etcl (7/5): A pleasure vacation to spend in holidays. - It was the comfortable stay although the breakfast was too cheap but it convenient to fill the stomach as no need to go outside for breakfast. There was a karaoke lounge something nearby at night just a little noises disturbance.

• Mollie (2/5): - The staffs attitude are bad and knowledge of Qs about Langkawi is very poor.... the word they give is "tak tahu" or "not sure"... not helpful. Most of the time on their handphone. Their breakfast is the worst ... cold soup noodles ... switches off and on only when we ask to have it hot. The lady staff sitting at the counter in the breakfast area need help .... why and what is was employed for. Not a good place to recommend.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not staying here again - The hotel is ok in general. The staff might need to smile a little bit more. We asked for a hairdryer in the evening, the response was that we must go down and use it at their place! Next morning, asked a different person at the front desk, she just gave it me without hesitation. The surrounding shops run some shady businesses, not to mention construction workers roam around as well. It's not a safe area. You will always get those looks when you walk around with your partner. It's our last stay at this hotel.

• Aurness & Pooja (8/5): Nice hotel to start your trip at Langkawi - It's indeed very far from Cenang but it's a totally different environment. We stayed there for one night only, enjoyed the food from a restaurant called the luck luck (opposite the hotel) and shopping is cheap.

• Verified traveler (8/5): To have a refrigerator for all kind of room - Nice room and very comfort hotel..but I want to give suggestion for this hotel about to have a refrigerator in all room because yes you know this is the duty free place for I and many visitor to come for buying chocolate and so on..so they need the cool place to put it,so it is a little bit helpful for all of us to have the refrigerator to keep our stuff there..thats all..others than that is thumbs up..

• Dan (8/5): Nice hotel for its price - Walking distance to the mall which is a huge plus. The massage center outside the hotel was pretty good at reasonable prices.
